Heart Attack Grill

Before you walk inside the Heart Attack Grill they have a scale outside so you can weigh yourself and your friends before your meal, which is a fun little thing to do and compare with your company. As soon as you walk inside they put you in a hospital gown which is pretty funny and seat you to your table. The servers and staff are friendly and helpful with any menu questions. The menu is pretty simple to order from it just depends on how hungry you really are.Also keep in mind whatever you don't finish on your plate your subject to a spanking by the waitress lol. The burgers for being a single were pretty thick and the veggies on them were fresh, the burger had a good flavor to it too. The chili cheese fries came out super hot and tasted really good as well. For this being a gimmicky restaurant I was surprised how well the food tasted. We ordered the Jell-O shots as well and they were huge and delicious, worth every penny. Unfortunately I didn't finish my burger so they had to spank me lol It was a fun time eating at Heart Attack Grill and one of those places you have to atleast try once in your life. We had such a great time and the food/service was amazing, can't wait to come back with some friends.

Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas is pretty cool!It's definitely a spot to check out.Employees are super welcoming and friendly.Unfortunately, this spot is a cash only spot.Which I didn't really like as I don't like carrying cash, especially while on vacation.Everything is huge hear lol and if you don't finish it, they will, whoop you're a$$ lol :) Literally paddle your behind super hard!It hilarious:)Definitely will remember to bring some cash and maybe next time I won't eat all my food so they can whoop my butt!Lmao:)

The Service was great, the ladies are very attentive. I was surprised with the videos playing in the background a little weird for my taste. The burger was good, the bread very soft, the burger patty says it's a half pound burger. Overall the burger was nothing special. Now for the bacon cheese fries, those were delicious! The experience for not eating your burger and being spanked is interesting. I was worried about finishing my single by pass burger and not getting spanked. I got to see a few men get spanked. Definitely a place to check out if you are in Vegas. Come hungry!

Went with the wife and split a single burger with bacon. Wife loved the burger, but was okay for me. Nothing I'd write home about. Had the onion rings, but should have had the fries. Didn't have to worry about the spankings, was offended if I wanted the experience. Passed, was wearing shorts and their aim wasn't on spot!! Service was okay. Ambiance was par.

One of the highlights of my trip to Vegas!We visited Fremont Street for my first time. I recognized the outside of Heart Attack Grill with people weighing themselves on TikTok haha. I actually didn't know what to expect inside.We decided to go in, and to my surprise everyone was wearing hospital gowns, which was super funny! Once I was debriefed on the establishment's shtick, it got more exciting by seeing people be whipped! HahahaWe had the best time ever watching people laughing and joyfully getting whipped. I finished my food, but asked to be whipped, just for the experience! Lol.This place is a riot - between the posters and artwork, to the music videos, to the awesome staff. Such a unique and fun establishment, and I'd love to visit again.One star docked because I wish there was a little fit more variety of food.

Definitely good to try with friends as this is one of those popular and touristy experiences. Basically, when you walk through front door, staff (girls dressed as nurses) will give you and the group a rundown of the process. Everyone has to wear a medical gown before going in. They will help you put on. You cannot share anything above single bypass. You can share single bypass and sides. You get literally spanked if you don't finish burger.Food - 3/5 single bypass - burger was beefy and large, definitely hits the spot but the ground meat consistency was a bit off where it seems not as cohesively packed. Fell apart a little to easily. - 4/5 jalapeño poppers were very cheesy and good. They really packed it in there and it was hot right from the start. Highly recommend.We did see someone get spanked for not finishing, that was cool and good entertainment haha.

Not worthy of being called a dive. Slime pit of a dirty place that serves up mediocre burgers. Staff has a major case of disconnected. If I want to wear a lice-ridden gown and eat yucky food, I'll just check myself in on my own.

This isn't a top-tier burger joint, but what it lacks in gourmet quality, it makes up for the a unique vibe. The place is designed to make you feel like you're in a hospital, with staff dressed as nurses. Drinks are served in IV bags, and slushies come in large syringes, adding to the novelty. The burger itself is decent, though not outstanding. While I probably wouldn't return, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Vegas for the first time just for the experience.And no, I didn't get slapped because I finished my triple patty burger!

I got the Single Bypass, and also got the flatliner fries, onion rings and cheese sticks to share. Honestly, we came for the novelty of this place. If you're coming here for the burgers I would highly recommend somewhere else. There is a scale outside where you can weigh yourself, if you are over 350 lbs you get to eat for free. Right when you come in you are dressed in hospital gowns and they make it clear that if you don't finish your food you will get spanked, and you will see people getting spanked while you eat, which was a funny experience. I did not like the burger, I thought the chili did not go well with it, and I really wish I had it without. It also tasted only like chili towards the end. The buns and patties were very dry and a bit tasteless. But all the fries were pretty good, and also a very good portion for the price. The cheese sticks had a nice cheese pull and tasted great with the marinara sauce. One very awkward thing they did was there was a photographer going around taking pics. She would then come back to share those pics with you in frames, offering them at a very steep price. We rejected it but it was just an awkward experience all together.
