I took my sons here on Tuesday night for a hour. We bought them an ice cream as well. When they went to ask for their ice cream.. they were told, "Get out of here" by the staff member at the snack bar. Then, they were told very rudely about not having a specific ice cream because of the gum balls. Of course I understand the safety side of that but I should've been told at check in and/or the lady didn't have to be so rude when telling my kid he couldn't have it. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the check in lady who was very nice. The kids inside were rude and we will never be back.

My husband and I were in town for a conference and was staying at the Sunset Station. We needed someone to watch our son for several hours on a Friday, after our sitter (a high school friend of ours) backed out. I considered hiring a hotel sitter, but I wasn't to comfortable about having my son holed up in the room for several hours. Kids Quest at the hotel is a life saver. We went down earlier to see if we could tour the facility. The girl in the front was very friendly and showed us around. She said since my son was younger than 2 1/2 years old he'd be with the Tiny Tots group. The facility looked clean. There is a lot of room for kid to play and use their imagination. The staff looked like they enjoyed being with the kids as well. The girl went over their policy, about having up to date immunization records but since we were for out of town it would be conditionally waived. This put my mind at ease knowing that even if my son is up to date with his immunizations, so are the other children. Wouldn't want my son catching something. They checked his diaper every hour, gave him a snack and meal that my husband and I pre-approved, and also gave him is bottle and water as needed, like requested. I loved that when we picked up my son they gave a report for us to take with us so we know just what was done.I will be honest, I was a little worried that my son would have a hard time adjusting to the new environment, he has a tendency to do that. But it really seemed like he enjoyed it there. Which is a huge relief to know. We needed him to be watched again on Sunday for the same amount of hours, and was happy to get the exact same standard of service. They even remembered my son's name as we were walking up to the check in counter! If we are ever in Las Vegas, I would not hesitate to use Kids Quest again. I will also remember to bring a copy of his immunizations.

This would be our 4th time here at Sunset Station and i have to say besides the immunization issue we had our first time here, I highly recommend Kids Quest. Great for parents that want to get away for a few hours and not have to worry about their kids. It's safe, clean and reasonable as far as price. My daughter has a lot of fun and has nothing but good things to say. Staff is friendly and even through this Covid situation they seem to be on top of sanitation and they do it properly. Tips: make sure your kid(s) have socks#2 if your a first time visitor make sure to bring immunization record#3 Max hours per day for your child is 5 hours. Current cost per hour is $11.

Shame on you as a parent if you give these guys anything less than a four star rating!! They're watching your kid up to five straight hours, on some nights as late as 1am, so you can gamble and get your drink on!This place rocks and the options for your kids is endless! From arcade games, a huge climbing gym, toys galore, a real sound stage, and a bar they can sit and order real food!

I brought my daughter frances their in the weekend and it was her very first time! Alanna who helped us out during the check in process explained everything to us in full detail and assured us that she will have a great time!!! ( This is our first time leaving her at a place like this) When we came back to check out the girl who assisted us Gabby she did a great job at also explaining to us how the loyalty reward program works and told us that next time we visit to stop by the reward center and pick up a gaming card so we can start using the monthly promotions they offer!!!!! They both were super nice and incredibly helpful

Sandra is so rude... there was not a single kid in the kids quest and she turned us away because my son was 3 days too young. It's obvious she just didn't want to do her job, why turn away your first and only customer of the day when it's already 12pm? Horrible customer service

Brought my daughters in for a fun time but instead ended up with a child super upset and shared said she never wanted to go there again! I was told by my oldest daughter (7years old) that the hour she was there that she didn't get to play instead a worker by the name of Brandy told her to clean up the entire side room filled with a play kitchen! She said this worker not only told her to cleanup, but she even threw a toy back into the area as she walked by and made her clean up more stuff the toy knocked over. She was making her clean up the area so that she didn't have to! Felt like this worker duped my 7 year old into free labor. My kiddo felt super intimidated by her. She shouldn't be working around kids! Shoutout to Mia and Alysa, two other workers, who were great, helpful, and respectful to all the kiddos. My daughters had nothing but nice things to say about them. Felt bad they had to split a tip with her!

If I could give zero stars -0 I'd give it . I came back to pick my daughter, when I got there to the what I thought was a line customers were asking me questions because apparently they were at capacity stop to answer the questions, then went to check my daughter out and the clerk was not at the front to check me out. I waited for her to come check me out I sat there was a late fee. I asked to speak to the manager. The assistant director Mia came up and told me they cannot refund late fees. I inquired as to why, because by when I got there l had a huge group of people blocking the entrance asking me questions, and I had tow wait for the clerk to check me out. No matter what I was a minute late because of what happen. Mia told me I should have ignored the people I thought were in line and yelled over to the clerk to stop what she was doing to check me out. . I advised her that that would be rude and I'd be yelling over the counter , so I waited patiently for her to come check me out. Mia stated that she was looking the camera at the time of my arrival, and did not see me in line. However, when I asked her to go back and look at the cameras, because I was in line, talking to the customers, she said that she could not look at past video that her boss has to look at past video. at that moment, my daughter told me that she was not in the office looking at the cameras that she, in fact was cleaning the restrooms. So for her to lie to me and tell me that she was looking at the cameras and did not see me in line and was about to call me because she thought I was late is not correct, because if she were looking at the camera she would've mentioned that she did see me in the camera and she would've mentioned what time I got on the camera. She told me that she cannot refund my late fee charge of $25, and as I was still stating my case, she walked away from me in mid sentence, said nothing else to me. This is what happens when you hire people with no ideal how to deal with customers. She should have explained to me the process and told me that she could not help me, instead of just walking away. You came so that to paying customers , she even admitted that I was not yelling at her but agreed that I would have had to speak louder to get the attention of the clerk who was around the corner to check me out . I don't understand if someone's talking to you in a calm silver matter why you can't explain the process and what they need to do to escalate it. I think that Mia was immature and too young for her position she should've explained to me the process and told me the steps that I need to take next to escalate the situation instead of walking away mid sentence . I don't know if it's a good idea for our kids to be taken care of by other kids.

My kid had so much fun there!! He has been going there since he was 3. That day was the day before he turned 13, this it being the last day for him going. We had so much fun over the years and he has made so many memories. This is the best place for kids in Las Vegas!
