They've relocated to Meadows Mall. The food and kindness of the staff are still just as good as it was at this location.

Came in for lunchI ordered chicken wings and a cheese burger Burger was decent and cooked well done as I ordered but the wings were not cooked crispy like I ordered... was actually really squishy, gross and very disappointing ... I don't like wasting money or food!!! So it's a no for me... I will not be returning.

There's no denying that this is a Good Burger. We picked a couple different burgers & split. That's the way to go if you can't decide. We chose the Joy Burger & Bacon Jam. I honestly think if you go with the toppings you love you won't be disappointed. I really liked the wings too. I'd probably go with the classic buffalo next time. Service was good & chill.

Wish I can give this place 10 stars! For starters this place is very nice and super clean. The employees were all working as a team and all were hustling. They all took pride in taking care of their customers and everyone, including the owners took care of all the tables, regardless if they were their server. I've never seen that before. We personally met the owner who was very friendly and stopped to talk to us - I love that! You can immediately see they all take pride in that place. 10 stars for service alone!!!The Food: I'm not a big fan of burgers but I would rate this place in my top 3 in Las Vegas and the first place I would recommend when someone asks "Where can I find a good burger?' You can taste the freshness and quality in all of the ingredients and I learned that the buns are made in house every day - they melt in your mouth - soo good! The Parmesan fries were fresh and delicious, I would go there for the fries alone. This is a high end burger place so if you want great service and quality food, expect to pay accordingly because it's all worth it. The burgers are really thick, you won't be disappointed. I wish this place nothing but success. Thank you everyone at Joy's burgers and the owner for making us feel so welcomed.

Like others, I heard about this place through Keith Lee on TikTok. I was in town for a Twice concert and had time to spare so I decided to try Joy Burgers. It was a Saturday and we had ordered ahead of time so we didn't have to wait in line.It is a little far from the Strip, but it was alright. We ordered 2 burgers and some buffalo wings. The Blue One was pretty good overall, the cheese was a bit more pungent for my taste but still good. The 2nd burger was a BYO with mushroom, Swiss cheese and mayo. It was so flavorful and was not dry at all. Both of these burgers were so good, it's sad to know that this is in Vegas. Flavorful, moist and texture was on pointe. On top of that, we upgraded one of our fries to Parmesan fries. Both the regular and upgrade fries were cooked to perfection. Crisp and crunchy outside and perfect texture of potato inside.I wasn't the one picking up, but my friend stated that they were super nice and welcoming. They mentioned that they are very thankful for how this place was being recognized and that there are so many supportive patrons. I believe the restaurant was empty-ish when we went but it was more of people waiting for their pick up orders. It was not too loud and clean. Next time, I hope to dine in.

For my husband's birthday, we decided to go to Joy Burgers for lunch with some family members. We arrived at Joy Burgers as soon as the restaurant opened, at 12:00 P.M. on a Sunday! We were the first customers inside the restaurant.We had a party of 5 and were seated immediately. The team member brought over menus and asked if we wanted anything to drink. Everyone wanted waters. I did add an order of sparkling water.Joy Burgers is known for their flame grilled hamburgers! You'll see some pre-made hamburger selections such as the Western Burger or Teriyaki burger. Joy Burgers also offers a veggie melt and a hot chicken sandwich! Looking over their menu, I had decided to do a build-your-own burger, medium-well done hamburger, with cheese and bacon. I also ordered a side of their garlic parmesan chicken wings. My other family members also ordered the custom build-your-own burger.The interior of the restaurant is nice. It seems like a great place to go and watch a game like hockey or football! We didn't wait too long for the entrees, less than 30 minutes! When the meal did arrive, I decided to try out the chicken wings first. The wings were covered in the garlic parmesan sauce. I'm not a fan of garlic sauce on the chicken wings, but more of the dry rub for a garlic parmesan on wings. The garlic parmesan chicken wings didn't have any fresh garlic on it, and it was drenched with the parmesan sauce. I wouldn't order the chicken wings with the garlic parmesan sauce again. The hamburger, unfortunately, wasn't cooked medium-well. It was medium rare, there was lots of pink on the inside, and it was missing bacon. I was so looking forward to eating a meal at Joy Burgers, too! It's been on my to go list for a few months now! I was sad about the burger!!We only saw the team member assisting our table a few times when we first entered the restaurant, taking our order and providing the entrees. We didn't have any additional follow-up on our table during our visit to Joy's Burger.Price was pretty reasonable, around $15.00 per each entrée. It was great trying out Joy Burgers, but I'm not sure if we'll be back again.

I finally made it to Joy Burgers today after hearing about it for a while now. The burgers are 100 % Black Angus Premium Beef. I got the Teriyaki Burger with Grilled Pineapple , Lettuce , and a Soft Bun. It comes with Red Onions too , but I opted out of them. I did get the Onion Rings instead of Fries. The burger was very good and cooked perfectly. The Onion Rings came with Homemade Ranch that was thick and tasty. The service was good and the young lady was knowledgeable about things I asked about. They also have a bar with draft beer and bottle beers. I chose a Dr Pepper myself. They have a diverse menu with things like Chicken Wings , Chicken Sandwiches , Mozzarella Sticks , Shrimp , Salads , and even Vegan Options. They have a Happy Hour from 4pm to 6pm on Monday thru Thursday. They also offer a 10 % Military Discount which is great since many restaurants for some reason don't offer this much anymore. The prices are a little more than most burger places , but you are paying for quality and a local business , not a chain restaurant that gets discounted food through their contract. I would recommend trying them out if you haven't already yet. I will go back again to try more , but of course during Happy Hour.

Overall: 4.6/5 (dine in)When you enter, you order first at the counter before grabbing a table. We didn't know that and just sat down. They brought us menus but we had to go to the counter to order. They give you a table number so they know where to bring out the food to. The staff and atmosphere is pretty laid back.The service is great too, and they didn't rush us even after closing. I got the Freeway To Hell ($17.58) - medium rate party - with Portobello Mushroom ($1.02) and a house salad. So flavorful and juicy. The house salad was refreshing and paired well with the burger.My husband got the Teriyaki Burger ($17.58) + Egg ($2.06) + Pickles ($1.02) + Bacon ($2.06) + Onion Rings ($1.02) + Caramelized Onions ($1.02). With all the add ons, it was an expensive burger but he loved it. The onion rings were good and crispy.We both agree that the burgers here are delicious and the best we had in Vegas so far! We got 2 flavors of wings ($11.39) - mango habanero, garlic parmesan - that came with carrot & celery sticks as well as a side of ranch. The garlic parm was kinda dry and my least favorite. Mango habanero was okay.

Went just a little before closing didn't realize the time until they brought it to our attention that we if we wanted to order more food to take home before the kitchen closed at 9pm. The service was great we encountered 3 different workers all were super nice & accommodating especially to our cranky toddler & the other man joked around with my 8 yr old daughter. Felt comfortable & almost like I was at home with my family. We also enjoyed the music!The inside was nice, clean & well kept together. Our food was delicious, very well plated & tasty. We only tried the burgers & took the wings to go! Definitely will be back soon! Thank you Joy Burger!

the service here was excellent! food was also great! I had the chicken club and my wife had the joy burger! also like the bar top dining area !
