WARNING TO EVERYONE!! Make sure you know what you're getting into before signing a contract with this company. Jonathan and Samantha are very deceiving in how they handle and present this business. When you sign a contract with them, it's presented as a promise that you will receive your trailer within a set month. But only they know and understand that that is NO GUARANTEE nor PROMISE TO DELIVER on the month they sell you on. I paid them a deposit, and it's been over 6 months, and I still haven't received a trailer and get this, they still don't know when I will be able to get it. They don't disclose that the city or "plans" (their major fallback excuse) can, in fact, delay your trailer being built or delivered. I'm now having to sue Sal, Jonathan, and Samantha for my deposit. They don't acknowledge their wrongs and have created a contract full of grey areas to hide behind. Take this warning and earn your money so you can go elsewhere and outright buy a trailer. Hindsight is always 20/20.In response to the owners response:Your point is another validation of my argument. You and Sam both presented the sale that everything is BRAND NEW! Who in their right mind would lease a used but clean trailer for $1500/mo. You have already said you've been buying parts and now I wonder from where? OfferUp? Facebook marketplace? This may be why I cannot receive my money back, nothing is warranted.I never received anything as promised. Even still you cannot tell me after 6 months when I would even receive a trailer. Your in the business of robbing people, that may be the case. Please know, until you make this right business for you will never be the same. Deceit never prospers. God bless

When we signed our contract with them, Samantha promised that we would receive our trailer within a set month. But that's where the deception began. I paid them a deposit, and it's been over six months, and I still haven't received a trailer. They still don't know when I will be able to get it. Had my food truck purchased and built by Ibarra's Mobile Custom Built Food Trucks. This company is awesome the best in the business. They are experts and so easy to work with. Everything was made to my specifications and they were on point. If you are looking to get into the food truck business they will not disappoint, when it's all said and done you will have a beautiful but most of all perfectly functioning mobile kitchen. I have been looking for a concession trailer/food truck manufacturer for over a year. I found one right here in Vegas. I think they are the only manufacturer in Nevada. I called on a Sunday and left a message I figured they would call me back on Monday. Jonathan called me back within minutes and said I could come by and look at the shop. I went to look at what they had to offer. Its a little tricky to find. just for a landmark it's on highland ave. The road behind (cheetahs) haha So I met with Jonathan and Sal the owners they showed me the hole process and had one being built that I looked at. He showed me a trailer and a truck they had for lease. We talked about what we needed to make our own custom food trailer. I was happy to see that they build them from the ground up to your specific needs. I was very happy with the pros and cons of building a custom concession trailer rather than buying a used one.So on Monday went back to start my process of building our own custom concession trailer. I'm looking forward to seeing the process and I'll post some pictures. As we go. So they build & lease food trucks and food trailers.They do service work to fix your broken equipment and do other metal fabrication also. A one stop shop. These guys are great I highly recommend them. If you are serious about opening a food business they are the ones you want to build it.

If I could I would give it negative stars ! Unprofessional all the way around. They do not have a certified mechanic, so your truck will always be getting worked on or stranded on the side of the road.

It's a 'one stop shop'. They made it easy to get my business started. From the design/planning of the trailer, to the inspections and permits; Sal, Jonathan and Samantha handled everything... including words of encouragement. They deliver on their promises and left nothing to be disappointed by. Sure, they're the only place in town, but when you have no real competition, you can slack off. Ibarra's stays on top of their game.Just want to say thanks!
