Brunch is great, make reservations. Call ahead to make the resy and I *think you won't be charged for late cancellation. Must order egg cocotte. Red wine reduction sauce is amazing. Beautiful ambiance, great for date / girls brunch etc. cute little chairs to put bags

Came by for breakfast on a Monday morning and was able to get a table for 7 around 9am. Walking in the interior was very nice and chic. The decor is really open and vintage yet modern. We were shown to the table with menus already set at our table. After a minute of deciding what to get, we ordered and our waiter introduced the menu to us since it was the first time for us. They offer both breakfast and lunch menus all day. I personally ordered the soufflé pancakes, because I love myself a soufflé and was gonna go sweet for this breakfast. I wanted something light and cute, and was a bit disappointed. And I couldn't even finish it even though I wasn't full. More of my notes on it below. Other people at my table ordered the eggs Benedict, and all American breakfast. They seemed to enjoy it as their plates were empty. If I come back, I will try something else. Soufflé Pancakes -- 6.5/10 alone; 7/10 with toppings * I was honestly kinda disappointed, it was pretty dense (like cake) and flavor was not very strong. For a soufflé I was expecting something light and fluffy, and I did not get that, unfortunately.

Prob my ATF deviled egg but other items did not stand out. Got the 3-course prefixed menu. Deviled egg obscenely good, tartine gourmandwas just ok & on the sour side, added an extra appetizer of salmon w/caviar on thin crispy bread & it was good. Main course: cheeseburger had too much sauce & was on the sour side, royal benedict was okDessert: souffle pancake was dry & not that fluffy, paled in comparison to Gram's version, millefuille choc was okAmbiance was fantastic & so was the service. Overall food was adequate but lacked vow factor.

I think I enjoy this place but honestly, I'm not sure. We had some really weird service from the waiter and we came at a time where it was not very busy, but we kept getting ignored and not being attended to. I literally had to go up and grab some silverware from another table because our waiter would not come to us after they had delivered our food, but my silverware was missing. Some other waiters saw me and just laughed. Other than that the food was good on my end and my friend said that her lobster roll felt like it was undercooked. The other said the food was relatively OK but I still don't know if it was really worth the price. I guess just know that when you come here you're really coming for the ambience in the vibe because it is very aesthetic. Last tip is, don't get fooled with us still and tap water . We had asked for tap, but they still brought up some bottled water and it was $10 per bottle and they brought us three.

La Fontaine is easily one of the best dining experiences we've had. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff.The restaurant's decoration is stunning. It was elegant and charming that makes it feel special. The servers' uniforms added a touch of sophistication . The setting is simply beautiful that create a relaxed and luxurious vibe. As for the food, it was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, but the pancakes were a personal favorite--perfectly fluffy and delicious. they provided a birthday cake in a uniquely creative way, which added an extra memorable touch to our celebration. La Fontaine is a perfect choice if you are in Las Vegas.

From start to finish this was the best way to start the new year. Our server Trey took great care of us and is the definition of being present without being overbearing. Our plates were changed and glasses were never empty. The food was amazing, although surprising and different from what I expected. The soufflé pancake tasted like Mastro's butter cake (please don't come for me) and I wouldn't order it again because I expected something lighter/less sweet but it doesn't make it not tasty! Loved the lobster Benedict and would eat the deviled eggs all day! The setting is clean and gorgeous and I hope they re-open for dinner soon.

Stellar service, nice atmosphere, good food.I'll cut to the chase- the food is good but not worth the long wait if you don't already have a reservation. But it is a nice place to do a business meeting or have an elegant lunch.We came for a late breakfast on a weekday. I had the complete breakfast with poached eggs, sausage, and an English muffin. My husband had a traditional eggs benedict with avocado.Our server was extremely attentive- my coffee cup never went dry. And he didn't hurry me off to turn the table when my husband had to step away for a phone call. I could sit at the table and continue to enjoy my coffee even after we paid the bill. Very thoughtful.

Beautiful and elegant spot for a French brunch inside the Fontainebleau Hotel. The ambience is very sophisticated and classy. I highly recommend making reservations beforehand. We saw a few people getting turned away as they were trying to do a walk-in. We got a caesar salad, an endive salad, and a smoked salmon tarte topped with caviar and dill which was gorgeous and delicious. Everything tasted very fresh and the presentation was beautiful. Service was wonderful. I have no complaints. A beautiful place that I would love to come back to.

We went to the Santa brunch. What fun and a decadent meal. Stefan took amazing care of us. He made sure our meal was perfect.Everything was beautiful and delicious. It was festive and entertaining . A very memorable experience.

Our server, Julio was phenomenal. Excellent recommendations, kind, friendly, engaging and gave excellent service. Food and drinks were top notch. Will be a return customer and highly recommend.
