Island Fin Poke - Summerlin

I have been coming here for years and never realized i haven't left a review on this place yet- It is a build your own bowl type of spot, they have many options of raw salmon, tuna, shrimp, ect and have lots of toppings/veggies to make your bowl nutritious and to your liking ! Usually my bowl + drink/or whip comes up to about $20 total but i believe it's worth it when im in the mood for good healthy poke ! This is the only location that's always met my expectations. Store is always clean and fresh.They also have handcrafted soda which you should definitely try and don't forget to finish off your meal with their dole whip! Yummy!!

Came here with my friend for a quick lunch. Right when we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the lady (I didn't get her name). It was easy to order because they had items on the menu where ingredients were already listed or you can build your own bowl. We ended up getting the Ahi bowl and Salmon bowl. Bowls were very flavorful and were presented nicely. The balance of textures and flavors--crunchy, creamy, savory, and tangy elements all harmonized together. The lady even sat us at a table even though it's a place that you sit yourself. The place itself was pretty quiet, with cute Hawaiian decor and the staff were just very nice and welcoming.

Delicious poke and great dole whip, but the experience was somewhat overshadowed by an unpleasant interaction with the employee who served us.

Was craving Poke and decided to try Island Fin Poke for the first time! I ordered a poke bowl with the following: white rice, 2 scoops of spicy tuna and 1 of ahi tuna, edamame, OG veggies, OG sauce, shoyu, cucumber, pineapple, ginger, green onions, togarashi, and crispy onions. The spicy tuna was easily my favorite. The ahi tuna was a bit too fishy for my liking. The sauces were really good and added the perfect balance of sweetness, spice, and savory. The bowl was also decently priced at $14, but I do think the fish portions could be a bit bigger. Overall, our first experience was great. The employees were welcoming and kind. They even gave us a sample of their dole whip, which we really appreciated. Will definitely be back!

7/09/231:15pmLunch date for 2Decor is super cute, the staff is quite welcoming and the freshness of their food will def make you a regular. Bowls with spicy tuna, edemame, corn, wasabi aioli, seaweed salad 10/10. Tasty, fresh...be prepared to either not finish your bowl or take some home lolWe came after a gym session (around the corner from lvac). Check them out.

Located away from the Vegas crowd, this poke place is nestled in a big shopping plaza. Ordering from here is a bit confusing because the sign doesn't tell you how many protein scoops you can get so you'd have to ask. The signs just right before the glass in front of you is confusing as well because everything was in one color. I think this place would be easier to order if they color coordinated the signs and/or fixed the big sign at the top behind the food counter. For example, all protein options can be in blue, all marinating sauces in yellow, all toppings in pink, etc.The food was okay as the avocado was still hard. I asked for the spring mix and they didn't give a lot of it as a base. It was incredibly weird that each premium item was $2.00 each. There is only one bowl size and that was $14 with up to 3 protein choices.They also have a puppy bowl for dogs that's $4.00 and it comes with rice and one scoop of chicken. A bit pricy in my opinion, but anything for your doggy.As much as I would love to give it more stars, this place is okay.

If 10 stars was an option, that's what I would give! I can truthfully say I have never had a better Poke bowl. Not in any other state and definitely not in Vegas. Their signature BYOB (build your own bowl) comes with 3 proteins. That is a very generous amount of protein compared to any other poke place I've been to. The fish is ALWAYS FRESH! This is what makes a raw-fish poke spot a success or not right? I'm always on the hunt for fresh, healthy and weight loss/maintenance friendly restaurants and Island Fin is one of my top 10 recommend spots in Vegas. They offer all of the above and that's why it fits this definition perfectly. ***The mayo based sauces, mayo mixed proteins, won ton strips, generous white rice portion as a base and etc are still on the menu. They are fresh and great quality items BUT not exactly "light". IF does offer lighter options to BYOB and keep things macro friendly. Something for everyone!When you walk in, you will be greeted with a smile from whoever is behind the counter. The young lady who was there today was no different. She took my order after she was finished making a to-go order and was extremely kind and attentive. She and the other friendly employee provided great customer service from start to finish.My husband got the white rice base, tuna, spicy tuna and chicken. The chicken is quality chicken breast too. Not rubbery, gross, slimy mystery meat. He topped it with shredded crab stick, ponzu, spicy mayo and corn. I like my bowl on the lighter side so I got the spring mix base, tuna, salmon, octopus, OG pickled veggies (which make it SO GOOD), all the green things-cucumber, green onion, seaweed salad and ponzu. All the ingredients are so fresh, not skimpy portions, and a there's a great selection of delicious toppings. I don't get them but there's also a fun variety of crunchy toppings.They also have a great rewards system. You can easily scan the QR code in store, download the app and start earning points. After 10 purchased bowls you get your 11th FREE! They have the best tasting, highest quality AND value poke bowls I've ever experienced and we always look forward to our visits. You are treated like family and the food is top notch. Best of both worlds! Vegas you NEED to go to Island Fin and get your poke bowl on.

I really wanted to like this place since it is close to my work. Unfortunately, it's the worst poke I have had so far. It's so bland even with all the toppings. The rice is mushy and flavorless. The fish is clearly not as fresh as the poke near Chinatown. Even the corn is bland and watery. Very sad with my order.

I give this place 3 F's .... Fresh, fast, and friendly!!! What a great little place that we were so happy to find. The moment we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we'd been in before, which we hadn't, so they explained how it works. Pick a base (brown or white rice or greens or a mix), pick your proteins, and then your veggies. They have sooooo many great choices of everything! Everything was super fresh and flavorful! Oh, and if you go on Tuesday, you get a premium choice for free ... bonus that we happen to be there on a Tuesday! This little place is certainly a great place for fresh and healthy meals. I also heard it's under new management, and although I'm not sure what it was like before, I can tell you that the new management is doing a great job!! It's definitely a page we'll frequent often!!
