Juan's Flaming Fajitas & Cantina - North Las Vegas

First off, it's best if you make a reservation, if not, you can wait for a very long time if it's a busy day. I came in on a Saturday night and was told it'll be an hour and half wait. We left and decided to make a reservation the next day. When we came at our reservation time we waited 10 minutes max to get seated. The waiter was great, the servers were great, the service was great, the food was great! I ABSOLUTELY love that most dishes come with a sopa de fideo! It's a small appetizer while you wait for your actual dish to come. I also LOVE that the servers are super attentive and always bring fresh chips, salsa, and beans as you need them to be filled. They play music and it's at the perfect volume. We were able to hear those in our table as well as enjoy the music in times when no conversation was happening.

People always talk about Juan's Flaming Fajitas and how good it is so I finally decide to give it a go. Came during the week and it was still very busy. If coming on a weekend I recommend making resos or just be prepared to wait.I went with the steak and shrimp skewers fajitas, with the Alambre Style as an add on. With a side of guacamole. The fajitas were super flavorful and tasty. The cheese on top was perfectly melted. The bacon bits and chorizo added much more flavor to each bite. Over all a great choice if you decide to check it out

Wow, what a great restaurant! We're very lucky to have a Mexican restaurant of this caliber near our home but if you are visiting Las Vegas on the strip it will be worth your while to try it out.My bride and I were looking for a new local Mexican Restaurant and a good friend mentioned Juan's Flaming Fajitas. They have a couple of locations in the Vegas area and we went to the location in North Las Vegas off of Simmons. The Restaurant is great with music and TV's throughout the restaurant and bar area to meet everyone's needs. My bride ordered the Chicken Chimichanga and I had the Quesa Birria Tacos and topped off with a Cream Cheese Chimichanga for dessert which is a MUST. They have a great menu that will cover everyone's interest. Service was second to none with a very short wait before seating, Table service was attentive and very polite and professional.This will be our go to for Mexican food going forward! 5 stars for Juan's Flaming Fajitas in North Las Vegas. This location is near us and it's great that we don't have to drive across town like we used to. Great service for a large and busy restaurant, but they take reservations.The fajitas are delicious and they will be flaming; your server will ask you if you're ready for the show before they light them up in case you want to take photos. Los of other Mexican food on the menu, too, if you don't feel like having fajitas.

Every time I come here the food gets better . The ambiance is always lively and welcoming and the happy hour drinks are delicious.

This is our second time sitting at the bar. Everyone was welcoming around the bar. We had Gracie and Camilo attending us and they were lovely. We will come back and visit again as this is a place where other restaurants throughout Vegas has the same consistent menu and great flavor. The ambience is good, the food is delightful, and the staff is always nice.

The food was good! The fajitas were so flavorful. The menudo was ok. My expectations were high but the menudo didn't the cut. I love the salsa and the fresh tortillas. The service was awesome and the ambiance is clean! We'll be back for more fajitas

Food is fresh and the well presented. The flaming fajitas are always fun to order. We dine here almost every other week, and the service is always spot on. As far as the ambiance it's always lively and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them.

What an amazing time!My wife, my mother in law and sister in law went out for dinner!When I tell you the absolute best Mexican food in Las Vegas!I had the Fajitas Fries with Shrimp & carne asada!! The cheese melted to perfection! Carne asada fries are a staple in Las Vegas and they have the best hands down! I also had the strawberry margaritas on the rocks and baby!!! It was made from the margarita heavens!My sister in law had the bean and cheese burrito and she loved it.My wife and mother in law had the combination plate and they threw down! The atmosphere was amazing, the servers were great! They were all on point!A true staple in North Las Vegas and I'm thankful it's here!

Food was wonderful as always and service outstanding. The waiter took really good care of us.
