Edit: Received a response from the manager, Patricia, after completing a Hilton surgery, where I briefly mentioned what I did below. Patricia's response wasn't what I was expecting. She said she was "shocked" and that Jayce is "always welcoming and professional". Never once did we mentioned Jayce, nor do we recall working with him/her. We explained to her that the overall experience with customer service wasn't ideal. She also failed to respond to the fact that maintenance ignored our "do not disturb sign" outside our door. Despite our respectful follow up, she ignored us. I do believe a lot of customer service is from the top down and I think Patricia is an example of this. The hotel is in a relatively quiet part of town, which is nice. It also has free parking and breakfast. The rooms are nice, bright and clean. However, there are some downsides. The breakfast was lackluster. No fresh eggs, bacon, or sausage. Just prefrozen items, some waffles bagels and cereal. The customer service was just OK and, at times, not great. I think we were spoiled when we stayed at the Fairfield by Marriot about 10 minutes away (I also wrote a review on that one). The customer service there was phenomenal. Here, it seemed like they weren't as professional, and it definitely hampered the experience. For example, our phone did not work to call down to the front desk. They contacted my husband the following day to see if maintenance could swing by and take a look. My husband advised them not to have maintenance come at that time since I was taking a nap. Literally minutes later, despite having a clear "do not disturb" sign on the door, maintenance knocks on the door and proceeds to explain why they are there. I feel positive they entered into the room briefly as well since I heard them so clearly despite having earplugs in, but since I had the separation curtain expanded, I didn't see them. When my husband brought this to Sara's attention, she gave him attitude and insisted the sign must have not been on the door. She then retracted and said maintenance must have not seen it. Her way of responding to my husband was not ideal. I was there and witnessed the interaction. The layout of the hotel's lobby, breakfast area, business center, pool, and gym is odd. It feels like it was an afterthought. The breakfast area and business center are in the lobby. The bathrooms are located on the opposite side of the hotel from the gym, and the pool is past the check-in area. It's just a very odd setup. The entire lobby area, IMO, would benefit from being redone and being more structured. We stayed in a two queen suite and it was nice and clean with an extra pillow, sheets and blanket, which was a huge plus. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was really low. The kitchen was lovely and perfect for storing and preparing food. You can request a counter oven. The couch bed was surprisingly very comfortable. I didn't think it was possible for a couch bed to be that comfortable, so huge plus there. Overall, the hotel is decent if you're after a quiet stay, but based on my experience with some of the staff, just know that excellent customer service isn't something you should expect.

My partner and I and our two dogs stayed here for over a week while waiting for our new build in Skye Canyon to close. Anytime we have guests in town and are out of places for them to sleep, THIS is the place we will put them up. The room was spacious and quiet. We were on the fourth floor, facing west. Wonderful mountain views for sunset!Over the weekend, there were more raucous guests coming and going at later hours. Most happened to also be staying on the first floors with the other smokers, but there were a couple on our floor. It was fine. The dogs startled and barked a couple of times when we had gone to sleep, which I have got to say is minimal and damned impressive for two freaked out canines in a strange place. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchenette was useful. I would happily have this be my room for all future business travel. What really pushed this stay to five stars was the front desk. I wish I could remember the daytime guy's name -- Jaycee? Jason? -- but he was so helpful the couple of times I stopped by for assistance. I also had the opportunity to observe him handling a disgruntled guest one day. The guest's comments were disjointed and it came up that they had already done some comping or other appeasements. The guest was clearly just there to blow off steam and hurl some abuse around. Two key things:1) front desk guy was friendly and helpful regardless of the rude, entitled customer2) the MOD was there backing him up. Nothing annoys me more than businesses stranding an employee to deal with assholes on their own. No one should have to stand there and take abuse just because they are doing their job. The MOD was there for the team member; not such a small thing. This is a nice property with a very nice group of employees. Stay here with confidence.

Check in was easy, the ever so convenient Hilton digital key that i love so much was sent without a desk visit. The spacious and inviting room at this hotel is definitely a highlight, providing ample space to relax and unwind. However, it's worth noting that there was no safe in the room, which may be a concern for some guests. Additionally, the sound insulation isn't the best as you can often hear people walking/stomping around above you. So, get this - the cupboards are stocked with supplies. But when it comes time to dig in, you wanna know what I find? Just ONE fork! Can you believe it? So I go down to the front desk to ask for another one, and what do they give me? A flimsy plastic fork. Seriously? On the bright side, the pool area is nice and offers a peaceful spot to soak up some sun and grill!. The surrounding area is quiet, offering a serene atmosphere for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle.. Overall, while there are some drawbacks, this hotel isn't bad for a casual stay.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean. The location is good and the price is right. We didn't use the pool or exercise facilities, but they looked pretty good.

