Our family has been to quite a few sushi places in Las Vegas and Kaizen is definitely in our top two. Initially, it can be a little confusing with ordering. There are no ready-made sushi plates on the conveyorbelt. Instead, there is a QR Code to scan for either their regular menu or for the sushi belt menu. Some items direct you to place your order with the server. To order sushi belt items (most plates begin at $2.69/plate during non happy hour), a paper form is used in which you select the item, fill out the quantity, then turn it in to your server.The upside to this slightly confusing ordering system is that the items are made fresh after you order. Sushi belt items are delivered to you by a fun red train truck. The quality of their cuts, flavor variety, and presentation is amazing! We love and highly recommend the crunch roll, tempura shrimp and crab roll, the lobster roll, popcorn shrimp roll, and any of their bento boxes. The customer service is outstanding as well. Not to mention, their happy hour prices are INCREDIBLE and so far the least expensive of the top sushi belt places we've visited. All around an excellent experience and we look forward to returning.

It was okay, I expected AYCE but was disappointed that it wasn't. If you like trains, then it's for you. Priced around $11.50 per roll if you love sushi, it can get expensive real quick. The server was friendly but a tad slow on drink refills. I will say that the cucumber wrapped rolls were really good.This place was decent but it's not high on my places to go first. But if you just want a roll or two, then this is the place.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - ordered four rolls of Kiss Of Fire, Double Yellowtail, Shrimp Killer 2, and Rainbow Roll. The presentation was amazing for a to-go order with all the sauces in small containers so the rice doesn't soak it all up and fall apart. Service: n/a - ordered food online to go. She was friendly and immediately welcomed us when we walked through the door. Ambiance: n/a - ordered food to go. We arrived at 11:45 when it just opened so no sushi in the revolver yet. The delivery train on the tracks was quite cute and fun to watch.Value for price: 5/5 - reasonable price with the discount of ordering online offsetting tax since it was about $12 per roll. We enjoyed the food and it was great for a light meal.

This is a fun little place! The truck delivery is awesome!! The food was great. I am usually an AYCE person but this set up is perfect for just eating what you want without over eating. Basically, I spent the same amount on what I ordered as I would if I would have went to an AYCE place. They're small plates are perfect size and price. I really enjoyed the clam Miso. It was very flavorul and the clams were cooked perfectly! I ordered the Orange Blossom and this is absolutely my favorite rol! look forward to going back.

I've hestitated writing a review because this place is the best kept secret in town and we'd like to keep it that way. Truly, it is the freshest, most affordable, tastiest sushi we've ever had. We've dined at some really expensive sushi restaurants and they don't compare to the quality you'll find here. Not only is the food the best, the servers (JJ and Lily) are fantastic! The sushi is made to order! A little red truck delivers your order. We tried a little bit of everything they had.It was great!! A really nice decor it is easy at lunch to find a place to sit. We were there during their "happy hour" and plates were only $2.00/plate! I highly recommend this restaurant!!

I came here with a friend and we had such a good time! Revolving sushi is one of my favorite things and this was super cute how they had a little truck deliver your order to you once it was ready. They had photos of everything you could get which was helpful and the service was really good. Everything we had was delicious but there was one roll with lemon that was the besssst... so fresh and refreshing to eat!

The service here was very welcoming! They let me sit anywhere and were on it with my order. The only let down was the revolving part wasn't real food and was just pictures but the fish was very good. They don't rice fill you and the happy hour makes it 10x more worth it!
