Times like this that I wish Yelp would just let you submit ratings only. What would I write that hasn't already been written to convince you to go. The food was fantastic - but you know that, you're already considering a Michelin Star restaurant. This is not the restaurant to hold out on. Don't go for ala carte. If there is an addition, do it. Don't even think twice. I like that most of the seating is around the kitchen, not only is it fun to watch them cook such creative and beautiful dishes but it keeps it less pretentious and lets you interact with the staff more - they had us laughing most of the night.

i request the counter and was able to get it. which made our experience even better. the bread and butter is already delicious and great start. GET: the waygu burger with foie gras was the bestPASS: the souffle dessert; though the sorbet was delish they gave us a sample of desserts for our anniversary, totally made our night!

While I love the idea of this restaurant the experience was just not what we expected. First, the location. When you are paying $250 or more per person your expectation is something along the lines of fine dining. Instead our meal and senses were continually invaded by the aroma of plumes of cigarette and cbd or Marijuana smoke coming into the restaurant while our ears were assaulted by the sounds of a casino being steps away. The seating afforded us a great opportunity to watch the kitchen in action as long as we stayed laser focused on what they were doing, otherwise the open doors/wide entrance allowed the casino to influence the restaurant experience. Second. The service. Our server was okay. Not memorable. There was another employee that seemed very kind and friendly but also was unable to catch his name. They all gave off the impression they were just there and were already considering their closing tasks (our reservation was later - 815 pm, but other parties did come in behind us.) Third. The food. The entire meal and menu seemed forced. There were multiple times we had a large lag in time between plates and the staff in the kitchen didn't seem to have any urgency or care. We wanted to experience all the things so we selected the pre-fixe seasonal tasting menu and added the seasonal white truffle mushroom risotto. The highlight of the meal was the dessert. They clearly have a gifted and talented pastry chef. One lower point was the cardinal sauce served with the lobster. It completely overwhelmed and overpowered the delicate taste of the lobster. The endive with the duck was delicious but proved difficult to cut with the knife provided making it challenging to enjoy the plate. All the other components of the tasting menu have already started to slip from my memory and will only live on in pictures. I don't know that I would dine there again. I may try the Joel Robuchon that is next door next time, but it is doubtful.

Our experience at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon was truly unforgettable. Having already dined at the three-Michelin-star Joël Robuchon, we were eager to see how this one-starred gem would compare--and it did not disappoint. We opted for the Seasonal Discovery Menu, a stunning nine-course tasting that was a journey of flavors and artistry. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the freshest ingredients and impeccable technique. For the main course, I chose the duck, while my husband upgraded his meal to try the Kagoshima A5 Wagyu. From the service to the food to the atmosphere, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon offered a dining experience that satisfied our palates and left us in awe of the creativity and precision behind each plate. This is a place where luxury meets artistry, and we can't wait to return.

What an amazing culinary experience. I am so glad my friend recommended it to us and I'm so glad my husband was super on board with going here. It was our first real date night in Vegas. Came here for dinner and it did not disappoint! To be honest, I didn't even look at any yelp reviews or look up the restaurant. I truly had no idea what to expect. All I knew is my friend recommended it. My husband looked into it and made reservations. Oh yeah, that too. Make reservations! This place gets booked up at least a week out. I'm not quite sure I can add anything else that everyone else has mentioned. We sat at the bar top and had amazing views of the kitchen. I felt like I was in a master chef show watching everyone work, except not intense and everyone worked cohesively. Their seasonal menu is definitely the way to go. Everything was divine. I am not a seafood lover and when we went the menu was very seafood forward. It put me off and I ended up ordering an entree from the menu. I ordered the risotto and the wagyu sliders to start. Both were amazing. Best risotto I've ever had. If I were to come back, I'd order the seasonal menu and the risotto! My husband ordered the seasonal menu and fortunately for me, he let take a bite of every single dish. I was sad that I didn't order it myself. For sure the star was the ravioli. It had an asian flare to it and it was HEAVENLY. SO GOOD! Everything was good. The service was great. We were created with glasses of champagne as we were celebrating. Food came out and each dish was meticulously explained and presented. We even got a celebratory dessert + unknowingly we didn't realize everyone also gets a macaron at the end. All different flavors and so very, very good. I cannot rave enough about this place. I think about the food so much. I can't wait to come back. Literally everything tasted so good, everything complimented each other. The service is great and the atmosphere is too. Only downside that I was was how lengthy the dinner was. I think we got the short end of the stick. We were seated. Then about 10 min later another couple sat next to us. About 15 min after them another couple sat. But because they make the dishes in batches and plate them, we all seemed to get the courses at the same time. So our dinner took very long, about 30 minutes longer than the other two couples that sat after us. Regardless, it's still a 100/10 would recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon has been a cornerstone of my Las Vegas dining experiences for years, and it remains one of my all-time favorite spots. A visit to Vegas simply isn't complete without a reservation here. The open kitchen concept is truly mesmerizing - you're not just eating; you're watching art come to life. Every dish is crafted with precision and passion, and the chefs' attention to detail is unmatched.Standout dishes include anything with truffle (a true indulgence), their rich and decadent foie gras ravioli in broth, and any seasonal dish they're featuring. The menu never fails to surprise and delight, making every visit unique and exciting. From start to finish, the service is impeccable. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and ensures every moment feels special.L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is a must-visit for any foodie or fine dining enthusiast in Vegas. It's not just a meal; it's an experience I look forward to every time. Absolutely world-class! I can't wait to come back!!

We've been coming to L'Atelier in Vegas for years, and it's disappointing to see how much it's gone downhill. Prices keep going up, but the portions are getting smaller and the quality/taste just isn't what it used to be. What once felt like an exceptional dining experience now feels like it's relying more on the name than the food itself. It's sad because this used to be one of our favorite spots, but it's becoming less appealing every year. The service was fine, but nothing special enough to make up for the decline.

What an amazing spot! The eight course meal was nothing but outstanding. This seafood forward experience had an exceptional assortment of caviar, lobster, oysters and scallops. Nothing was short of perfection. Also a standout was the Waygu beef course. Perfectly cooked and melt-in-your-mouth pieces of steak were an excellent way to close the main courses. Not to be outdone - the service was exceptional as well. The servers were friendly and the sommelier went above and beyond in pairing the wines with our meal.

Exceptional service, very inviting atmosphere with great ambiance. Food was spectacular. Entrees were good, but the real stars of the show were the following: "Black Truffle Ravioli Soup, Mashed Potatoes, Passionfruit Posset, and the Macarons. I definitely enjoyed the second half more than the first. The drinks were outstanding, and the chef gave us an off the menu drink, as well as a special off the menu buttery/potato filled spread. Overall, a phenomenal experience. 9.5/10.Shoutout to Matej and Ariel for taking extra care of us, fantastic service.

There was only one bad thing about my visit here...that my reservation was on my last night in Vegas and I couldn't squeeze in a second visit. I would have tried to get a reservation for the next night if I wasn't leaving, Dare I say, I enjoyed my experience here a bit more than the other Joel Robuchon restaurant next door? Both were amazing, but I had such much fun with the concept of L'Atelier! It was lovely getting to sit at the counter and watch the kitchen work their magic. The servers were out of this world and they made the whole evening a million times better too! They definitely know how to treat their patrons. I'm quite introverted, but I found myself finding it very easy to talk to the servers and they put me at ease. The food quality, taste, and presentation couldn't be beat. I'm still dreaming about the passionfruit soufflé. I'm actually still thinking about the whole meal in general. This is a place that should not be missed on your trip to Vegas. I am already trying to plan my next visit!
