So beyond stoked to have come across this truck! I was going to Liqour World in Inspirada and it was parked right next door so I decided to get a snack for me and my husband. First of all, the owners are SO friendly and sweet! We got the spam sliders which were RIDICULOUS, and I mean that in the most positive way. I wish I got 10 more haha. Hopefully they post up there more often!

Just happened to be at LV City Hall on Food Truck Thursdays and had to try this 'fusion' cuisine.I ordered the Kahlua Pig Taco combo... It came with three kahlua pig tacos, corn, and mochi churros...The tacos were delicious, you can taste the smoked pig with some mayonnaise on it... I liked it.The corn was topped with cheese and tasted so good and refreshing. The mochi churros were so good, wish I ordered more of it.Just for my adventurous self, even ate some of the purple flowePrice was $20.00 for the combo which may be a little steep for some but in my book, it was well worth it. I have to try their other offerings when I get the chance.Try it and let me know....

Superior Food Truck Fare! They were set up at CraftHaus Brewery on St.Patrick Day! I couldn't resist the Spam Sliders and the Fried Tater Taco! Finger Licking Delicious! Fast and friendly service too ! The guy in the truck was awesome!

Our favorite food truck in town NO QUESTION!! I do love a handful or three of the plentiful mobile food purveyors in town, yet these guys strike all my island vibe and culinary chords in the best of ways!! First off, Gabe and team are straight island mana of the islands.. overwhelming energy that extols through their globally inspired Hawaiian fusion cuisine.. all the tacos have me wanton for more, chips and salsa simply crisp, fresh and unique like no other.. we will follow this crew til they can't with us any more!!

The tacos are on point!! Love the beef and also the pork one. The name of this place is smart cuz we got so many hapas running round these streets!

So far I've only tried the mochi churros, BUT HOT DANG they were delicious!! The owner of the truck was the one who served us and he was basically the most friendly person on the planet. The food came out hot and fresh! Can't wait until I actually get to try some of their food!! Be sure to follow them on Instagram! They post where they will be popping up!

Omg I love this food truck! The churros are the best late night snack, and the food will make you so happy. The service is even better! You can't go wrong!

Absolutely the best service ever. They are here at my work today and I am vegan/gf. The chef took time out of his day to meet me and discuss with me what I can and cannot have. Not only was he personable and thoughtful the staff was as well. The vibe was on point, with music being played while we waited. And the food, is completely and undeniably PHENOMENAL. If you're looking for an inclusive menu for everyone, and food that will knock your socks off, try them, it will exceed your expectations.

We enjoyed 4 different tacos (2 each) including fish, mushroom, and pork as well we each got the sweet corn. The food choices, taste and presentation were all great along with the very friendly and helpful service. The location, at Khoury's had seating inside or out.
