Clean rooms, friendly staff, pet areas are nice n clean. Very helpful managers that care.

I had reason to stay at this motel for about a month. You won't find anything fancy here. Just a bed, a shower, closet. I don't think they even had a tv. I could be wrong on that. It's been awhile.I had no complaints. It served it's purpose at the time.There were no bugs. It was right across the street from the Skyline Casino, which by the way, has great food.If I ever needed a cheap, clean hotel again I'd certainly use this place.

Wow this place is garbage! For $50 a night I could've went across the street and got a suite!Everything in this place is broken down torn apart cockroaches walking around and the kicker is when I went to the front office I believe his name was Rick the burnt out hippie with long gray hair came out of a back room and immediately everything smelled like pot marijuana and stale cigarettes.. So i walked in the door of the $50 room (same price as the hotel/casino across the road) and it looked like the door had been kicked in by the police a few times. The bed is made of stone with two paper thin pillows on top of a what appeared to be some sort of dirty comforter smelled of stale cigarettes and had brown stains here and there peppered throught.I got mad almost immediately and wanted my money back but i was so tired from the day i ate the loss. I continued unwillingly through the room walking on one of the most dirty carpets ive literally ever seen. Then the bathroom.. wow...WOW..dirty.. gross. I wont continue with any description in case someone is trying to eat while reading this. Use your imagination and then turn that into a horror scene. Oh not to mention there were two of us and ONE 10 year old looking towel, to share possibly?! I dont know. I tested the hot water and after the spitting and sputtering i gave up. At this point who cares. I walked to the night stand by the bed and placed a book onto no larger than a standard bibleAnd the table fell over towards the bed. I figured some one was playing a prank on use and looked for the hidden cameras.. nothing. After a good laugh i passed out for the night. In the morning house keeping i think takes pride and pleasure in knocking on the door so hard i thought i WAS getting raided by the police! After being scared awake I got out of bed and she so happily (sarcasms) asks me when I'm checking out!!?? What?? I closed the door in her face and began packing hoping this night mare was coming to an end. My wife was with me and i couldn't have been more embarrassed seeing as though i booked the room. I went to the office and asked for the manager, the same person who i checked in with.. again like out of a cheech n chong movie the smoke followed his entrance. Looking like all the smoke had gotten the best of him he hastily asked if he could help me. I said id like a refund and listed the reasons. He told me it was nonrefundable and if i had a problem i should have said something the night before. Then continued to tell me he is trying to run a business here what do i want from him...? I left. I will never return unless its to watch the place get bulldozed once its out of business. Oh.. yea.. i forgot to mention.. cockroaches put up their own motel inside of this one. I was competing for my own snacks I bought at the ghetto liquor store across the street. Good luck folks... make up your own mind. Oh and i almost forgot this part.. not sure the truth to it but i can look up the property history out of pure curiosity.. Upon talking to a neighbor before i left asking him of his complaints he told me the place was raided not to long ago, explaining the door. Not sure the truth but from what ive seen its not far fetched! Regardless i stayed because Vegas is exhausting with so much to look at and do, i wanted a good nights sleep, i booked the room because the rodeo was in town and we had 1 night to cover because we came a day early before staying on the strip for the rest of the trip.. thank god a real bed! 0 stars would be appropriate but not an option i guess. So one it is!

I have been living here for over 2-3 months now & I would like to say I absolutely love it. the property managers are very kind to my daughter and I. they are always very helps and keep up with all the rooms. everytime someone moves out I see them extensively cleaning the rooms. the maintenance man always keeps everything fixed and neat.

Larry the owner is an awesome caring person.. every other spot I stayed they don't care about their customers. Also best prices around. Tv, fridge, and microwave in the rooms.
