Love this local coffee shop! Their coffee and pastries are delicious and the staff is amazing. I usually opt for the guava cheese danish and an iced coffee (the Macadamia flavored one) and I always leave impressed. They do a great job of not diluting your coffee which helps when you need that morning caffeine! It's a nice little study spot with a printer available. It can get noisy when they're busy, but nothing a pair of headphones can't fix. Parking is always ample and seating is abundant. Glad to have stumbled upon this little gem!

UPDATE 7/13/24: My return to the Hi-Coffee Cafe in Henderson, NV, located on Stephanie and Paseo Verde.I haven't been back here in over four years (I think I last visited about a month before COVID lockdowns went into effect), despite living quite close, and it was definitely time for me to try them out again. As specified in my previous review, the reason why they call it Hi-Coffee Cafe is because their coffee is 100% brewed straight out of Hawaii, specifically Kona. I strolled in here on a Saturday afternoon, where they weren't too busy. Not only do they sell Kona-brewed coffee, but they also have lattes, shaved ice, and numerous pastries (I saw a slice of cake that had a cute purple color to it). Last time I was here, I ordered their cold brew coffee, but this time I wanted to try something different. I ordered an iced Haleiwa Latte, where the main ingredients were salted caramel and almond butter. A 16oz cup of this only cost $6.25 (plus tip). Amazing! As far as I know, it looks like they no longer sell CBD pens. This is something that I haven't used in a very, very, very long time, so this really didn't matter to me.Grab a taste of Hawaii right here in Henderson at Hi-Coffee Cafe. You won't be disappointed.

Can't believe this was our first time visiting this place; but, we'll be back! You could feel the aloha here. I'm not talking the decor either. I'm talking about the warmth and friendliness - it was everything. We ordered: The mini and deluxe breakfasts and the Mokuleia and the Kona cold brew. Normally, I don't drink sweet coffee but opted for the Mokuleia. I was not disappointed. Next time, I'll order the Kailua. Not pictured was the regular acai bowl. Food and drinks were delicious!!! I love that the Life's a Beach menu had variety, not your ordinary coffee place. Troy, the owner, took the time to chop it up with us. We talked about why we were there, family, and the possible expansion... ahem, let's hope here in the Bay; however, it's too $$$ we all know. Super cool guy! We felt like family already.

the barista herself was hands down one of the most kindest. introduced us to some flavors that would only be native to hawaii, and never tasted those flavors in coffee before. but it didn't matter, they were an absolute hit. to top it off, the spam masubi were great as a to-go snack. just enough rice to spam ratio, you can taste the shoyu and nori. the cafe itself has a very chill vibe, not fast pace, no one pushing or in a hurry to grab and go. some doing homework, some reading, and others just conversing over coffee. an outstanding cafe! can't wait to be back.

Coffee wasnt my favorite but thats definitely a me thing. They had a plethora of food and drinks, (including snowcones) the barista taking my order was super sweet and kind. Inside It's well decorated, you can tell this is a small business in a loving family way. I would recommend going here.

Fast service with friendly staff and a bomb pumpkin spice latte! The ambiance is chill with some island vibes. They have a decent selection of breakfast food as well. I had the croissant sandwich and it was delicious! I like that you can get Portuguese sausage with each of the sandos! Very nice touch!

I was shopping in the area and did a quick search for a coffee shop to get my caffeine fix. Hi-Coffee Cafe is located in a quiet strip of businesses and is almost a "blink and you'll miss it" spot.Upon entering, while there were a half dozen people inside, it was very quiet. So I'd imagine this would be a great spot to work remotely or catch up on your reading. The barista was helping a gentleman in front of me and was a bit oblivious to me. When she finally took my order it was very transactional, not much of a friendly vibe.My drink had the perfect temp, hot espresso on the bottom with cool almond milk on top. I was excited to dive in, however I was a bit disappointed once I did. The coffee had almost a weird bitter taste that was a bit off putting. The latte had the perfect amount of lavender though, enough to distinguish it but not t taste like perfume.Perhaps it was an off day or maybe I should have tried another drink.

Beautiful weather in the Vegas Valley today, and I needed a brain break after being in meetings all morning. So, I decided to check out Hi-Coffee Cafe. This will definitely be one my new go to coffee shops in Henderson after receiving great customer service and an excellent pour over of their Kona Coffee, which is shipped from the Big Island of Hawaii! Apparently, they are one of the only coffee shops offering this coffee in the area. The coffee shop offers complimentary WiFi and is a great place to work, study, read a book, or have a casual date/meeting.
