Jumperman Party Rentals

First things first well overpriced and also they are charging a $50 cancellation fee even if it's way earlier than a 48 hour notice, and it doesn't show anywhere on the receipt that is given to you that there is a $50 cancellation fee no matter what day it is.... which is unheard of and I don't understand it because it could be well rented out with my 4 day notice..

We use Jumperman for every party. Their staff iscourteous and knowledgeable and their delivery team is always on time and very thorough. Their main objective when renting a jump house is safety. The team went through my backyard to find the best location that would ensure the most safety precautions for my children. This year we rented the carnival games for toddlers and young children, which were a huge hit. They were brand new, looked amazing and were so much fun. Last year we rented their train which was outstanding! Everyone loved it it was worth every penny. Unfortunately, this year the train was unavailable because it was being serviced but I highly recommend it.

Quick service and fast response. I had to reserve last minute but they pulled through. The equipment was clean when you pick it up. They make it really easy for you. I'm using them from now on!

We have used Jumperman Party rentals for the last 6 years for birthday parties. Prompt response when you book, friendly staff, and clean products. We are happy to use them time and again!

Seamless delivery and pick up process. Slide was a hit with kids from 3 to 40 years old.

Only cause I cannot give it zero stars. After many years of hiring this company for events their "telephone tough guy" manager made me drive all the way back to school because his guys were late and his phone didn't go through. There are a lot of this type of company in Vegas and I will be making a switch to a less shady one. Without "gonzo" the magnificent. Terrible customer service. PS I am all sorts of petty and vindictive and rather well connected. I'm gonna talk a lot smack about your business. If you are a school, a community group or just anybody with a pulse, hire another company. Too bad, cause the employees are great. But the boss is a piece of work.

We rented the Frozen 2 jumpy and it was perfect. They are arrived and set it up quickly. Very pleased.

Worst customer service ever. Says they deliver and pick up but the charge you extra when you cant conform to their specific times

Liked the obstacle course it was fun but the pics I saw looked like there were more obstacles in it and all it was a tunnel, climb up some steps and slide down. I believe it 59 feet long so I feel that it was overpriced for what it was.

Absolutely amazing!!Customer service was amazing, called verified everything, arrived and set up on time and as scheduled, picked up exactly when they said they would, immediately called me back and answered all my questions, even when it started to rain.Joshua was friendly, professional and very courteous, he was absolutely amazing!!!Absolutely, would recommend and will be using again!