Hotel looks ok, I just checked in. Customer service needs to improve however. I was trying to understand the check in process and my sister made a joke about us already being checked in and I didn't know. Sara/h your employee didn't need to make any type the snarky comment towards me though, it made me feel unwelcome and she's needs to know her place is to provide customer service not try to make jokes at your customers expense. There are too many hotels over here to recommend this place if this is what they do here.

I had friends from out of town visiting me for my birthday and they stayed here. It was nice and clean and has a convenient mini kitchen in the room. Breakfast is served in the lobby, which even has a patio dining section. The lobby is also inviting. It was an overall good experience.

My wife and I stayed here on a Monday night in May as we began our journey across country from Reno, Nevada to North Carolina. We researched our route ahead of time but did not make our reservation for this hotel until the day of our stay. We knew it was a newer Home 2 Suites which is our favorite line of Hilton properties. While we were driving we could not locate the hotel on the Hilton app, so we had to call the hotel to book our stay for the night. We haven't had to do that in the past and are unsure why we couldn't see the property on the app when we had looked at it last week while researching. The person on the phone did help us make a reservation and was helpful. We arrived and immediately noticed the area looks new and recently developed. We were able to park our pickup and cargo trailer within the parking lot which was a must for us. The lobby area looked clean and comfortable. The elevators and common spaces also looked nice and new. Our room was on the 4th floor and was well laid out and very similar to other Home 2 Suites we have stayed at before. The Pool and hot tub area are not complete and still under construction. Overall this was a great stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable. We would highly recommend!

We stayed here after having a terrible experience at the MGM Grand down on the Vegas strip. I have stayed at other Hilton hotels before and then my rewards member, so I was excited that this was available and close to where I wanted to be. The check in process was simple and the staff at the desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. We got a two queen room, and it was absolutely gorgeous. It came with a full kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave, Dishwasher and disposal. The continental breakfast in the morning was pretty tasty and standard for these kinds of hotels. A Belgian waffle maker station where you make your own waffle and some premade breakfast sandwiches were available as well as oatmeal, cereal, and bread products. My grandson and I utilized the hot tub outside, even though it was only 38° out there. The hotel is new and you can tell which was a very nice thing. I will absolutely stay there next time. I am in Vegas.

Our room was exceptionally clean and a good value for the price. The Decor was bright and contemporary. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed dishes, dishwasher soap, towels, cutting board, colander and a few casserole dishes for microwaving. You can also request an electric cooktop and fry pan if desired. I only wish that they had a real drip coffee pot instead of one that uses the hotel packets. The suites have a curtain partition between the bed area and the sofa/TV and mini kitchen which helps with privacy for sleeping but is not a full partition like an Embassy Suites. The bathroom was very modern and came with nice paraben and and sulfate free soaps, lotions and shampoos. We did hear some traffic noise on two of our three nights, so turned the HVAC on low and that worked well. The HVAC was not well calibrated and seemed to be 3 degrees off so it took us some experimentation to get the temperature just right.I used the gym each morning and it was well appointed with a weight pulley machine, kettle bells, dumbbells, and aerobic machines including a Peloton; however the air flow was poor and needs to be improved. Thankfully I was the only one in the gym each morning. The pool area which we could see from our north facing room, looked beautiful with a large hot tub that had a fire pit and a large BBQ grill, though it was too cold and windy in January to enjoy this. The breakfast area was well stocked and I liked that they had blueberries, bananas and Chobani yogurts. They also have the standard pre-made egg sandwiches, omelettes and egg bowls plus oatmeal, waffles and breads. This is a good location, close to major roadways and also several nice restaurants.

This is a handicap review for those in wheelchairs. Although they say they are handicap friendly certain things made it impossible to really enjoy our experience. Our daughter is in a power chair and could not use the sink. It has a skirt and wood blocking the area underneath the sink so I had to wash her hands and she had to brush her teeth in the kitchen area using a cup. The toilet is crammed into a cubby so if you person heeds your assistance it's tricky. The roll in shower just leaked water out into the bathroom which made the floors slippery and unsafe to transfer. The rooms are good size which was nice but the tv is in front of the couch not beds so watching tv in bed wasn't great. The breakfast was lack luster with prepackaged egg meals and sandwiches and the standard waffle machine. There are so many hotels we will not stay here again! Disappointing to say the least
