L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

Absolutely pitiful ! I spent $50 here, when I got home, there was Hair cooked inside of my food. Due to my food being contaminated, I threw it away and asked to get my full order refunded., and they did not help me. Very rude staff. I had proof of everything and they still chose to not help me.. and it's not the cleanest place.. All I wanted was my refund for the food that I ordered and was not able to eat for my family, and the manager and workers gave me a very hard time :( I will never be eating here ever again. Then the manager had the nerve to tell me they did nothing wrong when I had proof of everything.! And then they said that I tied Hair to the chicken,

You need to fire the guy at the front counter. I tried calling ahead of time to put in my order. I couldn't understand him on the phone and then he just hung up on me. When I get in he's looking down at his phone. He doesn't greet me and then while I'm paying he kneels down and just stays on his phone the whole time. He doesn't even give me my receipt. Then goes back to kneeling down, on his phone. There was a couple calls from customers he didn't pick up. It wasn't busy at all so he probably lost you some business there.

The food here didn't taste as good as other L&Ls I been before this location was very disappointing and the service was horrible the cashier gave me bad attitude and was very rude for a question about the menu, I will definitely not come to this location ever again. The place looked unsanitary as well.

Today Was my 1st time at L&L I went around noon there was no line I ordered a Loco Moco xtra gravy with over medium eggs and it came with Mac Salad yummy... i did come in a to go container but the flavor was great portions awesome and it was enough for my hubby and I total including 2 drinks came up too $17ish dollars definitely a place to check out..

When on a time crunch to grab lunch, L&L has been convenient. I've been here twice. This review is based on my two visits. They don't make lunch plates as big these days and that's OK. I'm not complaining. I remembered these plates were larger in volume at their other locations in the past. Belly friendly perhaps? Their Seafood combo was fairly good.Their curry sauce needed more kick on the sauce as it lacked salt. However, they did the Chicken Katsu right. Both their BBQ mix and Chicken Teriyaki Bowl was on point.Friendly service here! I believe they are a legitimate L&L location.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The restaurant itself is in desperate need of a remodel and deep cleaning. The bathroom is pretty darn scary too. Lol. But the food is pretty good. I had the beef ribs. Came with rice and macaroni salad. Was actually good. Their soda machine was out of order But I do know they had some canned drinks available. Overall. I might eat here again.

Ordered three meals and a side and the guy wanted to argue with me and charge me for teriyaki sauce. Absolutely ridiculous because I've never been charged for sauce to go with meals in my life at this place until this guy decided he wanted to.I will never be back to this location again!

This has to be the worse experience I have been had while eating out. Me and my wife found a long hair cooked into our food and all we wanted was a refund. They were very rude and refused to refund us. everyone from the employees to the HR department. Do eat at this health hazard, Aloha !

Ordered a mini garlic shrimp via doordash& was very disappointed when i opened my plate to this.

Food is as good as any L&L restaurants. The place is very clean and the manager is very friendly. Food comes out fast and packaged neatly for takeout. It is located in an older Albertsons shopping center and could use some updating. The place could also use more lighting outside to be more visible in public. The only drawback is they close earlier than most restaurants at 8 pm. Prices are consistent with any other L&L franchise. There's abundant space for dining in and plenty of parking.
