I don't want to post this review because I want to gate keep it -- they're that good. I personally don't like eating chicken because I am very picky. When it comes to my wings, they need to be crispy on the outside, flavorful throughout and not bland by any means, and most importantly MOIST. KIO KFC excelled in all of this. We are huuuuuge fans of Pelicana Chicken but KIO is far superior in our opinion.KIO is primarily a pickup/delivery food establishment aka ghost kitchen (check out my videos/pictures for our initial reaction upon arrival). We didn't order ahead of time because we thought there was a dine in option, so we ordered when we got there and patiently waiting for our chicken (about 30 min). If you are picking up, walk up the ramp, it will lead you to a small white room. This is a lobby area for various food establishments so once you arrive, call KIO once you are there. I've seen them also bring the food out to cars as well for pickup. My boyfriend and I ordered the following: 40 pieces of chicken (soy garlic wet, spicy yam yam wet, original dry w/ side of padak sauce (if you like horseradish this is good), and honey butter dry (my favorite), OG chicken sandwich, sides - rice cos we're Filipino and eat our chicken wings with rice (wings were so good we forgot about it lol), french fries (crispy and moist throughout our whole dinner, should've gotten more). Between the two of us we finished EVERYTHING. EVERYTHINGGG. We live in Henderson and we will drive to them again - no hesitation. We will also have them catered in the future (if they do that) because they are so good. Note about their customer service: Since it is a pickup/delivery service there is not much contact but while we were eating in the parking lot we realized we never got our drinks. (we were already 80% done with our food and didn't drink anything lol - that good.) I just called them back and she was so kind, she sincerely apologized and already planned on texting and refunding our drinks, but I told her we were just outside and she just brought them out and offered ice as well. I forgot her name but we had a short conversation with her about our experience. We truly appreciate the genuine hospitality and overall amazing foodie experience from them.

This place is BOMB. The fried chicken was crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. Suuuuper flavorful. The fries had some extra batter or something to it.. deep fried goodness. Coleslaw is nice and refreshing. I thought I would want more pickled radish, but it was a good amount. I live a bit far from this place so I made sure to take a bite right when I got into my car lol. Once I actually got to eat it, it was like half an hour in, it def didn't taste as good as it was fresh, but can't help that. Just dig in asap!I just wish this was closer to me and in a better location. It's a small parking lot which luckily wasn't too packed (Sunday around 12:30p). The place is mainly for pick up although they have 1 or 2 tables inside. They share the space with other restaurants so essentially you enter this small room and wait for them to come out to deliver the food. I would say you should just wait in your car until you get a text that your food is done. (Also their phone number didn't work so... best to just wait!)There are people just sleeping or talking to themselves all along Main St, but none were in the parking lot. I personally wouldn't go by myself at night... so I hope they can get a shop in Chinatown or Cheongdam food hall one day crossing my fingers!!!!!

When you pull up, it definitely doesn't have the best welcome. It's a super tight lot with the most random cars just sitting. It was a bit frustrating to park and to leave. But the inside ambiance is just open and bright. Kiosk was unfortunately down today. We ordered online for a pick up of 6:25 which was the earliest possible when ordering at 5:40. We opted to order some simple fries for a quick bite. We arrived a bit early since it was our first time. Unfortunately even with calling in and letting them know the fries were still not ready until after 6:25. Could just be they wanted it fresh. We opted for Snow Cheddar Fries. I've had them before from Bbq chicken, but they recently discontinued it. So I wanted to try it out. The flavor was on point and perfect balance of sweet and salty. I loved it, however even still being fresh they don't have a typical french fry crunch, more of the soggy texture. Which can be hit or miss for me. The only other miss is the price point. It was around $10 before tip for this box. So it's a pricey snack.Overall cool concept and would love to give them another try, especially for wings as that is typically what they are known for. Just order way way in advance.

