L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

Received the wrong order (ordered chicken katsu curry); re wives spicey chicken. Ordered 2 musubi's - received none. 2 starsTo top it off I was the only one in the diner when I placed my order...somehow managed to mess it up. Fedemption -1 starCalled restaurant back after I got home and explained what happened. To their credit they did fix my "Musubi" order the next day.

L&L is always a go to spot for me one thing I look for at a L&L since it is a chain is that the Mac salad stays with their recipe. So many other ones just end up making their own and go away from the recipe. This location keeps it tasting like the OG. For that you get a 4 star review. How can you even go wrong with grilled Kalbi and steak and chicken and katsu. Kinda hard to unless it's super salty. Bbq mix plates and Katsu is always the go to order. Katsu sauce is also the best here.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - mini chicken katsu curry was absolutely delicious and crunchy. The curry was a bit heavy on the spices of cumin or something. I don't like giving a business bad review. But I have to write one due to my experience last night. My boyfriend and I decided to pick up some food before heading home. We ordered 2 plates and spam ( total of $35) and when we got home...there was no Mac Salad on both plates. My boyfriend even asked the cashier guy if the meal plate comes with Mac Salad and he said YES. Instead we got 2 scoops of rice on both plates. Smh we know for a fact they did it on purpose, how on earth you messed up both plates.Please check your order before leaving. We are disappointed and won't be returning to this location.

L&L Hawaiian BBQ was a popular option for Hawaiian BBQ when I worked in Silicon Valley for a startup. So I was happy that they also have locations in Vegas when I first moved here.Can't say that I frequent this particular location often, even after moving to this zip code about 4 years ago. But recently I been ordering takeout from here, because they are open later than the other spots I used to go to, before my work schedule changed.Anyway, I pretty much just ordered their Hawaiian BBQ Chicken and the occasional poke (just 1 option), and it satisfies the crazing in an emergency, without having to drive too far out of the way. Plus Mochiko Chicken is off the menu and only available on their catering menu.Portion is decent. I like their Mac Salad. Price is lower compared to their nearby competitions. Recently I found out L&L have an app for earning reward points and downloaded. Their app game can use a lot of improvements, plus a major drawback is not all locations have signed up for ordering via the app or earning reward points (this location either opted out or has yet to signed up as a participating outlet). I might frequent here more often once they join the app bandwagon.This location is small, but never seems to be too busy when I do drop in. So wait time for my order is very minimal. The cashier seems nice, and the cook working in the kitchen seems to be pretty efficient. A-OK in my book.

Our go to Hawaiian spot for some classic chicken katsu. Always ono! Everyone is always polite and answers any questions you may have. Definitely solid chicken katsu and Mac salad.

Quick stop for spam saimin and spam musubi to go. The food was great, but I had to go back in to ask for napkins, a fork and spoon as none were provided.

I picked up food for my neighbor... I saw her disappointment as she was eating, meat was hella tough. I later picked up food for me. Picked up everything at the same time. Everything went in the trash. WHY?IS it MY fault for having higher expectations for a place that has branched off?!?! YES! The amount of money I spent on our food, I'll cook it next time. Business forget, this is a luxury now.I couldn't post my pics, I was upset & threw it in the garbage so fast. She's elderly, I'm disabled...I'll never stop here again.

The server was rude for no reason. She talks over you and doesn't have a pleasant attitude at all! You're in the service business, this isn't how you treat customers!

Before heading to L & L I called at 917p and no answer! When I walked in at 926pm the young lady behind the counter and told me, they were closed softly! However, their hours of operation says 10am-10pm.
