We ended up here after our usually spot had an hour and a half wait. We were pleasantly surprised how much we loved it! To start off, our server Arturo was great, always checking on us and very friendly! Gina was also very friendly and making sure we were getting our orders. Very impressed with the service! We enjoyed all the rolls and nigiri. Everything was tasty and fresh! Our usual spot hasn't been great the last few times so we really tasted the difference. We will definitely be back to Krazy Sushi!!

The server we had was frantic and spouted all kinds of rules about how we had to order certain things first on the menu and other categories later because if we went back to the appetizers section later we would confuse the chefs. Since when? It's AYCE. That makes zero sense. The rice tastes like tap water and every roll has spice to it even when it shouldn't have. Do not recommend.

Overall experience: OKOur server Pauli (I think that's his name) was super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. When my son and I first entered the restaurant we were not greeted. A couple minutes later a lady who appeared to be the manager sat us, gave us menus and walked off so we started to leave but then Pauli arrived so that turned things around for us. The menu is lengthy so lots of options to choose from but everything we ordered was mediocre. Will most likely not return.

Lilly was an amazing host! She was very friendly and informative. Our food was awesome and came out promptly. Must try the honey toast with ice cream for dessert!

Tried this place recently on a Friday night. I wanted AYCE sushi, and our regular spot had an hour and 45 min wait. Surprisingly, there was no wait and my family of four was immediately seated. The ambiance was great, and we were seated at a booth that was almost enclosed. It was great to have a nice private dinner as we were almost completely secluded from the other tables, which I liked. We were able to have nice conversations without having to talk loudly. Bad thing was I almost felt forgotten by the waiter. We had a young man take our first order. This is where it starts to go downhill. It took almost 30 minutes to get our first order. And when they brought the food out, it was one thing here, another thing a few minutes later. Then it stopped. We didn't get everything we ordered. A different male waiter stopped by to see how we were doing, I told him we were still waiting on our food, he was going to check on it. Next came another item...literally one item. I'm starting to get irritated at this point. A middle aged woman came by to check on us, I think it was the owner, and I told her the same thing, we hadn't received all of our food. She said everything was brought out. Long story, short, they didn't enter everything we ordered the first time. She enters everything and slowly but surely, the food is brought out. The sashimi was good, however, it seemed like they had two different people making them as some had sauce, some didn't. My son did not like the rolls as they had no sauce. He said they tasted plain. We also tried the shrimp tempura and chicken fried rice which were both good. We had a young lady named Jane stop by and check on us. She was really the saving grace here. She was super friendly, checked on the status of our food for us and was talkative. Jane is a keeper. Overall, we felt cheated with the food, it was under whelming, bland, and without the proper sauces. The long wait and the way the food trickled out added to the dissatisfaction. Another waitress stopped by, her name was Precious. She was also great and recommended the honey toast for dessert. She was right, it was delicious, and we didn't have to wait 15-minutes for it, she brought it right out to us along with a deep fried Oreo. Jane kept checking on us and she, along with Precious were really the highlight of our experience. Very friendly and attentive.

Second time visiting here. Was seated at a table by the front door, and I asked to change the tables, and Victoria was very kind and seated us with no problem. Everyone was so nice, the bald guy with the tattoos was soooo sweet & funny (sorry I didn't get your name!) the food was sooooo good as usual. This honey toast is new to me, and I'm obsessed. The chefs did their thing and I love the vibes of the restaurant. The lighting is low which I really love. We'll be back for a third time for sure!

I found this place when searching for sushi for dinner nearby without having to drive too far from home. We order the tiger roll, salmon lover roll, dancing eel roll, and shoyu ramen. The service was great! They made sure we were doing okay and were very friendly. The restaurant was nice inside and had good vibes. Weve eaten here several times and have had a good experience, so we will continue going here whenever we crave!

I had a fantastic meal here with a group of 2 families. The semi private dining rooms, for parties of 6-10, made it a good choice for our group which included kids. The AYCE plates kept coming steadily, and I appreciated the ability to order half-rolls to try more of the extensive menu (like 80+ types of rolls!). But it wasn't all rolls, the carpaccio plates were a standout! I really liked some of their fried items, the crabby-cream-cheesy jalapeño dish was tasty. There was also a delicately crispy, lighter-than-an-eggroll type starter that was really good, and I've never really had anything like it before. The menu is EXPANSIVE, with a little something for everyone. Every type of roll you could want, noodle dishes, katsu dishes, nigiri - everyone left full and happy

I did not expect to like Krazy sushi. Now let me explain. A large group of us were going to celebrate our birthdays and we had our hearts set on Umami up the road. I'm an Umami diehard fan and the wait is always 30 min*. When my friends found out it was going to be 30-40 min they weren't interested in waiting and said "let's just go try this other place". Hold up wait, what...no! I've never been there, I have not read the Yelp reviews and it sent me into a full on dramatic tailspin. I didn't want to be selfish and try to go with the flow, so I decided to go and was prepared to not like Krazy sushi whatsoever. Whelp....I was WRONG!There was no wait, and we were able to get our party of 8 seated immediately. TBH. I thought that wasn't a good sign that there wasn't a packed house around 6pm dinner time. Full disclosure, I'm extra particular. Not only do I expect the quality of the sushi to be top-notch but I don't eat traditional rice rolls. I don't care for rice and I don't splurge on eating out very often. So when I decide to, it's absolutely got to be worth it! Don't get me wrong, I will eat all the delicious side dishes like Bulgogi, chicken teriyaki, side salad and fun skewers which I know is not low-fat but something I look forward to in addition to my no Rice rolls. I greatly appreciate when AYCE sushi places offer of a variety of no rice rolls, which KRAZY DID....ty! So here's the skinny, pun intended. I tried all the rice rolls that did not have any tempura in them, which I believe there were two. The carpaccio hands-down was my favorite. I had the yellow tail with jalapeño, and the salmon with lemon slice very fresh buttery texture and I got two orders of each. You're limited to one per person, but since the whole table was AYCE, I was able to snag more than one for myself. That was the highlight if you ask me. I tried the tuna poki and it was not good. I would not get that again. My husband agreed the tuna didn't taste fresh and it had a weird texture to it like it was frozen, perhaps.I was really looking forward to the cocaine, no rice rill, which was more like a salad kind of meh. The highlights were yellowtail and salmon, carpaccio, stuffed tomato, beef bowl, Gogi, green muscles. Our server Victoria was incredibly polite and thorough about explaining anything on the menu, which was very kind of her because we had some sushi newbies with us. As the dining room got busier, she was unable to be as attentive, but we understood. Would I go back to Krazy sushi, yes. Would I chose them over Umami, no. However, I was pleasantly surprised they accommodated us so quickly offered so many rice rolls and, the quality of a majority of their sushi was really great.
