Luis is so kind! Very attentive to his customers. I will now be a regular at this location anytime my car is being serviced up the street. It's really clean. The machines I played paid well. Keep up the great work!

I have been playing at Joanies for about a year now and to be honest Shawn was the main reason I kept going back. His customer service was superior and he was always friendly yet always professional. Drugs? Absolutely not I never got that impression. But apparently he was recently fired because he's no longer there. So to Shawn " that's their loss" and to Joanies you not only lost an employee you also lost a patron. Maybe you should've done your homework these two guys story sounds madeup and both written by the same person but whats done is done.

Jackpot Joanie's on W. Sahara Avenue should be fined for fraud. They have a game the patron can play where if you play $.40 a bet on Keno and get all of the following: 3s, 4s, 5s, & 6s within the month, you 'win' $100 in free play. If you play $1.00 a bet on Keno and get all of the following: 3s, 4s, 5s, & 6s within the month, you 'win' $200 in free play. This game is offered at EVERY JACKPOT JOANIE'S LOCATION throughout the valley. NO WHERE - AT NO LOCATION - is it posted that you can ONLY START 1 CARD per week for either bet. NO EMPLOYEE AT ANY LOCATION IS INFORMED OF THIS 'SO CALLED RULE'. AT NO TIME DID ANY EMPLOYEE DISCOURAGE STARTING A NEW CARD AT THEIR LOCATION IF ANOTHER CARD WAS STARTED AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION. I recently COMPLETED both cards at the location at W. Sahara on the very last night of the 'contest'. I asked the bartender several times if I could complete both cards and still receive the 'free play'. I was repeatedly told, yes, I could complete both cards as they are different bet amounts. I anxiously awaited the week until I received my 'free play' of $300. During that week, 1 visited Jackpot Joanie's on at least 2 occasions, spending money, which they gladly took. Mind you, I spent WAY MORE THAN $300 over the period of the month trying to complete my cards. I have played this game many, many months at Jackpot Joanie's, and RARELY do I ever complete 1 card, let alone two. I was excited that I would actually receive my 'free play'. Please also know that I play at more than one Jackpot Joanie's location several times a week. I spend between $20 - $100 PER LOCATION, PER VISIT. In other words, my 'free play' of $300 COST ME WAY MORE THAN THAT! When I went to the W. Sahara location to play my 'free play', the bartender informed me she received an email from 'her'. 'She' said I would not receive the 'free play' because I had started cards at another location, during the same week. AGAIN, NO WHERE IS THIS 'RULE' POSTED AT ANY LOCATION! I believe the constitutes FRAUD! If there is such a 'rule' ALL EMPLOYEES AT ALL LOCATIONS SHOULD NOT ONLY BE INFORMED, BUT DIRECTED TO INFORM PATRONS WHEN THEY ENTER THE LOCATION AND BEGIN TO PLAY THE KENO GAME THAT THEY CAN ONLY START 1 CARD AT ANY GIVEN LOCATION!! I cannot stress enough how the employees are NOT INFORMED of any such 'rule' nor do they inform the patron. Jackpot Joanie's WANTS the patron to spend their money, but they DO NOT AND WILL NOT HONOR THEIR OWN GAMES OF 'FREE PLAY.' THIS IS FRAUD! I will never step foot into another Jackpot Joanie's or spend any more money at this RIP OFF company. I am sending a letter of complaint to the Nevada Gaming Commission as Jackpot Joanie's COMMITS FRAUD!
