I've been to Havana grill multiple times before, in fact we celebrated my daughters graduation their and also Christmas Eve last year and it has always been a pleasant experience. Sadly this year was not the case. We arrived promptly for our 7pm reservation and were immediately seated. I was surprised how busy it was as it has usually been slow for Christmas and this read they had some live music which made me very happy. The bus boy came by and poured us each water and it went down hill after that. We sat for 10+ minutes waiting before we were greeted by our server. When he finally appeared and I asked him for a cocktail list, he told me to check the website . Not interested in wasting anymore time trying to connect to WiFi to then struggle to find the list, I ordered a simple glass of red along with our entree's fearing it might be another 10+ minutes before he resurfaced. I ordered the Bistec de Palomilla with white rice and red beans. The steak was breaded with something that taste like cornmeal of which I did not like and the steak itself was so thin, it was barely present. Additionally the side salad was a joke as it was so you couldn't even cover a burger patty with it. Lastly the beans were more like bean soup whereas there were hardly any actual beans present. Very disappointing!! My daughters ordered the Enchilado de Camarones and the Fricase de Pollo of which they enjoyed. Only gripe was that the portion size of the shrimp dish. Overall it was not a very positive experience for me so I don't think I will be running back anytime soon to eat there again.

La carne de cerdo del cuban sandwich estaba dura, las croquetas teniam un sabor muy extrano que yo no me las pude comer. El arroz con leche como postre estaba aguado. Yo aquí no volvere!.The pork in the Cuban sandwich was tough, the croquettes had a very strange taste that I couldn't eat. The rice pudding for dessert was watery. I won't be going back here!

We came here as a big party of people (25 people) we were so well taken care of even despite it being so many of us! Our server was on top of his service and did such a great job with getting our orders right and refilling our drinks/cocktails. The food was VERY authentic, and gave us that "home cooked" meal type of vibe while still being fancy, delicious and presentable. We had an excellent time here, excellent food and service. Thanks for the great experience, catering to 25 people for a baby shower and everything was ON POINT! They made us a Tres leches cake for the event and it was absolutely gorgeous and so tasty, a bit on the sweeter side but still very good. Their Dulce de guayaba was honestly one of the best ones i ever had. It was warmed up and crunchy. A must!

Very good choice for Cuban food and ambience. Service here was excellent, professional, fast, friendly. Our dinner plates were made very well - vaca frita with moros and fried plantains for myself, my sister had the salmon cooked just right and flavorful and my cousin had the enchilada de Camarones also very flavorful. I would've given them a 5.0 rating if it wasn't for the side of yuca, it was a bit tough to eat. We did get capuchinos in the bakery, I haven't been able to find them in LA, these were excellent. I'm just sorry I didn't get photos of our plates!

We are Cuban so we had big expectations for this restaurant - and it did not disappoint! The service was fantastic. We had a super friendly and attentive team making sure we were well taken care of.We tried a bunch of starters (empanadas, plantain chips, ham croquettes, and sweet plantains) and they were all really delicious! I had the picadillo for my entree and it was good, but I tried my mom's ropa vieja and it was phenomenal. I'll definitely be getting that next time! For dessert I had the Cafe Bon Bon (recommended by our server) which is espresso, condensed milk, and foam. They serve it with a lady finger. This cafecito was PURE HEAVEN. The only complaint I have is the music - it was awful EDM/house music that completely took us out of the Cuban vibe. They should really get some Cuban music playing to really level up the ambiance! Anyway, we will be back!

We are Cuban- lived in Miami (Cuban food central) and can honestly say after trying all the Cuban restaurants in Clark county, that this is hands down the best Cuban food in town. The service is always consistently friendly and attentive. El sazón es cubano! The establishment is nice and clean! The food is great! The empanadas, bistec empanizado, vaca frita, frijoles negros, garbanzos, maduros, shakes - THE LIST GOES ON. Everything we've tried has been phenomenal. Hats off to this restaurant. The only sad part is that we live far from it now BUT i will happily make the drive

Our favorite Cuban restaurant in Vegas, and one of regular spots. Lots of delicious Cuban dishes to choose from. We always start with a tamale, which are the best- moist and savory. This visit I tried the Vaca Frita for the first time and it was great. Grilled marinated shredded steak mixed with garlic and onions. It comes with rice and your choice of beans. I went with red. My BF got the Arroz con Pollo which has a nice presentation and great flavor, and is one of our favorites. I love their juices and enjoyed mango this visit. They also have a bakery that has gelato, ice cream, coffee, and an amazing array of pastries. My favorites are all that have guava, and perfect with a Cafe con Leche.Service is consistently excellent. Our server tonight was friendly and attentive. Cool Cuban themed decor. Definitely give the place a try!
