Truly one of the most underrated Crystal stores in Vegas! Krystal Kartel is more than just a shop-- it's an entire community. The owner Cheyanne is one of the most bright lights of a soul you could ever encounter: she welcomes everyone like family into her business and truly puts her entire heart out for everyone. She has exceptional metaphysical products and truly unique crystals available with a rotation on sales and deals for the current zodiac seasons. Cheyanne also believes in community over competition and uplifts other small businesses no matter what. I cannot recommend Krystal Kartel enough. It is a definite MUST for any of your crystal or metaphysical needs.

One morning a few weeks ago, I had brunch on Freemont street. It was a perfect spring morning, so while making our way towards the car, we peaked into a few shops.This is how I found Krystal Kartel. The outside is interesting enough to pull you in. The wording looks like steel letters, but they are angled away from the building, so you are reading the shadow of the letters, not the letters themselves. (Super cool illusion)Inside there are 4-6 different vendors, with their own respective stores. Each unique with its own charm. Tucked away, in the far right corner is Krystal Kartel.It is cute, cozy and the energy is amazing.I met Jade and Wendy. They were patient, knowledgeable about the products, and kind.They took their time to answer all of my questions while I took in all of the beautiful stones and trinkets.I left after a sizable purchase, and returned the next weekend with my daughter to do it all again.Thank you for such a charming store. I will be back to visit again soon!

Owner lied about item I needed being back in stock twice. I was told my actions were showing that I had bad energy or whatever she thinks which I am not guilty of. I would have preferred she voiced that she didn't like my energy or actions in person instead of misleading me to thinking I would eventually be able to repurchase my lost item again.... This is not a business but a falshood of positive spiritual teachings but the owner Cheyenne is horrible at spirituality and reading someone by their actions. I did not take advantage of her.. I can't help it they my existence is strong

THIS STORE IS THE BEST STORE IN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE. Cheyenne is like the nicest person ever I love all her work and everything the store has to offer. The store has a one of a kind vibe and great prices!!!!! in love with this place I'll definitely make this a regular stop
