Furniture is nice delivery is the problem I received a table with 3 large scratches I spent almost 1k for them to bring another table the next day still scratched I signed for it to not have to deal with this company again. The delivery crew only care about setting up fast and leaving on to the next job. While there we're assembling the table they had it upside down instead of working around the table in the box thru were stepping on the table full weight I'm positive that's how the scratch and missing paint happened. After the first delivery scratches I was told 1pm I'd be the first delivery to being the 3rd delivery at 3pm. Save yourself the stress go anywhere else

Furniture delivered EXACTLY as promised. It's so soft, and fits the space exactly. They were on time AND helped us move a heavy couch to another room. Can't recommend them more based on this!

Be aware!!! I was scammed out of $2,300. I bought a sofa, two power recliners and two end tables. I received the sofa and within seven days the seat cushion was already sagging. I was rushed buy a very aggressive sales person named Gary, I told him three times I wanted to wait and think about it, but he told me that I had to order it then to get it on the delivery schedule. I should have walked out, but Gary had me so frazzled by his aggressiveness. I've only received the sofa, and due to the defective cushions, I tried to cancel the delivery of the other items (the power recliners, and end tables) but they refused to cancel the other pieces saying it was a special order. Gary never told me it was a special order. When I tried to explain to the manager Laura, she was very condescending, she belittled me and made me feel stupid. Terrible customer service. If anyone is looking for furniture do NOT go to any of these stores. They're scammers and take advantage of senior citezens.

I had just had one of the most horrible days imaginable. The seller on my home had left it a mess. I had to hire 1800gotjunk to come back 3 times just to get my stuff in it. The blinds were taped on for Facetime and the tubs were filthy. Meanwhile, the neighbors were stealing our electricity...Now, we were ready to furnish, but our funds are all but depleted. So, we, quite naturally, head to Wal-Mart on Craig Road to buy some put together furniture for our new home...Yippee! What a day. We stepped out of the car in front of Half Price Furniture. We entered to find the most beautiful, the most luxurious furniture we had seen in all Las Vegas, even when we had money. The prices were pretty cheap, but still we couldn't afford it. We had almost turned and walked out, when the salesman said, "That's half price." I said, "Pardon me?" So, we decided, with assembly, that was even better than Wal-Mart. And the furniture was unbelievable! Then, I met Gary! :) Gary is amazing! He said, out of the blue, "Thank you for all that you did in Oakland." He didn't even know me! Yet, he gets me. No one in Oakland had ever even said that. I said, "I don't even know why I did it." He said, "I do. You did it for her," referring to my daughter, who has special needs. He got up from his chair and said, "Discount everything!!!" The carpet, which was half priced at $499, was, suddenly, $250...He walked in the back and GAVE my daughter a brand new, lighted mirror for a the vanity he didn't know she had. I walked away to the front of the store crying. Then , I saw the carpet we needed to finish our house...$699. I asked, "How much is this? " Gary said, "250! Whatever it is!" He came to the front; saw it; and said, "You got it!" In the rear of the store, he told my wife, "He's a good guy." She said, "Yes, he is." But, how did he know? He knew we needed to believe in people again. He knew we needed a break. This was the most amazing experience I had ever had buying anything! Gary said, "I'm old school." I bought furniture in 2019, quite a bit of it..Totaled over $3,000. 2- mattresses, and a large leather pit group., and large picture art! The problem is only with the mattresses...HORRIBLE! They were obviously used! There's no way they could ever have been new, as they claimed!! Before the mattresses were 6-months old, they had alreaDy sagged in the middle! Yep, they're used. Well, my teen son complained about his back hurting, just bought him a new one, $699 at a mattress store! Shame on you selling raggedy, used mattresses!!!! Furniture is good, beds piece of shit!! And I asked if they were new, they told be they were...NO THEY ARE NOT. I have a video also of the raggedy mattresses!

Please be aware of this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This store like really bad service.I purchased a Nov 30th around 7 pm dining table set but my wife changed it the next day morning.I tried to cancel my order not returned because of the delivery schedule on Saturday.But they told me they couldn't cancel because of policy and even talked to the manager only available on Monday.I spoke to the manager Monday morning, she told me a 25% restocking fee charge.WOW, This is like a Bandits. I just finished the paperwork. Within 24hrs requests cancel the charge for a 25% fee.I don't understand. This is an unlawful situation.

No stars if I could. Gary is shady. Purchased 2 kids bedroom sets. Called 2 hours after purchasing and told Gary I wanted to cancel he told me I couldn't cancel it and he would charge a 25% stocking fee I told him I no longer wanted the furniture. 4 days later they called saying my furniture is here to confirm delivery I told the lady on the phone I cancelled and have my call log where I cancelled she said she was aware. SCAM! Stay away from this place and Gary. Good business would allow you to cancel within 24hrs let alone 3 hours.

Very rude and unprofessional when it comes to furniture being setup. I was scammed out of my set up and charged for it without me knowing. When asked if they would set up they said they were crunched for time and had more delivery's. Guy said he could come back tomorrow if I paid him and gave him a tip. I explained to him that I already paid for the service and was not going to pay an additional amount for something he could have done the first time. I called the office explaining how they didn't want to set up my furniture and how they wanted me to pay them more for the set up service. Lady on the phone tried sending the same guys back I let her know I was very uncomfortable and that I would prefer someone else. She said she could do that but not until Monday. Monday came they sent someone out at the time I have to work. Which was not convenient at all. Me and the manager went back and forth her trying to charge me and additional $200 for delivery. I told her she would be needing to refund me for the incomplete service. So I will be down there to collect my money. Save yourself from buying from this place. Sales representative was nice but if I knew their delivery service was trash and I be having to pay for them to do their job correctly I wouldn't have bought from this place.
