Hobak Korean BBQ

This spot jump started my love for Korean bbq. I went to one Korean bbq place several years ago but I didn't like it that much and avoided them. We decided to try this out because it was one of the few places in the area that didn't have seafood and my partner is allergic to seafood. I must say the customer service is exceptional. They explained the menu options and how it works. It has an industrial decor and was very busy. The meats are seasoned well! The dessert at the end was an additional plus. This particular Korean bbq restaurant isn't that convenient for me, so I haven't been back. But it's helped me appreciate Korean bbq and now I crave Korean bbq every month.

I'm not sure if this is the best kbbq in Las Vegas, but I'll keep looking. The cheese fondue is terrible so don't try it, but the meal and how it was packaged was good. It does have one piece of charcoal in the burner, but it's not the most prevalent here so I'm not sure if that counts. They cook all the meats for you, pretty well at that, tenaciously flipping them one by one after cutting it into pieces. The meat quality here is excellent, but the banchan is subpar. I'm so confused lol, but overall the place is good.

I love the styling of this place with the round tables, it almost reminds me of the quick kbbq restaurants in Korea, and kind of gives me Baekjeong vibes. We ordered the #1 combo, and it's honestly a ton of food for 3 people even though the menu suggests 1-2 people. They offered a good variety of banchan, although what I thought was a cup of corn cheese turned out to be just straight up cheese... The meat was a little dry and each cut that we ordered was constantly overcooked and quite charred. I noticed that the server would consistently cut the meat to check if it's ready, which doesn't exude a whole ton of experience. Also I noticed that each time they would start to grill the next cut of meat, they did not pull the fan down to suck up the smoke, which literally defeats the purpose of the hood design. The service was pretty quick. Our server was trying to make small talk, but it was honestly kind of awkward, although I don't mind since he was pretty chill.

So much great and high quality Korean bbq foods and sides! Fun vibe, lively, and would highly recommend

Always a must when coming to Vegas. The fact that they cook for you is a huge plus. The meat is always fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Also another plus is that BTS came here when they were on tour. The ice cream at the end is the cherry on top.

Hobak Korean BBQ one and only location in Las Vegas featuring premium quality meat including aged beef, fresh ingredients, Ala Carte Korean Dishes, Wagyu Bulgolgi Hot Pot, soup, noodle and all the side dishes, desserts and extras. They have a variety of alcohol beverages, soju, etc. Prices range from Ala Carte or Hobak Combinations the Family Combo's - small for two people or large three to four people. Also available Dry-Aging Combo's. Well designed restaurant with a nice Christmas Tree and the bathroom has complimentary toothbrushes that's awesome. We dined in on a Saturday evening. We were able to make a reservation for a Birthday Celebration Dinner with a group of us, thankful for that. It was the family's first time and they were looking forward to it. Our server D and the other team members who helped out were amazing people! Shout out to D who was our server, good customer service he was professional and engaging with us in conversations not to mention it was his 3rd day. Wow! We wouldn't have known he was a new hire. We got to meet his Boss Gina who also helped out, she was sweet and nice. We liked how the grills were changed out when cooking the different meats and also when D explained what was being cooked next. Now the food! One Group ordered one of the Dry-Aging Combo's and the other group ordered one of the Hobak Family Combo's. Oh my goodness everything that was prepared and brought out to us and cooked for us in sections along with all the side dishes, the steamed egg, the bean paste stew, the cheddar cheese, the sushi rice and the Ala Carte Cold Angus Beef Tartare with thinly slices of Korean pears, and the rice pop ice cream was amazingly delicious! The Birthday celebration with the Birthday song at the end with the staff was so fun! Everyone loved eating here all were highly satisfied. Generous portions for sure! It's definitely one of those where you have to experience yourself. :)

going off strip for korean bbq...easy parking and you can smell the korea bbq in the air...browsing menu and finding the combinations offered are a great deal...ordering the large beef and pork combo $146.95...plenty of banchan (korean sides) included in every meal...combos includes a large steamed egg and soup as a set meal....staff ready to serve, grill and cut...replacing the grills when needed...food is good for the price...meat is fresh and quality is decent...large was enough to satisfy 5 adults, but decided to indulge in gluttony and order a small pork combo for $95.95 also...a good variety of pork, but it was just too much to eat....overly full and waiving the white flag...packing some to-go....

First comment was going to be that the person who cooked for us last night was fabulous...I only wish I could remember her name so I can ask her by name next time. C went to the restaurant with 2 others, order the special dry aged, beef combo for 4...way too much food for 3. The highlight was the rib eye steak...and how they cooked the different meat in different grills is always so awesome. For special occasions and guests, I come to Hobak because the quality of the meat is better and the service top notch.We came in at 530pm on a Thursday so it didn't get crowded until we were leaving. They seem to be less busy than usual so hopeful they continue to thrive.

Always a great time eating here! Discovered this place because of BTS. They ate here in 2022. Quality meats and great ambiance the set up makes you feel like in korea. The staff are fun and very attentive. They go around and cook the meat properly for you. I even get to spin the wheel and got a free drink from Gabi bakery is the cafe beside them which is a must to visit also. I always go back when I'm in Las vegas.

Fantastic service. Fun place, clean and you almost feel like you're in Korea. The food is outstanding! Best KB we've ever had. Out does LA.
