Eclipse gaming corporation does not value your business!! 5 year patron that got 86'd for opinions of mistreatment of myself belated spouse & even her service dog. Management refuses to put legit reason in writing. was denied freedom of speech & told to "get over" a employee (T) dispute that refused service. 1st was just her shift 2 yrs ago , then just this eastern/windmill location in 2019 after i wrote mgnt about her bad attitude never saying hi or smiling .... now its all locations. If you had a bad experience with that employee. like my post or just stay away is my recommendation. Comments are encouraged.

This is my go to spot whenever I want to play a little. Kelly and Zack are the sweetest people. Super attentive and friendly service. I've been here only twice but I expect to be here much more in the future. Zack hooked me up with a players card and within 2 hours I had $20 worth of free play. He also let me know about all the specials and promos they had available to me. This month happened to be a poker promo but he told me to hang tight because next month would be a Keno promo which is my game. It's cool to come here even by yourself because you don't feel as though you're alone. The staff is willing to chat you up and make your time at Jackpot Joanie's a special one.

I have been coming to this location for years and never had a problem with the staff until just recently. I come here pretty frequently but I think that is about to change. Just recently Joanie's brought in this rookie bartender by the name of ANDREW. This piece of **** for a human being has been causing nothing but problems for me since the day I first had to deal with him at this location. For starters the guy tried selling me two of his cigarettes for a $1 despite the fact that I had just purchased my own pack. On top of that, this p.o.s. kept my driver's license for whatever reason and never gave it back to me, which I didn't realize it was missing until I had got home. This prompted me to have to go out of my way and make a special trip back just to retrieve it, and he never even apologized and on top of it all, said it was my own fault that I left it there behind the counter. Additionally, Andrew not only did those things but out of spite tried to blame me for puking in his bathroom. Funny thing is, I don't even drink alcohol and never would just puke all over someone's bathroom without cleaning up after myself in the first place. Twice he has declined me a soda stating the first time that I have not gambled enough to earn a soft drink, which was far from the truth. The second time he didn't hand me a beverage stating that since he believes I was the one who puked i'm his bathroom, he doesn't feel comfortable with me in there and wouldn't grant me a beverage, despite me playing well over the minimum that qualifies me for a beverage. It's because of a**holes like this man that makes me never want to come back to any Joanie's location ever again. This dude is rude, has no customer service skills whatsoever, makes false claims about his customers, tries to make additional money off his customers by selling cigarettes during his shift, is complacent, and a detriment to the entire Winchell's, Lucky 7's, and Joanie's organization. This piece of work has no business working behind a bar let alone working at all in Vegas, and I will do my best to see to it that this dude is no longer putting customers through what he has put me through. ANDREW if you are reading this pal, believe me this is only the beginning for you. Next time I hope you will treat your customers with a little bit more respect than you have. So allow me to teach you a little lesson now kid.
