This guy is the absolute worst. Heavy attitude. Different treatment of guests based on how he feels about you.

I took my entire team to K1 Speed in Las Vegas as part of a company outing, and unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. From the outset, the facility felt disorganized, and the way they handled group races was downright strange. Despite thinking we had reserved a closed track for our team, we were bundled with other groups, which was not what we had planned or communicated. This alone set the tone for a frustrating experience. The go-karts themselves were a constant source of issues. Nearly every race had at least one or more of our team members dealing with malfunctioning karts, and I personally experienced problems that prevented me from competing fairly--I'm confident I would have placed first if my kart had been operational. It's clear that their electric karts aren't maintained to the standard one would expect for competitive racing. Perhaps this is a sign that gas-powered karts, with fewer battery-related headaches, are still the way to go.To make matters worse, the catering we had planned was equally disappointing. The food was dropped off in a haphazard manner with no utensils, no paper towels, and no real consideration for how a group was supposed to serve and eat it. It was an unprofessional setup that added to the overall disorganized feel of the day. On top of that, the race results, which are a central part of the go-karting experience, took forever to be printed, further delaying an already frustrating event. To top it all off, the bathrooms were an absolute disaster--dirty, messy, and completely out of line with what one would expect from a facility like this. While I will say that our team managed to have fun despite these setbacks, the experience was far from what we envisioned for a company outing. I strongly recommend K1 Speed invest in better go-kart maintenance, improve their organization for group events, and provide clear communication on what customers are purchasing. Additionally, their catering services need a serious overhaul to meet even basic expectations, and the cleanliness of their facility--particularly the bathrooms--requires immediate attention.Sadly, we'll likely not be returning, as there are far better options in Las Vegas for both go-karting and corporate events. K1 Speed has potential, but until they address these glaring issues, I can't recommend this location.

Upon first impressions, it's mostly a go- cart venue with a little VR area thrown in. I can't say I was super impressed with the experience though. We utilized our GoCity pass to check out the VR which allowed you to play for a total of 8 min. The biggest bummer was that they only had 4 stations and there were 5 in our party so we had to split up our group. My bf ate it by slipping on the platform and went down pretty hard. Overall the experience was fun but not something I'd go back or pay for specifically. Located off the strip it's easy to get to if you're looking for something to do without all the strip tourist chaos.

The track was fun. The wait, not so much. We were misled by the ladies that the wait would only be an hour and 20 minutes but it was 2 hours!! The legal waiver was also very disturbing. Added a star back on for the gentleman at this location who gave us another race around the track to make up for being misled by the lady workers. I drove 3 cars in total. It seems like some had more power than others. For the most part there was little to no bumping, which was good.

I live over 30 minutes away from this go carting place, but they refuse to tell me the wait time! When I walk in it looks super fun but always busy! I can never get in there! These employees have NO empathy!

My company and I went to K1 to celebrate the Holiday Season. We had an upstairs room which included pizza, pasta, salad and garlic bread. The food was tasty and it wasn't a bad space other than it was rather warm. They did accommodate us with extra tables and chairs. We also had a reservation to race and boy was it fun. We had a little competition going and the top 3 racers received a certificate and a medal. They even stood on the winners block like a winner would. The staff was very friendly and professional, we had an amazing time. Now to why I gave this place 2 stars, the ladies restrooms. The toilets were so nasty I opted to hold my urine as long as possible. Unfortunately, I kept drinking water and had to go relieve myself before I had an accident. I only saw one female employee so maybe that is why they neglected the restroom but either way it was bad. Racing is awesome the restroom not so much.

Really unhappy with the service and attitude of an employee by the name of Brenden. Super unprofessional! Rude and arrogant! We had a group of young junior children (7 & 10 y.o.) and 4 teens (14-17y.o.) waiting to race for 2 hours. He kept allowing adult "elite" racers ahead of paying, public, customers who have been waiting for hours to enjoy 1 race. He had no resolution to our problem and basically told us were lucky we're not waiting 3 hours. He also made it clear that he was "in-charge" of the schedule. And there was nothing we could do!?A young man by the name of Gage who was a top notch customer service manager! Gage gets 5 stars! Took control of the situation and handled it professionally. We left happy overall. Thank you.

I came here around 5:35pm on a Monday afternoon with my friends to do the virtual reality experience. This is a part of a 3 day all inclusive attraction pass we got.It wasn't busy at all. We had to register first, which was pretty quick. One friend needed to use the restroom, so we had to wait a bit. However, the VR thing wasn't working and they had to get it fixed. We didn't officially check in until 5:50pm. We were told to sit and wait u til they finished fixing it. It was done and ready at 5:59pm. The experience itself was really good. I liked how you're really emerged by having to move in real life to move in the game. You have several game options with some people co - op and some being versus. Cons: The tutorial was really quick and so was the game. The game we did was Elite Force. The tutorial was on how to walk, which was difficult to do. The game was broken up into two halves. We spent the first half learning to walk and get used to it. Once we did, the second half went by extremely quick! While it was fun, there needs to be a practice round and/or longer tutorial along with the game itself being longer. The staff person seemed to not be in the best of moods

Very hot! For an indoor space be prepared to sweat! Long waits. Took the kids checked in at 630pm finished at 930. Should prioritize Junior races first. Especially on Jr K1 race day ... won't be back.

This location is rather run down and located in a former warehouse in an industrial area. The drivers here are pretty aggressive, so you need to either lead, follow or get out of the way. There are various video games to keep you occupied while waiting for your turn, and a kids go-cart section for those too young to drive. It's pretty vacant in the morning, but after 12, it gets busy, especially on the weekend.
