Went couch shopping with hubs yesterday and this place is BY FAR... THE BEST in North Vegas. They have an excellent selection of pieces and Mike our sales rep wasn't pushy or bothersome as we experienced at other furniture shops yesterday. We found our DREAM couch and couldn't be more happy with the customer service and excellent delivery crew! Not to mention the great Veterans Day sale we scored a great price!We'll definitely be back to purchase other items here again. Thank you Mike & InStyle!

I came here looking for a Vanity table for my room.I was greeted by Nadia and showed us the way thru the vast store.She is very pleasant but not too pushy.She let us look and decide on our own.She gave us choices and when we finally decide on what we want she offered us free delivery!I also asked for the free stool that goes with it and after calling her Manager,she gave it to us for free too!The next day ,they delivered it fully set up already!Great service,fast delivery & very nice item!Highly recommended!

All of these furniture places in Vegas have the same options. Different prices. After a day of shopping for a couch, we stopped here just to look. It was close to home. Tammy was a great help! My husband and I were interested in one particular couch but it was too huge. We were able to buy half of the couch (since thats all we needed) she gave us a deal for half with SAME DAY DELIVERY! Sold! Would come here again, in the future.

Pushy salespeople. All they want you to do is make a purchase as fast as possible without your best interest. They say if you go somewhere else it's the same. Well I went somewhere else and had better service, better experience, better price and better selection. Also they try to give you "discounts" if you sign up for 400% interest. Take your time. Don't make quick decisions.

Buyer beware. While Nadia was very nice, she pulled a sales price sticker off a piece we were considering when we walked over to another option. She stated the store never had 20% off stickers on items. We showed her another % off sticker immediately as we left. Unbelievable.

We were in the market for a new couch, and decided to stop by InStyle since it was really close to the house and they seemed to have good reviews. Well, when we walked in we were greeted by Nadia. Who seemed nice but instantly was pushy and followed us around the whole store. We eventually found a couch we liked but wanted to see the numbers on financing before making a decision. They offer 90 days no interest but for us we needed something a little longer so we asked to see the monthly price on 12 months w/ the interest. $347 a month paid over 24 months on a 2k couch is over 8k in interest. But before they even told us any numbers, Nadia is already pulling out the delivery form and asking for our address. What? It was an obvious no for us, but when we declined nicely and thanked Nadia for her time, she didn't even look us in the eyes and say your welcome. She made a face as if we just wasted HER time and walked away. I was shocked. After all her compliments on my looks and pulling pretty much every sleezy sales man trick in the book, I was HAPPY to spend my money elsewhere. Anyways, we ended up at Walker and got a better couch with a way better deal, without the sleezy sales woman following us around. Don't waste your time unless you're paying cash.

I'm highly satisfied with my purchase from InStyle furniture. They had a Columbus Day with 20% off. I purchased a brand new sectional and a small round table with four chairs for my dining area. They were able to deliver it same day! I had my new furniture within two hours after my purchase. I don't know of many places that have that capability. They also have a few financing options if needed and protection plans. Mike helped me find what I was looking for and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured like I normally do in stores like this. Their store had a wide variety as well which I plan to go back for a few more things at a later time. 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much to the entire team!

I have been here a few times and purchased furniture. It was my go to but now i do not recommend. Initially, i was told i would receive the couch in 10 days and the day it was supposed to be delivered they never showed. I called the store and thats when they explained the couch was not there. Unprofessional because i sat and waited.Today my couch gets delivered and the delivery guys show up over an hour early while im cleaning. They complain about how the enrtyway was not clear and i had to explain yall are not supposed to be here until 5pm. I report them to my sales person and She tells me to call the manager if im upset bc she is just a sales person. I have waited over 2 months for this couch. They did provide a loaner because i explained i was entertaining for the holiday and needed something. The manager gets on the phone as if im supposed to be appreciative because they gave me a loaner. No if id known this couch purchase was going to take this long i would have chose something else or went somewhere else.

My husband and I went there to look around and found exactly what we wanted. We bought our family room furniture and dinning room furniture, and some breakfast stools from there. We love the quality of the furniture and the uniqueness of the furniture. The prices were affordable, the customer service was great, and the delivery service was great. We will continue to go there to purchase any other furniture we may need.
