We just had our daughter's birthday party here, and it was great! We wanted a small gathering (9 kids), and this venue was perfect. My daughter and our guests, aged 5-9 years, had so much fun with the many activities available at the facility. They even offered extras that weren't mentioned on the venue, like face painting, rock climbing, and ice cream at the end, which the kids absolutely loved. Parents are asked to leave the facility after the first 30 minutes of the party, which allowed us to relax and enjoy some personal time for the remaining 1.5 hours (or can be the whole 2 hours). If both parents and kids are comfortable being apart , this is the perfect place for a small party.Lastly, the manager and our attendant, Rebekah, were incredibly attentive and helpful. Communication was seamless--emails were responded to promptly, and they called us for confirmations in a timely manner.Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

We were invited by friends to attend a birthday party with our grand-boys. I kinda scratched my head because it didn't seem like a casino and a 4 year olds birthday party went together. As it turns out it was a great go. We got the entire facility for two hours (9-11 before they open) and the attendant was very attentive to the party and made sure everything went smoothly and stayed on track. All the kids had a great time and the adults played with their kids or visited.Compared with a lot of other kids birthday venues GVR Kids Quest is a great value. Fraction of the cost of some, unlimited guests, great attendant, bring your own food and by having the party for breakfast, guests are free to enjoy the rest of their day. KQ has a variety of computer games, arcade games, crafts, a decent climbing structure and more to keep the little ones entertained.Goodness knows I have had my Issues with GVR (I won't play there anymore) so for me to give them four stars for anything is amazing. I can't comment on KQ for babysitting but for a birthday party it is a great go.

We love that Kids Quest exists and use their services almost every time we go to Las Vegas (which is monthly). It's one of the benefits of staying at Green Valley Ranch, but you're also able to drop off your child and leave the premises. I usually drop my daughter off for 1-2 hours but I think you can leave your child up to 5 hours. My daughter loves the variety of activities - basketball, climbing structure, crafts etc. and the cafe inside that she can order food from - ice cream, drinks, snacks, warm foods etc. (they ask you at check in what you approve). My only complaint is sometimes the checkout process is inefficient and we are penalized for it. When we arrive 5 minutes before the checkout time and it takes them 10 minutes to check us out we end up getting charged for the next quarter hour. I wish they'd acknowledge when they are the reason the time kicks into the next period and not charge us for it when we were clearly there and waiting on them. I mentioned this on a visit and the person I spoke with was rather dismissive.

Kids had a great time. Ages 7 & 10. They love the ipad stations, snacks and arcade games. Love how theres always other kids when we come but never too crowded. Makes us parents feel good about childcare because they truely have a blast. Free time for adults play time for kiddos! But it can get pricey ....

I love these places but today I was completely disappointment. They are usually really good at implementing the rules but today they didn't. This place had more kids than they are allowed to have. You may be wondering. How do I know that? I was waiting in line and they passed a paper for a waiting list and they said they were no more openings. Eventually the manager came and let everyone in. Then, a man was complaining because they did not let his two unvaccinated kids in the play area. He was very loud so everyone heard the conversation. When I picked up my child. The man and his wife were there and their two kids were inside the play area. Those kids were coughing and I was surprised that the manager allowed it. Right now we have an epidemic of hepatitis in kids. Licensing has rules to protect children and the manager did not care.

0 star! my daughter got bullied by other kids and the they did not do anything to fix the problem right on the spot. We saw what happened to our child but they did not listen. They were too busy talking to the customers even though we told them that something is happening. Don't ever leave your kids here!!! A vacation turned into a nightmare!

Threw my kids party here. The hostess (whose name I will try to remember and update ) was a absolutely amazing . She helped me set up , made announcements for me as we went regarding time to eat and a warning on how much longer our party had available to play. Great experience. I recommend it ! Something to do for every age ( my kids 3/6/9) and their friends in this range of age all had something to do . Will probably book a second party here !

Hit or miss. I have to sometimes put my child in kids quest when I have to work. She's come home sick from this place a few times, makes me wonder about the cleanliness. Also was charged an additional $30 because the employee took forever to come to the counter when I was checking her out, causing the time to go over by 1 minute. Unacceptable.

Walked in to inquire about bringing my kids while my husband and I went out. I have a vaccine exemption for one of my kids due to some health issues, my other child without health issues has all of their vaccines. I was told by the girl that they couldn't accept my child bc she didn't have all her vaccines even though I had an exemption SIGNED BY HER DOCTOR. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she told me there wasn't one. This is discrimination and against the law. If their staff members don't know basic Nevada laws I wouldn't trust them to watch my kids.
