Great sushi spot at Resort World. We ordered a variety of rolls and all were beautifully presented and fresh. I loved the Cod fish dish with foam on top but the sauce was a tad too sweet. I also loved the cucumber salad but it was bit too salty in spots. Overall it's a solid dinner spot with lots of variety. Very attentive service, love when dishes disappear and table is cleared as soon as we finish with them. Cool decor with some projectors making fish move on the ground.

Great service, no wait time with reservation, was seated immediately and food was served in a timely manner but did not feel rushed.Fish was fresh. Portions were decent. Their braised short ribs was a bit dry in my opinion, but the lamb chop was tender and tasty.

Kusa Nori was just a bit mid tierThe interior decor was definitely a vibe for meAll the food presentation complimented the decorBut as for tasting the food, it was mediocreMy favorite thing was probably the oysterBut I don't know if there was no dry ice what I'd take it for Some of the sushi tasted goodWhile others tasted far off from what it shouldAll in all if you are looking for food in the Resorts World casino to eat This place might do it, but it might not beVery 50/50

Dinner was enchanting! The presentation of each menu was stunning! Staff were attentive and friendly, they did not hesitate to offer suggestions without being too pushy to upsell. We ordered a quite a few items but I'd like to highlight the best ones. Scallop Crudo: Do not skip, it was so refreshing and delicious! At first when they said there's apples in them I was a bit hesitant but WOW, the sweetness and the texture of the apples complements the raw scallops so perfectly. Wagyu Beef Crispy Potato: from the presentation to the taste it was a towering experience. The cook think wagyu pieces table-side to top the wagyu tartare and potatoes everything together was extraordinary, I can each a thousand of these! (if i was rich) Uni Toast: there is no way you can go wrong with this and it's honestly nothing too special except they serve it on a "hand" - but nevertheless I will order it again because you can never go wrong with uni, iberico ham and toast. Misoyaki Black Cod: spectacular! Yuzu sake espuma and the cod harmoniously created a flavor bomb inside my mouth and HOW IS THE COD SO SOFT?! Delicious, I would order it again. Of course the other sushi items and rolls were delicious but the above items really hit it for me. But ... DO NOT SKIP DESSERT. I know many times, you're too full to order dessert, I almost didn't... but we did and I seriously want to go back and order just dessert for myself. I don't recall the name but it's with ube icecream and pop rocks. It was delicious AND it was a lot of fun! When's the last time you had pop rocks?

This review is for their happy hour since we have yet to have dinner here. My husband and I decided to do some happy hour hopping before a comedy show here a few weekends ago. We are regulars at RW but had never been to Kusa Nori before. We were sat in the lounge area which made for great people watching - we even saw Kevin Hart walking by! We ordered sake bombs, the hamachi crispy rice, and the RWLV, Ko Tuna, Tsurai Yellowtail, and Ikari Salmon hand rolls. HOLY COW! I love crispy rice and will order tuna crispy rice whenever I see it on the menu. This hamachi crispy rice was probably one of the best, if not THE best, I've had. The hamachi was so tender, almost melt in your mouth, and all of the ingredients just melded together perfectly. The rice was crispy, but there was not so much rice as to overpower the fish. Now, let's talk about the hand rolls. If I could insert a drool emoji here, I would. The fish in the handrolls was also SO tender! I thought for sure the tuna hand roll was going to be my favorite, but I preferred the RWLV, yellowtail, and salmon handrolls. My husband and I were both so impressed. We kept talking about the hand rolls for the next week and decided to go back that following weekend for more. I am down to check this place out for dinner, but oddly enough, they don't have the hand rolls on the menu! Not the cheapest happy hour spot, but so worth it!

My coworkers and I had a phenomenal dinner here on one of our last nights in town! We shared a bunch of dishes and loved them all. Our server recommended a couple of delicious sushi rolls for us. I only remembered to take a picture of the desserts lol, but the presentation for all the dishes was beautiful!!

Restaurant is located in the District at Resorts World. We had happy hour here so cocktails and a snack hit the spot. The cocktails and food were average. The best thing from the happy hour menu was the hamachi crispy rice. Salmon and snow crab (RWLV) handroll was fresh but nothing spectacular. The blue fin tuna although good portion size did not taste very fresh. I think happy hour started at 4pm but definitely ended at 5:30pm. Cool lounge area for happy hour with sofas, chairs and small tables. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

I had a great experience and experienced top notch service. Thanks to my dinner companion Sam A. Went to dinner here midweek, tables were full, but didn't seem overly busy. Our servers were constantly checking in on us, making sure our water was full, and even stopped to have some conversation with us, which we appreciated. Ambiance: Lighting is perfect, while lot of conversations happening, you couldn't really hear exactly what others were saying, which is good, you should be enjoying your company!Food & Drink: Given some bubbles to start, never going to say no to that! Cucumber Salad: well balanced dressing, would get this one again. Espresso Martini: good coffee flavors, didn't get punched in the face with alcohol, much prefer thatSeafood Platter: This was the special, but tbh some of it was hit or miss. The King crab legs were really salty, you almost needed the sauces to make the flavor OK. Chilled lobster, wasn't the easiest to get, so our server took it back and cut it open for us. Perfect. Shrimp were cooked fine. The oysters were good w/all the sauces, alone they were a little more fishy than I usually like. I probably would find out when the seafood was flown in before ordering this. Scallop Crudo: I would get 10 of these dishes as a dinner, no joke. The yuzu apples & truffle. wow. I can still taste it melting in my mouth. Black Cod: absolutely would get this over and over. This one just was buttery, and melted in your mouth. The sauce is a little on the sweet side, which I usually lean towards like a savory sweet but it was very good. Dessert: Passionfruit ice cream mochi: yes. so good. The other dessert, not sure what it was, but it had some macarons, ube cream, and some sponge type cake. LOL loved the happy anniversary but I was dining with a friend haha so friendiversary? :) This one needed something, like maybe the ube should have been ice cream instead of a cream to go with the cake. This one was a miss for me. All in all though, while the food wasn't 100% perfect, I would considering coming again absolutely! Thank you for the amazing experience :)

Food was great, service was excellent, and the restaurant was beautiful and quiet. I would eat here again. I'm excited to take my mom here on November. You have to try the pad Thai!

Wow! I had no idea what to expect, but nothing as great as what I got.Kusa Nori inside the Resorts World hotel is top notch. It starts the 2nd you walk in the door. The hostess was nice. But it was the service from Mike and John that pushed the experience over the top.Any need, any question, anything!! Those 2 were on top of it. We asked random questions about the cuisine, and John walked us through the entire process, even taking us back to Japan. And Michael was the same. The man knew everything -- and was soooo professional. There was so much food we got, that I can't tell you one thing that stood out. Each dish was delicious, from the appetizers to the main course.Well, ok -- The crispy rice dish and the Black Cod were spectacular!I was planning to post photos of the food, but sometimes the pictures don't convey the deliciousness of the actual food. Anyhoo.. Go to Resorts World -- get reservation at Kusa Nori -- Ask for John and Michael.. Leave full, content and happy. Thank you all for a wonderful evening!
