I am so glad to find a fellow Indonesian selling some Indonesian food in Las Vegas. I ordered one Indonesian thousand-layer cake for New Year Eve party and it was a big hit! It tastes as good as the cake I used to eat in Indonesia. Can't wait to order the other Indonesian specialities that they make next time! Love it!!

This is prob good warm but it was served cold/room temp. I ordered Nasi Kuning, a dish that was about 18 dollars and I tipped them 15%. The food took about twenty mins to come out and it was room temperature. I went back to the truck to ask them if they can heat it up. He said they didn't have any way to heat it up. It was prepared earlier a few hours ago. I asked if it was safe because even cooked thanksgiving turkey sitting out will send people to the hospital after being sat out. They assured me it was safe. I came back and tried to eat it. The rice is flavorful. The meat's fat was solid. I just don't think this is a good idea to sell at a food truck. There should have been some note to tell me that this was going to be food served that had been sitting out and not warmed up so this is me trying to tell others.

Temper your expectations. Just because it is a food truck does not mean it doesn't take just as long as a benihana/ohjah/musashi without the show. But no big deal. The price is solid. $22 for steak and shrimp and the sauces are perfect. Fried rice was a little dry but whatever. I ate every bite.I dislike that I have to talk about ambiance for a food truck, but here is me checking that box. Order the lychee or passionfruit tea. Well worth the $3. Overall, I would order again if I see them. It's worth a buy. Not something i would drive to get, but something i would get if they happen to be where I am.
