I must start by saying that I LOVE seafood. Specifically shellfish. I would eat it every single day if I could afford it. We were in Las Vegas in November to see Sting & Billy Joel at Allegiant and we made a special point to visit Joe's at Caesar's Palace for dinner while we were there based on a trusted recommendation. What an excellent meal!! This was our first time trying Florida stone crab claws which are in season from mid-October until I think May. I adore Alaskan king crab legs and just had to try the stone crab claws. I totally read all up on stone crabs and found the whole story fascinating. Naturally I wowed my dining companions with my encyclopedic knowledge of stone crabs. Haha. I was surprised though that they are served chilled and not warm like I'm used to with king crab legs. They also were served with a mustard sauce which was good, but I do personally prefer warm drawn butter. That said, they are meaty and briny with a fresh ocean taste and I'm glad we ordered them. Very nice and satisfying. We also ordered raw oysters and those were great, too. We were in an appetizer mood so also had a shrimp cocktail and that was fantastic. The shrimp were so big! When it came time to eat after eating all the appetizers, I chose a seafood plate and my companions chose the petite filet mignon. Our waiter said this off menu potato dish was an excellent side so we ordered that as well. I want to say it was called Daddy's potatoes, but don't quote me. The cocktails were all perfectly balanced and the service was nothing short of spectacular! I enthusiastically give this restaurant two big thumbs up. I wish there was one closer to me in SoCal, but my pocketbook would definitely suffer if that were the case! One last thing: there is a showstopper dish called The Whale that is a little bit of everything. We saw it delivered to a table by us and were envious. We are definitely ordering that next time we visit!

We went here for Valentine's Day. There was 6 of us there. All the meals we had were excellent for us. The service, wine and cocktails drinks were all very tasty. Our Malbec wine is really flavorful. We enjoyed and would definitely come back when we are in this restaurant. My only concern was we needed a bigger cuts of the healthy, delicious bone-in ribeye stack. My wife and I were still a little hungry . Especially the price being $265 steak without sides included. Also, the healthy meat had no hormones. No antibiotics and grass-feed cow! Very special. Will definitely eat hear again !

Elite.Being from the Bay Area, this is what the top seafood restaurants all strive to be. Not only great tasting, high quality food, but perfectly curated service and drinks to make the experience fully satisfying. More on the service, this is the type of place that introduces themselves by name, make eye contact, so sincere, attentive but not pushy, no judging, great listeners, attention to detail. From the gentleman at the door (who I heard had been there for 20 years) to our bartender Scott, these guys are top notch and others in the LV service industry should take notes. As for the food itself, we came here for lunch on Feb 15 as a makeup for reserving Valentine's Day dinner too late and not getting my first choice. And with my wife a lover of seafood, this was the obvious choice. As first timers, there's a lot of menu to take in. We wanted to try so many things, but finally settled on a few choices. First we had espresso martinis, expertly made, strong coffee flavor with just the right amount of alcohol and sweetness. I've had others that tasted too much like alcohol, or watery. This was rich tasting with a perfect sweet foam on top.Food was a plate of large claws, crab bisque, crab Louis salad, grilled red prawn, glazed sea bass and cheese burger for a little sustenance and turf.Everything was excellent. The signature mustard sauce for the claws was a revelation, it just complemented the fresh crab meat so well. We even requested it with the grilled prawn. Numerous people commented how good the salad looked, which they thoughtfully split for us before serving. The bisque was recommended by the couple sitting next to us, who were so friendly. Everyone who was eating here was in their happy place and zero hesitation to make new friends -- it was a vibe. The bisque was buttery and sweet, great interlude to the other food. My wife always orders sea bass, and loved it here. They serve a very generous portion. My burger was excellent, I'm not sure what cuts they grinded to make it, but definitely had the flavor of some high end steak which you'd expect at a restaurant like this. The restaurant was packed, and we were there for a couple hours. Even then, the man at the door remember us on our way out. Can't wait to return for the next special occasion!

Went here for my wife's 60th birthday dinner with the family. One of the best steaks that I have had! Super cool kind of hidden in back of Caesar's. This is one of those, for a special occasion restaurants! As it is expensive! But it was packed!

Fantastic stone crab! Sweet and goes perfectly with the Joe's sauce. Creamy and has a good kick. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. The lobster mac and cheese was creamy and has a good amount of lobster. Our server was also amazing and was able to accommodate us for the birthday dinner and made sure everything tasted great.Make sure to make reservations and plan ahead! This place does get busy. Great upscale restaurant to go to in Vegas.

Wow! This restaurant is incredible. The drinks were fantastic, full bar and wine menu with very good selections. The star of the show here is the king crab. It is one of the most delicious things I've ever had in my life. Tender juicy and sweet. The snow crab was very good too but I honestly recommend just getting more king crab because it's pretty much life changing. The dry aged ribeye had a wonderful flavor and was served with an artisanal salt that was perfect. Mushroom gratin and Brussel sprouts were very tasty. And the wedge salad was excellent. The other star of the show here is the service. Mark was our server and he was possibly the best I've ever had. Whenever you needed something he was one step ahead and taking care of it already. He was friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He really made our dinner a wonderful experience. And don't forget the peanut butter pie which is spectacular. If you're considering going to Joes I highly recommend you give it a try and ask for Mark.

This was my 1st time eating stone crab. We went for the lunch menu and it was very fulfilling. The crab was cooked perfectly and it was juicy and sweet. It was a pricey lunch but it's seafood so that was already expected. I want to come back here to try the other food on their menu.

Went to Joes for a meal with my mom on a Sunday night. Located in the forum shops of ceasars palace, this spot is easy to find with great shopping along the way. The service is amazing. We enjoyed the Caesar salad, an order of medium claws, oysters Rockefeller and two cocktails. We were very happy with our experience.

Fresh seafood and delicious entrees to share. Ironically went to Vegas from Florida to eat at Joe's. This restaurant is known for stone crab during the fall season but their other seafood and steak dishes are just as high quality. The service is very friendly and professional. The drink menu has many wine and cocktail options. We had a two entrees and two sides to share between 4 ladies and it was portioned very well. The Branzino was butterfly cut and loaded with seasoning. It was delicious, flaky and fresh. We also shared the dinner portion of crab cakes. Lots of large crab pieces and lightly battered which is a great ratio. The lobster mac and cheese was decadent and had a lot of lobster meat inside. The potatoes with caramelized onions felt like breakfast but it was crispy, fluffy and very good. The ambiance of the outside mall area tables are open air but if you get the chance, sit inside and experience the bar and actual dining room which is much nicer.
