I had the pleasure to visit this all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue spot in Chinatown, Las VegasIt was phenomenal! The premium meats were incredibly delicious, and the variety ensured there was something for everyone. The sushi was fresh and expertlyprepared, adding a wonderful variety to the meal. The Soju cocktails were amazing too, perfectly complementing the flavors of the food. The ambiance was lively and Chieko and her staff were attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. If you're in Las Vegas and craving a memorable meal, this Korean barbecue restaurant is definitely worth checking out!Drinks:Soju cocktails:Strawberry lycheePeach sunsetKorean pair MojitoKorean BBQ:Ribeye steakFilet mignonSoy honeycomb Pork toroBrisket Ribeye bulgogiSalmon carpaccioYellowtail carpaccioSpicy pineapple steakSweet potatoOnions and oyster mushroom Sushi:Orange BlossomCrunch rollOsakaMiso salmon Nigiri:Salmon Yuzu yellowtail Hwaro special Sides:Lettuce Radish wrap SsamjangCorn cheese Ginger Kimchi Dessert: Yozu gelatoAfogatoBrownie w/ ice cream

Food quality can be hit or miss; while there are enjoyable dishes, the cuts are not always the best, and consistency could use improvement. The service is generally good, and the staff seems attentive, which is a positive aspect of the experience. However, the music tends to be quite loud, making it difficult to converse without raising my voice. A more balanced volume would enhance the overall atmosphere. The theme of the establishment feels somewhat disjointed, lacking a clear flow. This can contribute to a perception of cleanliness that may not accurately reflect the actual state of the place. One of my main concerns is the cleanliness; I've noticed that some tables and cooking areas appear somewhat greasy, which has led me to explore other dining options. On a positive note, I do really enjoy the sauce, and I find myself missing it! Overall, with a few adjustments, this restaurant could offer an even better dining experience.

An update since the reopening, which took significantly way too long; but well worth the wait. The clean, modern look; looks great. The new menu is absolutely outstanding! The appetizers, veggies, sushi, premium meats, and condiments are all so fresh and delicious. --Jalapeno rib eye, garlic yellowtail nigiri, the crudo sampler plate Order affegato and the brownie, mix them together and thank me later.

I had a wonderful night out at HWARO for their late night special that was about $30 bucks all you can eat! The chicken, shrimp, and all steaks options were good. I really liked the cheese corn & garlic butter. The coffee ice cream was the high light of the evening. Quick service & constantly checking on you.

Still one of our go-to KBBQ spots after all these years. I have a good list of some of my favs, and hwaro and hwaro 2 are still on the list. Although the location can be tough to park in because of the many amazing restaurants in the area, we still like to come here for some good KBBQ. My husband and I, as well as my friends and I have come here often to have some good kbbq when we're craving or in the mood. They have a variety of options for meat and seafood, as well as banchan and other appetizers and side dishes. Their menu consists of different specialty meats which you can order at a higher AYCE price point, but I think is well worth it. The service is friendly and quite fast, noticing and offering grill changes when necessary, and constantly walking around to take your order. The space itself is medium sized and clean, which is good! I haven't had to wait too long to be seated :) overall, good standard kbbq that I can rely on when craving kbbq.

We didn't have much of a wait to be seated but the wait time for meat ordered was crazy two couples came and left and we were still waiting???They only give me a certain amount of time to eat, but we waited more time waiting for food to come to our table then we did eating anything not very acceptable. Then one of our waiters was itching so bad he has hives all over his face and arms. Not a good feeling when you're out at a restaurant Very disappointing! I won't give this location another chance

Korean BBQ and sushi are at this spot in Chinatown Las Vegas named Hwaro. This was my first time here and this was the first meal we had when I got into Vegas. We picked this place because the restaurant was open until 2:00 am. When we walked in at 12 we were seated right away and the place still had people inside enjoying a meal. The service was super quick and fast. This is an AYCE spot so you can order as much as you guys want but in a time frame of 90 mins. We tried their sushi items as well and considered them to be quite decent for an AYCE spot. The only thing I would say is some of the beef items that were seasoned with some type of sauce tasted a little bit off on flavor. Have room for dessert because the coffee affogato was not bad.

Hwaro Korean BBQ is a nice, clean spot to satisfy your KBBQ cravings. The restaurant itself is well-maintained, and the setup makes for an enjoyable grilling experience without feeling cramped or overwhelmed by smoke--a huge plus! The food was solid, with fresh ingredients and a good variety of options to cook on the grill. The flavors were enjoyable, though nothing particularly stood out as exceptional or unforgettable. It's a great place to enjoy some classic Korean BBQ, but if you're looking for a wow factor, you might leave feeling just a bit underwhelmed. As for the service, it was okay--our server was polite and attentive when needed, but the overall interaction felt pretty average. They were nice, but it lacked that extra touch of warmth or engagement that can make a dining experience memorable.Overall, Hwaro is a clean, comfortable, and dependable spot for a Korean BBQ meal.
