Juice Bar

The juices are freshly squeezed to order and taste great. The protein shake was also delicious. Friendly service and nice vibe.Don't drink coffee so can't speak to that, though there's several coffee spots in Virgin that you can go to.

One of the reasons we love the Virgin hotel Ruby tower. Pop off the elevator and head to the gym and after hit the juice bar (healthy people do not drink juice by the way 80 grams of sugary liquid is not healthy) and the coffee bar. I ordered a large 16oz Americano with a light splash of cream. It was made perfectly.

I stayed at Virgin Hotels with my boyfriend for a week. I was very happy this juice bar was there. It's conveniently located next to the gym. They have juices and smoothies and coffee as well as on the go snacks. I went here everyday for their green juice. It was yummy. Luis was usually working and he always gave great friendly customer service. He deserves a raise!

Went here for 4 days while staying at the hotel. Very efficient. I didn't try any food but had cappuccinos and smoothies here. Service varies depending on the staff. The last two days were better than the first two. It is purposefully located next to the 24 hour fitness center. Prices here are more reasonable than the overhyped and overrated coffee franchise from Seattle.

Love the fact that Virgin Hotel has a juice bar and coffee shop inside the hotel. Our order of Caramel Macchiato and White Mocha with Oat Milk were decent. The coffee was not of high quality. I did not taste or feel any buzz. This was because the barista didn't stir my White Mocha and causing the bland taste at the beginning and a sudden jolt of sugar as you get to the end. I ended up throwing a 3rd away. Also, our barista was not as friendly or patient.

The ladies at Juice Bar make this place fun!We discovered this while staying at Virgin and doing our morning workout in the gym. Juice bar connects the gym and spa areas!Fresh smoothies or fresh juice are their specialties of which we tried several. They also serve hot coffee of all types and they offer a handful of breakfast options. Our favorite real fast option besides one of the smoothies was a breakfast burrito. Eggs, chorizo, potatoes, grilled onions and some cheese. Wow it was so delicious. Now back to the staff, fun and engaging. Each morning we had a fun chat while they busily whipped up juices and smoothies for the Virgin Hotel customers. This is one of the handful of food sites in the hotel that we could use our daily Hilton credit. Love love the little juice bar that could!

Located on the second floor of the Ruby Tower, this juice bar is conveniently located next to the spa and gym. Prices are $12-$13 for juices but there were also bananas and snack bars for purchase as well. We had a great employee when we stopped by, but due to there being only one machine, plan on it taking 5-6 minutes per juice. It's manageable if you're the only one there or if there's a short line, but I imagine if there was 4-5 drinks ahead of yours it could take awhile.Our only feedback for this location having 4 stars is the current menu. When staff follows the menu, the cup only gets filled 3/5 the way. For being $12-13, they should restructure the menu to fill up the cup accordingly. That said, we asked for an extra apple and cucumber to be added for it to get filled and staff was happy to assist. The woman in front of us had the same issue with hers, so definitely keep this in mind if visiting. For healthy juices at Virgin, this was closer to our room than the coffee shop and it's surprisingly almost the same price as an iced tea at the kitchen below on the first floor, so if you're looking for a healthy juice on-property, definitely consider this one.

Arrived to the location 30 minutes before closing and the lady said: "I won't make any more juice", in a very bad tone. If making a juice in a juice bar is an issue, perhaps it's better to close this business.

Iced Caramel Latte = Cup of Milk with Caramel. If you actually want espresso, you might be better off going to the Dunkin on property.
