Henderson Vapor

This place has only been open a couple of months....but I am a new convert to the e-cig and they have been more than helpful. They do seem a bit overwhelmed by all the new business they are getting, but whenever I have a problem or question, they fix/answer it with no issue. Their flavors aren't a great as Sin city, but they are getting there. Definitely check this place out (prices are a little better as well.

I've tried this place a couple times. The juice is horrible as they put food coloring in it. The customer service is just as bad. No matter the time I've gone in they make me feel like I'm bothering them... for doing THEIR JOB.

Stopped in on our way to Vegas from the Grand Canyon because we needed new coils and an inexpensive new battery. Both ladies inside were so friendly and helpful. I go into vape shops all the time and sometimes the employees seem like they don't want to be bothered. This was not the case here. We were greeted with smiles and were helped quickly! They also give a 5% discount if you are a teacher or nurse. We'll be back whenever we are in Vegas or Henderson. 5 stars!

This is the best place,warm and friendly staff the owner is fantastic.They are so willing to spend time and explain any questions that you have about all vaping needs .you must try this place out

If the idea of having your juices premixed by someone in SoCal and shipped in on a truck is not appealing to you then Henderson Vapor is worth a look. Located on Water St. in downtown Henderson the place doesn't look like much from the outside, and truth be told it doesn't look much better on the inside. It kinda reminds me of a converted skate shop on the inside with the chalkboard painted walls, various games, and a pretty heavily tattooed group of people that like to hang around at the counter. (Don't let them scare you they're all very nice people).Step up to the counter on the left and you'll find a sizeable collection of tanks, carts, and all sorts of hardware including starter kits. If you have questions, ask. The staff is quite knowledgeable and knows their products pretty well. If you've already taken care of the hardware side check out the vapor bar where you can sample a pretty sizeable collection of juices. The one thing that I like about HV is that they mix everything on site. That being said that mixing does take place in the backroom out of sight so you have to have faith in them...but the same can be said for any vape shop you visit. If you want a custom nic level, or want something extra sweet or modified they do it and don't give you a hard time about it.Pricing...it's like anywhere else. If you're willing to shop on line and wait for the UPS truck yeah you can find hardware cheaper elsewhere. But if you want it now or again like the idea of customizing your juice...Henderson Vapor is worth checking out.

Excellent vape shop. They have good prices and make their own (customizable) e-juice in house. Flavors aren't the greatest but they have great service. Too bad I moved out of the area.

What an incredibly great place to get your Vape from. Great people great owners love it. Go there for all my stuff have been for about a year now.

Incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and this is coming from someone that has vaped for over 9 years now. Their e-juices taste great and are made on site to your request. Huge selection of flavors, tanks, coils, batteries and juices..

Today was a sad day at HV! They lost my respect and my business. My husband and I have gone there for several things over the years and were treated well. NOT TODAY!!! Our college kiddo son went down to purchase a new set up with me. There was very little selection. The guy showed him the three that were somewhat comparable to what he was used to and he talked about the products knowing very well what my son wanted. After a lot of waffling my son purchased the whole mod set up for about a 100 bucks...that's like a million to a college kid. After getting it home he started noticing some things that he did not like. He went through the coils like TP!!! He went down the next day and told them...they gave him new ones to try. Son still not at all satisfied with the purchase.Went down today to get a refund with the receipt. NOPE! They do NOT have a return policy posted at all and they basically told him oh well...no refund. My husband who has been in retail for 20 years went down to see why and what he could do. He asked about the return policy and they started to get defensive and rude. My husband who was very nice at first started to get very upset! They do not say that they will not refund merchandise ANYWHERE in the store nor do they tell you that when you make the purchase. I understand not taking back juice or the mouth piece...but the gear??? Really??? How can you not return an item? That is just bad business. The manager told my husband that it would cost her too much to take it back since they get all their vapes from China!!! Then she told my husband...who is an amputee by the way, to leave the store before she called the police...he did nothing wrong...just wanted our sons money back...they insulted us and were just plain unprofessional. I would not send any one to this place and will take my and many others business elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I stopped in when we heard there was a vape shop in Henderson. We were very underwhelmed upon walking into the store. This location used to he a head shop and they didn't do much to break away from that by selling various accessories not related to vaping. There were people when we walked in so they did not greet us, we had to just hang out and wait for someone to notice us. We tried their samples and some were alright, nothing really stood out though. As far as devices go, they were out of everything we were interested in and were waiting on a shipment.I think they rushed to open a store with the new vaping craze going on. The walls looked temporary and they only had one display case for product. The workers were very friendly once we got to talk to them, but not very knowledgeable. I wish them the best, but I will not be returning.
