Been here twice so far, good experience! Quick service and decent prices. They also sell hookahs!

This used to be my favorite place to shop. I like getting my vapes there. But the younger guy who is always there can't be professional and he keeps hitting on my partner. We stopped going there this past summer because he kept making comments to her that were not appropriate and making her uncomfortable. We ran out of vapes during the holidays so we've been going back. I let my partner go alone today and she had the same piss poor service where she feels uncomfortable, asking me to never go there again. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THAT WAY ANYWHERE. I have talked to the owner too and expressed how we/she has been treated. It's really unfortunate nothing has changed. It's disgusting people act this way. Going to post this everywhere I can to get people's attention

The new owner is a very kind and polite gentleman who I regularly purchase from. They have a huge selection of vapes and the prices are a great value. The other day my phone died in the middle of my transaction and he let me use his charger to get it back on so I could still make my purchase. Thanks house of smokes for not making me double back home to get a charger so I could get my product. THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE SMOKE SHOP

We've become such regulars here bc the service is top notch! Rishi ALWAYS holds it down in there and super quick to recommend all the latest smokes (even though we usually stick to our usual)

I've been here a few times and for a smoke shop, they have pretty much anything you can think of and lots of other things you never thought of.I go here to buy incense and I've made a few other purchases here, the staff are always friendly and welcoming.They did change their prices a little but so has everyone else in the world so.If you live near this place, I highly recommend you stop in, they are sure to have whatever you are needing.

First time going with my boyfriend today. Alex was dope helped us find 2 new bongs & hooked it up with a deal. Definitely recommend and we'll be back way more:)

Rude guy. Expensive glassware. Wide selection, but insane prices. He laughed when I gave him my price range. Learn some customer service skills bud!

Good price, good product. The staff was friendly and recommend a new flavor for me to try and I love it.

On 9/7 i purchased a G-Pen Connect Pen and a new glass piece from this store. When the guy asked if i wanted a receipt I said "Yeah. Just in case it's broken." When he gave me the receipt he told me, "Yeah man, if theres anything wrong with it, bring it back and we'll take care of it." Worked okay the first night and part of second day. Then on 9/9, it just stopped heating up. Not working anymore. I called to explain the issue, even offering to do a refund and upgrade to a more expensive piece. Manager basically told me i was out of luck and would not work out any type of deal whatsoever. Made no attempt to rectify the situation. A million smoke shops in this city, I'll go to a different one next time. I recommend you do too.

Been coming here for years now, and loved this place, but have had some issues since the new owners took over. The service is just shitty, they aren't even knowledgeable on the products they sell. I was trying ti buy a bong this morning and the guy that was there couldn't even answer simple questions I had and was no help at all on explaining the difference in bongs . I left with buying just some vapes since they have a sale going on, and wouldn't you know it, they are fakes. Flavor is weird, plastic taste, and when I scanned the QR code on the side it took me to a fake website. Not worth the $19.95 deal. Such a shame that they would stoop so low to sell cheaper less quality product for a few bucks. I Will Not be coming here again, one loyal customer lost
