Was in Vegas attending AIME and it was the last night before heading home. Took the tram to the Bellagio and walked by the restaurant twice while looking for something to eat. Realized it was getting late and this place was closing in 30 minutes. Asked nicely if we could be seated and grab dinner. Our waiter Marieco was so accommodating and answered our questions about the menu. My wife and I decided on the prefix dinner and ordered a bottle of wine. The wine sommelier Adam came to our table to answer questions about the choices. My wife wasn't satisfied with her wine choice and Adam had her try two other wines. She immediately realized she chose wisely. Adam checked on us several times through the meal. What a magical evening of incredible food & wine and conversation between the three of us. Let's talk about the meal! The steak was cooked perfectly, paired perfectly with the wine choice and the peach cobbler for dessert is definitely my favorite of all time. Looking forward to our next tip to Vegas and stopping in for dinner again. I hope both Maireco and Adam are both working again!

Rapid fire, here are my notes:- $75 ribeye: thin, over salted, and medium= burnt-$63 hangar steak: tough, and somehow dry at a medium rare-$23 harvest Caesar salad: a bit salty, not bad made me long for a sweetgreen salad at that price point- best bite was the farro risotto, which was something I wouldn't mind ordering again, but wouldn't make me come back.Service is great, ambiance is mid, and the ticket price makes you angry after a few bites ( very salty bites).Photo of burnt steak attached

Delicious food, great service, and great ambience. The salad came out nice and crispy with a light seasoning. For appetizers, we got the flatbread and the harvest naan bread - both delicious! The bread is so fluffy. And then I got the scallop dish which was cooked nicely!What made this experience even better was the service. Everyone was so attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Harvest team!

Mixed feelings about this place. The atmosphere was great along with the service. The Lychee Martini is to actually die for and such a clever idea. We really enjoyed our starters which were the naan bread and shishito peppers. The food that dissapointed us was the carrot salad and the filet. Was expecting more carrots in the salad and the $80 filet was very underseasoned which made it unenjoyable. This place is super pricey, but I'd definitely come back for the drinks and starters.

We were seated immediately. I ordered carbonara which was very dry and not very flavorful. I was surprised they didn't ask me when they saw I barely touched it. The appetizers were wonderful and the salads were delicious. They did forget one of our items. The night was good but for the money I was not overly impressed. Too many other places to go!

Maybe we went on an off night, but I cannot understand how this place has an average four-star rating. The drinks were good, and the service was pretty good but not amazing. The food varied from being very good to inedible.1) Pita bread with dips - 5 stars 2) French onion soup - inedible. WAY too much sherry (no beef broth flavor at all, actually), a ridiculous looking crust of small toast topped with tiny amount of Gruyère floating in a sad bowl (the toast/cheese thing might have been put under a broiler but didn't really look like it and the presentation certainly was not your expected crock experience for an expensive bowl of soup)3) Scallops - meh. They were edible but nothing special. 4) Roasted vegetables in curry sauce with rice and raita sauce - the vegetables were OK, the raita was quite good, the curry sauce was your standard issue (nothing remarkable), but the rice had a very funny taste, almost like whatever container it had been scooped from was tainted with some strange flavor. Really threw off the whole meal.My advice would be to sit in the bar, have a cocktail and the pita bread appetizer, and grab dinner somewhere else. Or, try one of the many other excellent Vegas eateries for a three- or four-course dinner experience.
