Bought a game from their year end sale online. Overall I found the experience top notch. After placing my order, I got a notification within a day that my item was OOS and would be refunded. It was unfortunate, but this can happen between the holiday surge and clearing out inventory. Shortly after my refund, I got an e-mail from customer service stating they found a copy and would be willing to honor my original price. I jumped on it and they processed and shipped the order the following day. I just received my order a few days ahead of schedule (great!) and the game was new in perfect condition. I would 100% order again.

Knight & Day Games is located at Town Square Las Vegas. You'll find them behind the Container Store. They open until midnight.Inside is huge and marvelous! There's a vast selection of board games like quixo, soho, and bridgerton, fun puzzles, a variety of cards for dungeons and dragons, Disney and hello kitty, and amazing figurines. In the back, there's an area for paint night which is every Thursday from 6pm to 8pm. Pricing is $5 that goes toward. Purchase of miniature figurines. Vicki is the paint ambassador who's very knowledgeable, accommodating, and super helpful! They also have tabletop games and host tournaments. Pricing for a Day Pass is $10 where you can try out games for a day, and that also includes paint night.Everyone in the staff including Catalina, Vicki, Catherine, Maki, and the owner Morgan is very kind, welcoming, friendly, and personable. The place is inviting and has a relaxing atmosphere with good music playing, it's such a fun vibe, I love it!

Having been a regular patron of the former owner's store I have to say I'm impressed with the new location, layout, additional areas, game categorization and the ease of access to store. The place clearly isn't lacking energy, there are gaming tables where people are actively playing titles. There's an area dedicated for people to paint their minis. They've made space for all the extra neat little things to do, this very well thought out.The staff is where I'm not feeling the same vibe. There's a lot more working at location now, but all they seemed to just park behind the register. Perhaps it's due to that fact that naturally we're going to find introverted, socially challenged people to work in this genre, but not all customers come into this store knowing what they want. With the changes after acquiring TGG, a decent amount of the patrons I've encountered here may also not be allowed within 100 yards of a school. Things just feels a little off.Their website needs improvement to compete with the big players like MiniatureMarket (where's the store pickup option?) They have a Discord presence, but appears to be a complete mess that looks like someone's child barfed it up. If they can improve their online presence and rev up the in-store customer service, this could be "the" 5-star location for the entire west coast.Deducting 1 star for customer service.Deducting 1 for the fact nobody ever answers their business phone.Selection: A+Value: B+Location: A++Staff: D-Online Presence: C

Update: i have caught wind that knight and day not only gave a qtr band to the person with superficial cuts on her arms BUT they have paved a beyblade tourney JUST FOR KIDS (7-13)!!! Just for those two updates, i have given them two more stars for caring about their youthful community and holding any toxicity accountable for their bad behavior(s). Really appreciate that kinda customer service, thank you very much for making the scene a more positive place for children to enjoy!

I am not a "gamer" by today's terms, but I do love a good puzzle or board game, and this place has both of those and an insane and amazing of gamer cards, games, and accessories, to purchase, make/paint, rent for the evening (a massive library of games folks) at one of their tables. They have game nights and if you just want to join in and there is an opening, the patrons and staff are super accommodating. When we first walked in, we were somewhat overwhelmed by the extensive space and merchandise, but then Traci politely offered to take us on a tour. Completely worth it! We found out they even have various levels of membership, some of which allow for free coffee and other benefits, plus tournaments (schedules vary). There is literally something for everyone. And if you aren't remotely interested in any of it, it's a great place to buy gifts for others. They ship everywhere too. They just moved here about four months ago from a smaller, more obscure spot at Town Square, to closer the entrance off of Las Vegas Blvd, next to The Container Store. I ended up buying a fun game called "You've Got Problems, The Game of Terrible Choices" Can't wait to bust it out with my family and friends.

Couldn't be more impressed with this incredible shop. It is absolutely filled to the brim with games to choose from, spacious tables, and even a D&D figure painting area. We were blown away by how big it is inside! The games are displayed in an easy to see and eye catching way. The whole setup of their games is really pleasing to look at while you browse. They even had a two person game section that my partner and I enjoyed a lot. A lot of their board games are cheaper than you can find them online. For that reason, I highly recommend them as a go to for your board game shopping. They also have a few editions that you can't find online anywhere. At $10/day for free play of their collection, it is reasonably priced. We wound up staying four hours until close, and their staff were extremely kind and warm to us. The staff here were some of the most welcoming and friendly staff I've interacted with in a while. They made sure we were comfortable and felt open to ask questions. They also ensured the tables were kept very clean and even provide food mats for people to avoid dirtying the play mats. I like how large the shop is, because the tables are nicely spread out to avoid too much noise. There is nice overhead lighting and the folding chairs are comfortable and sturdy feeling. Unfortunately, they are usually too busy to answer their phone lines the few days I tried to call, but that's the only thing I can think of that I hope improves. Easily my favorite board game cafe in Vegas. I hope they stay in business a long time, because the shop and service are top notch.

Cancels order because it's too good of a deal to honor knowing they could make more money. Won't buy from them ever especially if it's a good deal because they will cancel it.

If you are ordering online from this company I would say it's "buyer beware". They ship you NIS games, and due to their poor packaging will potentially damage your games and do little to nothing about it. I got a package with a game with a split edge, crease going up the face and an indent from another game hitting it, and was told it was "light cosmetic damage" and told I could get $5 store credit. There are other negative stories on a site called BGG, where worse things happened and the same outcome occurred. Their customer service is uncaring, their shippers have no idea how to safely package goods, and I can not recommend them if you're shopping online. If you go to the physical location it may be a better experience.
