Hanabi Sushi is a gem! I come here often with my family, and they are always so welcoming and friendly. The service really adds to the experience.The food? Always top-notch. My go-to is the crunch roll sushi, and my wife can't get enough of the Japanese lasagna. The variety of sushi they offer is impressive, and it's all-you-can-eat! The quality is fantastic for the price, which is just right given the freshness and taste of the dishes.Whether you're a sushi lover or looking to try something new, this spot won't disappoint. I decided to give this place a try after reading the reviews. I called to make sure they were open and the first attempt went to voicemail so I tried again 20 min later and someone answered. Upon arriving there were 2 other tables with customers, so it was very quiet. I was surprised to be sat at a table between the two existing customers instead of spaced away. The table behind me had a cough that had me on alert. The laminated menu was dirty and made me wonder why they don't get wiped down. The female staff were very nice. There was one male staff who behaved a little odd or like disinterested to be there, which made me a bit uncomfortable. The staff stood in a line watching the 3 tables which also made me really uncomfortable.As far as the food, I ordered the seared albacore with crispy onion ($15), 2 orders of Tuna Sushi ($5.50 each for 2 pieces) and cucumber cut roll ($7).The seared albacore with crispy onion was not fresh. It came out quick and cold telling me it was previously seared tuna. The tuna was tough. The crispy onions seems a bit old. The sauce was different and lacking all around. I forced myself to eat it hoping I wouldn't get sick.The tuna sushi was not my taste - actually I left one behind. The tuna although a decent sized piece was very rubbery. It also left red coloring on the rice underneath. I'm not sure if this is normal, but not something I have seen before from my regular sushi place. I forced myself to eat 3 pieces, but just couldn't do the last one. The cucumber cut roll was, well, fine. I prefer the smaller cut rolls with one piece of cucumber instead of 5 blocks that ultimately fall apart. But I was ok with eating that roll. In the end with tip I left over $40 out and really disappointed.

My fiancé and I went here yesterday, 11/18/2024 for dinner. We had two appetizers and four rolls from the AYCE menu. Pictures included. Of the 6 things we ordered, only one was good. The rest were terrible and we were basically forcing ourselves to eat the sushi. You could tell the fish was not fresh and they value quantity over quality.Fast forward to 2 AM, he and I had severe food poisoning. I've had diarrhea and he has had the works: fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.I would stay away from this place at all cost. We will never be returning.

My husband & I tried this AYCE sushi place for lunch $26.95/person for the first time since it is close to our house. The food was not to our liking at all. The miso soup was way too salty! Any sushi we tried was too sweet with a sweet sauce on top or for decoration! Even one noodle dish we tried was so sweet that we couldn't eat. The shrimp tempura was great and the only thing we liked. The service was great.

Located in Village Square on the Northwest corner of Sahara and Ft. Apache, this quaint ALL YOU CAN EAT sushi spot also offers a la cart options and regular Asian menu items, so do not be intimidated by the prices or the fishiness of the fare. We were seated immediately, but our table was a bit small for our party. No huge deal, but add the plates for our dinner and it became quite crowded quickly and the lack of comfort wasn't pleasant. We ordered sushi rolls, and regular food, sofas, and drinks. The water was aggressively refilled, to the point that it was spilled all over the table all evening. Our waiter was sweet, and he might have been new to the job because he really did not understand any of the food we were trying to order. Even when we pointed to it on the menu he repeated it back incorrectly. Bless his heart for trying, though, he did mess up a bit. Overall, for the cost/price, it wasn't the best meal, but it wasn't the worst. Everyone walked away full, but without to-go containers.

Okay but seriously this place is the best all you can eat sushi spot I've found so far. I mainly order nigiri and I swear I could eat the seared spicy salmon and garlic tuna all day, I have tried a couple rolls as well and never was disappointed. They also have daily specials which I enjoyed both times I've eaten here. You get an hour for the all you can't eat and the service is great! They're always on it!

Was recommended by my barber and glad we gave it a shot. Looked over the menu quickly you can see many great options. Bbq bulgogi was great Yellow tail Every appetizer delicious Now let's get to the rolls. I'd say we orders 5-6 different rolls and each one did not disappoint. From the fish, rice, sauce and flavor combination each one was one point! We will definitely be returning and thanks for being a fairly priced Ayce that has amazing food
