Food was great Service is a bit slow but super nice The Ambiance is great and Lucy the owner works very hard for her customers. The restaurant is super clean can't wait to see more from this place.

My family and I are at La Casa De Lucy for the first time today and absolutely loved our experience. The food was authentic and delicious. Family owned and operated. Small and personable, yet still very classy. Perfect for a date or business meeting. We ordered the yuca fries, short ribs, breakfast burrito, huevos rancheros, and Micheladas. The service exceeded our expectations and so did the food. Highly recommend!

Tacos for breakfast in Las Vegas, Nevada...After mass on Sunday, my roommate and I went to La Casa De Lucy since this restaurant opens at 8am daily!Located in the Downtown area, we found street parking and walked in. We were able to select a table next to the window for better lighting. The interior was spacious, bright, and clean!Lucy was our server. She was cheerful, helpful, and efficient! We got the three taco plate which comes with fresh tortilla chips and beans. I chose the al pastor, chicken, and carne asada tacos. They were all delicious!We're so happy we patronized this Hot New Business before it got busy and crowded! We enjoyed the peacefulness and peppy music!

Food was good, reasonable menu prices. Atmosphere was nice, restaurant is super clean. Lacking in the service field.

I finally made it here! I hate that they close at 4pm, but I was able to go for a taco Tuesday lunch! It's a very cute place, authentic and I felt comfortable like I was at someone's house. I had a classic margarita which was nice. Made to perfection. I ordered a bacon wrapped hot dog and OMG! So good! Reminds me of street hot dogs in DTLA that I grew up on. I had the taco plate, 3 carne asada tacos with a side of beans and chips. Everything is freshly prepared which I absolutely love. Can't wait to go back. The service was great, felt at home and cared for. Please go and support this locally owned business!

La Casa De Lucy is a nice little family owned Mexican Restaurant and Bar located in downtown Las Vegas. They offer a limited menu of breakfast dishes, tacos, enchiladas, and burritos. They also offer plates such as carne asada, mole poblano, menudo, pazole, and more. It's shiny, clean and new inside with traditional tables and bar seating.Lucy herself waits on most of the guest. On my visit they were short on help and things went very slowly. Lucy thanked us for our understanding.We tried a 3 taco plate (carne asada & 2 chicken tinga) and a quesabirria plate. I thought the carne asada was ok but the chicken tinga was outstanding and maybe the best you can get anywhere. It was very moist and in a rich tomato very spicy sauce. The Quesabirria platter was very generously packed and came with rice and refried beans. It was reasonably good. The rich beefy sauce that came with it was really great according to my husband. It didn't bother him but a large piece of bone was accidentally served in the stewed meat. My husband showed the bone Lucy's helper. Worth a try!

We ordered empanadas and the waitress completely forgot the order. Service was sub-par The birria was average. Menudo was good. The prices were high.

Food 5/5- My boyfriend and I were craving Mexican food and decided to go somewhere new. We are so glad we did. We couldn't decide what to get so we split 2 plates. The quesabirrias are perfectly paired with the consomé. The consomé was mild spicy and had savory beef flavor. The rice is one of the best rices I have tried and I have tried many rices being Mexican. We also had the buffalo wings with fries and they were great. Buffalo was spicy and wings were hot and crispy. My mouth is getting watery remembering them. You get a bang for your buck compared to other places. Ambiance 5/5- The restaurant is very welcoming and the setup gives you a homy experience. It makes you feel like you're at your aunties house who you know cooks phenomenal. Service- 5/5 Lucy is so sweet and accommodating. She explains the dishes very well and you can tell she has a passion for cooking. Food comes out quick and hot. I will return when I'm back in the area!

Food was top-notch, and high quality. The place is brand new, and it has a nice interior w/ plenty of tables in different sizes and bar seating. Right now (pre-grand opening), it seems like it's a two-person shop - front of house, and kitchen. The chorizo con huevos were a good portion, came with tortillas on the side, and made for a perfect breakfast option. The quesabirrias were spicier than normal around town, and had a thicker - almost beef chili style - consommé. I really enjoyed their take on it, and the spice was not overwhelming. Great flavors overall. Chips were just ok, but the salsa was really enjoyable. The kind where you can just keep eating it until you realize the whole bowl is gone. Oops. Overall, this is a great addition to the neighborhood and I hope it finds success in the busy Art's District. The woman who served us, presumably Lucy, is very eager for more customers and feedback so go check them out! ps. I told her a birria con huevos option would be out of this world, and she said they are happy to accommodate requests and may even change up the menu as things go! So don't hesitate to ask for modifications.

Great service from the owner! She was amazing very helpful she had me made some asada nachos with Oaxaca cheese yummmm! Also she personally prepared me a michelada and it was on point! I'm very picky with micheladas And gets was wow! Good vibes good music!