We were hungry after our event at Fremont Street so we went on Yelp and found KIO which was located 3-4 mins from us. KIO is part of a ghost kitchen so the place looked sketchy from the picture, especially late at night. We still decided to go, and got there around 1:15ish AM. The place was actually well-lit and secured behind the thick metal gates so don't be afraid! The owner and his girlfriend were outside when we parked. They greeted us, walked us inside, and explained the ordering process. You can order via a kiosk, directly with the owner/girlfriend, online via their website, or through food delivery apps. It does take about 20 mins to make the chicken so if you're in a hurry, I recommend you place your order online. There are some tables inside the ghost kitchen for you to eat, but the majority of people take their orders to-go. While we were waiting for our food, we got to chat with the owner. He genuinely cares about his customers, making an effort to get to them, and is trying to build a community here. It's clear that the owner has a deep love for the food industry, especially when it comes to chicken and strongly believes in his product. On top of that, he's just a really cool guy and is someone we think we'd be great friends with. You can tell he's got big dreams of expanding, and with his passion, I have no doubt he'll make it happen :)Now for the food itself. If you order wings, the order will come with a side of pickled white radish. This is a must have (in my opinion) to balance out the savoriness of Korean fried chicken. In terms of the chicken flavor, the owner said it's lighter than your typical Korean fried chicken. I didn't understand it until I tried the wings. The batter is thinner so you don't taste a lot of flour, and the wings do not taste overly greasy. The chicken is just absolutely phenomenal--crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned.KIO O.G. (Original) Wings: I thought O.G. wings would be boring with little to no seasoning but KIO proved me wrong. It's brined with special ingredients and fried in a unique batter so that's probably what contributed to the amazing flavor profiles. It was also the crispiest of all the wings we got. The wings come with both the KIO House and KIO Padak sauces which is nice; at other Korean restaurants, you would have to pay extra for the sauces.KIO Honey Butter Wings: This was good but could use a bit more of the honey butter sprinkles. You can enjoy this one with additional sauces since the honey butter flavor is more on the subtle side. KIO Savory Soy Garlic Wings: I rarely find a place that does soy garlic well so I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was actually my favorite of the 3 wings I tried. Their soy garlic sauce was perfect so you don't need any extra sauce. KIO House Sauce: This is a sweet & garlicky aioli made with fresh garlic & ginger using a Korean chili paste. It tasted very similar to sriracha mayo and was great for dipping the fries in.KIO KIO Sauce: This is a sweet & spicy aioli made from roasted garlic & Korean chili paste. The description sounds good, but this sauce missed the mark for me. I didn't think it complimented the korean fried chicken or fries.KIO Padak Sauce: This is a tangy Korean mustard sauce mixed with honey, lemon juice, and scallion and is basically a Korean version of wasabi. It's got a nice kick to it and pairs well with the KIO O.G. wings.KIO French Fries ($6.99): The fries came with a sauce which I think is chipotle, but I could be wrong. These were delicious and great alone or dipped in sauce. They weren't that crispy by the time we got home, but the flavors were outstanding enough to make them taste so good still.KIO Kimchi ($2.50): Their kimchi was just okay and fell short compared to everything else we tried. That's not to say it was bad. KIO Mochi Cheese Ball Doughnuts ($6.99 for 4 pieces): Woah, these doughnuts were intriguing. My palette was so confused because there were so many flavors and textures with this doughnut, but not in a bad way. The doughnut had a nice fluffy presentation. When you take the first bite, it deflates then becomes chewy and soft inside. I wasn't sure what the filling was because it was slightly sweet from the sugar on top then changes to creamy from the cream cheese and ended with a bit savory from the mozzarella cheese. The doughnuts come with a side of condensed milk which paired well together. My husband and I are definitely rooting for this place and can't wait to come back to try their other items!

I'm definitely going to have to rave about this place.. this chicken sandwich is like no other chicken sandwich ... perfect ratio to every SINGLE bite. Egg salad, pickle crunch, chicken crack in your mouth all the way to the last bite and lick your finger good! Also ordered the wings and fries... one word "SUPERB". This is a must on my list when visiting Las Vegas. Thank me later.

This is take out/delivery only as they are a ghost kitchen. I appreciated that they are open a bit later. The food took about 30/40ish minutes to make but everything was very good! They were very personable calling us back to ensure we got everything and were willing to bring it out to the car. We went in the evening so the building is a bit tucked off but once you find it there is ample parking to wait. I do prefer a harder fry on my chicken but the chicken was very juicy and well flavored. The secret spicy yam wings had a nice kick to them and paired well with the fresh hot white rice. The fries were yummy and I had to stop myself from eating them all on the car ride home.I have never had cold seaweed soup but it was really refreshing and tied into the rest of the meal. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors of wings next time!

I finally checked out this Korean fried chicken spot, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was crispy on the outside and super juicy inside just how it should be. I got the soy garlic sauce, and it was honestly so good sweet, savory, and a little garlicky, but not overwhelming. The portions were pretty big, and I ended up with leftovers, which is always a win. The vibe was chill, and the staff was really friendly, too. I'll definitely be back to try their spicy flavors next time!

After living in Korea for 10 years, it has been difficult to find a good Korean fried chicken place. This is as close as you're gonna get without going to Korea. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Favorite flavor was the honey butter. We got six different flavors, all great, but honey butter was sooooo bomb. Great customer service. Coming back here again. It is a ghost kitchen so keep that in mind. Hopefully it can grow into its own store front. I'll help make that possible with my next order of honey butter wings.
