Italio has a unique location with a unique menu of Italian and Argentinian food. Find them just to the left after entering Molly's Tavern on Eastern. The dining room is completely separated by walls and a door from the tavern. It doesn't feel like you're inside a tavern when you're dining here. During the day they are a different style casual restaurant. My friend suggested this spot and I don't know if I would have ever found them on my own.We started with the Frito Misto and Short Rib Empanadas. The Frito Misto had a light breading with a nice amount of seasoning. I liked the mix of seafood on the plate and the tasty dip with it. The crispy Short Rib Empanadas had several delicious flavors going on with the chimichurri and Calabrian sauce. For our main courses we shared the Branzino and Calabrian Pasta. Both dishes had interesting and tasty flavors. Both were on the rich side with the pasta sauce and risotto under the fish. The Tiramisu for dessert was good. They had a unique twist on it with citrus on top and I was surprised to find that I didn't love that. There is quite a bit of competition for Italian food in Las Vegas and I wouldn't rank this high on that list, but it's unique with the Argentinian twist. If you're in the area looking for a casual meal or something unique then this may be a fun spot to check out.

Tried Italio for the first time a few weeks ago. They're a bit hard to find, especially at night. We circled around and around before we finally found them. The signage isn't great - they're inside Molly's Tavern.Ordered the frito misto, truffle fries, short rib and meatballs. The frito misto was great but everything else was just okay. The menu is pretty limited (food and beverage), or at least it was when we visited. Service was good.

Italio is a tasty hidden spot serving up some great Italian-Argentinian fusion cuisine in Vegas. Tucked into a local casino (Molly's Tavern) off of busy Eastern Ave, it's a glassed-in smoke-free environment with a menu of small plates, tapas, and entrees from Chef Izzy Cabrera. I originally saw this spot on social media and made plans with a friend to come by for a weekday dinner. Note that they do also offer online ordering and takeout, but the quality of food here and presentation of dishes are best enjoyed on site, IMO.We shared the short rib empanadas and frito misto to start, with the Branzino and Calabrian pasta for our entrees, and the tiramisu with orange for dessert - this was more than enough for two people and allowed us to get a good feel for the chef's strengths. The empanadas were a wonderful starter, filled with tender beef inside delicate crispy skins, topped with two sauces. The frito misto featured a combination of squid rings and tentacles with prawns, with a marinara style sauce for dipping and a creamy pesto sauce on the plate. Pieces were lightly breaded and nicely crispy. The grilled Branzino dish was great, tender fish served atop a Calabrian pepper risotto with a citrus sauce that I could not get enough of - this dish wasn't spicy but had a nice warm heat to it. The same sauce base is used in the Calabrian Pasta for a creamy linguini dish topped with a trio of perfect prawns. Both entrees were really good and the portion sizes were large, ample for sharing. We ended with dessert, a cup of tiramisu with orange - an unusual flavor combination for me but one that somehow worked well without either the orange or the coffee notes overpowering the other. The food was wonderful and service was attentive and friendly throughout. I would like to come back for the Argentinian Asado combo that the table next to us ordered for dinner: it's a surf and turf platter with bone marrow and chimichurri rice, how amazing does that sound?! They also have brunch and some dinners have live music available, which we would like to try as well. Hopefully this spot will do well enough to eventually move elsewhere, as the location is a bit of a deterrent for some and difficult to stumble upon if you don't already know about it.

Upon entering Italio, I was greeted with a warm and intimate atmosphere that set the stage for a truly remarkable dining experience. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through a menu with unique and innovative dishes showcasing the best Italian cuisine. We began our meal with the celery root soup, a velvety delight. The fresh black truffle and chive oil added a luxurious depth of flavor that elevated this dish to new heights. The shrimp empanada was equally impressive, boasting a light and flaky crust surrounding plump shrimp and a delectable Santa Barbara uni filling. The spicy corn served alongside provided the perfect balance to the rich flavors. The braised short rib was an absolute standout. A rich and complex mole sauce complemented the tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat, while the pickled red onions added a tangy contrast that made each bite even more enjoyable. The squid ink seafood pasta was a testament to the chef's ability to marry bold flavors with delicate ingredients. The lemon sauce and fresh tomatoes cut through the richness of the squid ink, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that left us craving more. Our final entrée, the smoked ribeye steak, was a true masterpiece. Cooked to perfection and accompanied by an irresistible Calabrian Béarnaise sauce, the steak was succulent and flavorful. The spring peas served on the side were fresh and vibrant, adding a touch of seasonal charm to the dish.To conclude our meal, we indulged in the chocoflan impossible cake. This decadent dessert offered a delightful combination of rich chocolate and velvety flan, beautifully enhanced by the sweet, fresh strawberries. It was the perfect ending to an already unforgettable dining experience.Italio's commitment to quality ingredients, innovative dishes, and exceptional service set it apart. I recommend this gem to anyone seeking a memorable and delicious dining experience. Can't wait to return and explore more of what Italio offers!

Hi guy's, we were looking for an late night Italian restaurant and stumbled on this love haven. We were a little surprised that it's located inside of Molly's! I know!! Wait don't be discouraged. It's beautiful inside. Once you walk through the front entrance it's off to the right. When we came in the owner greeted us along with his executive Chef. The staff was friendly and seated us quickly. Menu's were brought over and we ordered wine and appetizers. And next our entrees.First came the wine, it wasn't the best but it's something I've had before. I'm not into dry wines so this was fine for me. We ordered the Moscato D'asti which was $30 for the bottle. Now the fact that the correct label was on and not a glass of the same wine for $15-$25 was honest and I appreciate that. Next our appetizers were tomato soup and grilled cheese. Very good, thick with the bold flavors, and the acidic taste was cut with balsamic. Entrees!! My choice was the sea bass on a bed of risotto. The bass was on point crispy but tender and not over dry as I've had before. The risotto was a little spicy but I'm a baby with spicy but it paired perfectly with the bass.Hubby: Braised short rib, fingerling potatoes, broccolini with a Marsala sauce. He said it was outstanding. Dessert: absolutely delicious! Listen guy's try this place, I'm serious!! Date night dream. The music is so romantic.

The place is a bit hard to find, but the food is delicious! The restaurant shares a location with Gyu and is inside Molly's Tavern. We ordered the short rib empanadas, Calabrian pasta, and chimichurri steak. The Calabrian pasta was delicious but came with a hefty portion of noodles. The empanadas came with 2 sauces that were so good we wanted to scrape the rest off the plate after we finished the empanadas. The chimichurri rice also had nice bits of crispy rice in it.

We went to Italio for their Easter Brunch Special. They have different menus for this event. I was so satisfying on how they welcome us with the owner and the staffs. We started our brunch with some drinks. We ordered ham and cheese Empanadas, chimmichuri muscles and Asado & Huevos and we end with a sorbet ice cream. I would recommend all of them to try when you visit Italio. Foods are amazing, you will never regret it. Note: 1.check for their hours what time they open and double check if under 21 is allowed. 2. They are close to freed bakery in Easter Ave Las Vegas 3. Sometime they have performer it depends if they have more reservation.

A friend brought me here recently for the first time for some soup. I got the vegetable, she got the Lentil. I make a good veggie soup but nothing compared to this; I was floored. Absolutely the best I can remember having anywhere! I tried my friend's Lentil soup, and AGAIN! The portions were big and filling for a 190 lb guy like me.They have a great looking menu I will explore more next time. I'll be back!
