Hibachi Time

This food truck is open until 2am, and that makes me smile as I love to eat late night. This truck is parked in a 24 hour tire shop on Charleston in the Arts district. There is parking lot but depending on the time you go, you may have to wait for someone to move their car before you could park your car. I think you could park on the street, but I've never done that. The man who took my order was friendly and took the time to answer my questions, he even suggested his favorite sauce to accompany my dish. I ordered the noodle duo with chicken and steak, diablo and yum yum sauce. It didn't take too long to get my order, as everything is made to go. I believe it was like a 15-17 minute wait. My plate was large enough for me to eat some that night and the rest in the morning for breakfast. I will definitely be back, but next time I'll get something different. I would love to try a few items from the menu.

I ordered the Hibachi Time Trio. Wait time wasn't terrible. It was about ~$47 with tip. Pretty good portion. The meat was cooked perfectly, only thing I would say is the steak could use a tad more seasoning.The food was good, but definitely not a regular visit kind of thing because it's pretty expensive. If I'm paying that much I might as well go to a sit down dinner in my opinion.All that being said, I'd try it for yourself. If I could rate with half stars I'd give them a 4.5, half star off for the prices.

Hands down best hibachi I have ever had. My roommate and I go all of the time and have never had a bad experience. They always accommodate my allergies which is great for a food truck! The prices are very reasonable considering the portions they give. I always get the chicken and shrimp combo and it's about $30, but it lasts me 3 meals everytime. The staff is always nice and they have pretty quick service especially if you call ahead and order. They have different sauce options and each meal comes with 2. I love the ginger and teriyaki sauce! Definitely worth a visit !!

Expensive, not enough sauce served leading to dryness. Decent amount of fat on the steak for the price. Tails on the shrimp...hate that. I don't want to dig though my meal to take tails off, especially for $40. The prices charged don't match the listed prices on the menu.Good points...Large portion but you pay for it. Location of the food truck didn't bother us. Wife said her lobster wasn't overcooked. Overall, the flavor was decent. Probably won't try again. $86 for 2 meals out of a food truck is a lot.

After a show, we got the hungries and once again Yelp did help!!! It was a struggle locating where they were because of the rain and our gps giving belated directions. However, it was a beacon of light in a dark street that provided hope for our tummies!!!Simple menu to choose from. Ordered the New York Steak Plate. It was perfect!!! Was well worth the price. Next time the lobsters have an appointment with my tummy. Steak was cooked to perfection with delicious veggies over tasty fried rice, lots and lots of fried rice typical for Teppanyaki style cuisine. You can't go wrong with that!!! Very friendly workers and you can watch as the chefs prepare your meal. The garlic butter added to the richness of the meal. I ate it with the rice. Of course, the food truck was parked on the street and it was safe and clean and ample parking. With the rain, I almost asked if I could come inside the kitchen to stay warm. I didn't have to because they were pretty quick in their preparation. Awesome crew and awesome food!!!

A must try we have been coming to this Hibachi trucks for 3 years & love their food quick service friendly cooks . If you're up late & hungry this is a must go to ! Came on 10/18/24 and there was no line .

Hibachi food trucks are genius and Hibachi Time is definitely one of my favorite food trucks in Las Vegas. The food is always hot. Even when I order via DoorDash or GrubHub it NEVER disappoints. Their fried rice is simple yet so incredibly tasty. I prefer more garlic, but this is top tier for me. Perfect combo of a little al dente yet chewy, a nice amount of oil/grease AND not super overwhelming with eggs.I usually get either NY Steak or Filet with rice and veggies. Veggies definitely could use more flavor, but their steak is consistently on par with Hibachi restaurants. I usually drench my bowl with Spicy Teriyaki and dip the steak in the Garlic or Yum Yum sauce. I don't recommend the noodles.. They are bland and covered in way too much salty soy sauce for me. I do however like how the noodles are cooked though, that's the only plus there. My favorite part about this place has to be consistency. I never get a bad plate! They are pretty quick too, I usually wait 15-20 minutes in my car. I love the location on Charleston, great staff and quick service! AND the fact that it's open until 2 AM, absolutely love going there after a night out in the Arts!Ambiance varies depending on time of day and weather since it's outside. The locations aren't in terrible parts of town, but it's nice to wait in the car if needed.I could eat here 2-4 times a month and all options can be made keto (meat and veggies) which is amazing!

I had Hibachi time twice while I was in Vegas and it was good. The price was good and so was the food. Paid I think about $25 bucks each time. Only thing is that late at night they might be out of certain stuff like vegetables and certain soda like squirt. But other than that, it is great and I am looking at eating there every time when I am in Vegas again. I also read reviews online that it is better than the Hibachi restaurants like Benihana. Don't know if that is true, but will take their word for it. I had their spicy teriyaki sauce which was really good and had good heat, but not too overpowering!

Always great food friendly service and constant taste never a complaint!! Would recommend to family and friends.
