Half Price Furniture

If I could, I would have given them 0***.Please, don't vuy anything from them. I purchased a small pull out sofa from them for almost $600 for the guest room. After 2 weeks the main seating area of the couch got broken. When I complained about it and asked for fixing it the manager of the store sent me an email saying that because I have 2 kids the manufacturer denied my complain. I went to the store with my 6yold and 3yold, so the manager daw, I have kids and they just blamed kids, that they broke the couch. That couch was sitting in our guest room and one night we all sat down and the wood just broke (very poor and weak material the manufacturer used) and they used it against me, that probably it was kids that broke it. Worse experience ever!!!Please, don't buy from them ever!!!They are overpriced and customer service is terrible!!!

We just moved to Las Vegas and we needed furniture. I did my search on furnitures and of course IKEA was one of them. I called around and see who got the best deals, I called Half Price Furnitures and the lady I spoke to said come down and check out their specials, so we did. Maria was the lady that we spoke too and she was very kind and friendly. She introduced us to Manny and we told Many what we are looking for. Manny hooked it up. He gave us a super good deals on bedroom set and big ass TV stand. The delivery was free and the set up was free! That alone was a savings. I told him I'm coming back for more if he hook us up with some good tamales. A few days later we came back and both another bed and mattress, chairs and a futon. Of course Manny and Maria hook led us up again with the same deal. We were so happy and I'm giving them 5 STARS for the awesome customer service. The only thing is that Manny didn't hook us up with the Tamales! Lol. But all good, hopefully he'll just send it us. I recommend Half Price Furnitures to all. Come and check out Maria and Manny. Tell them Hawaiians sent you. and ask for tamales.

unbelievable prices great service. Highly recommended. I was looking for a sectional that would fit my living room and I found the color the design and price within my budget.

Took and put down $150 on wall mirror. Tell them I was in the hospital they told me that my $150 was gone. It seems people in Las Vegas like keeping your money without services.

Wow ! Amazing customer service. This location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking available. As soon as we entered we were greeted by very pfofessional and personable staff. We were able to browse with out any pressure. Staff answered all of questions, did not upsell us. It was a very relaxed shopping experience.We had previously visited several big retailers and had horrible experiences from customer service, overpricing, and delayed deliveries (up to 6 week delays). No such issues with Half Priced Furniture ! We will definitely return for future needs. If you are looking for great service, quality items, and great prices, I suggest you stop in and give them a chance.

they do not explain addiitional charges and they swear their prices are the lowest. Be careful when buying with them for their quality and prices do not match

Do not buy from half price furniture. They talk you into the extended warranty that sounds good but it isn't. The machine leaked since day one and when I call to get it fixed they pass it over to the extended warranty. The extended warranty says if before 30 days the store has to take care of it. Then the store tries to charge me to fix it. They are nasty and rude. No manners, as you try to explain the problem they continually talk over you. I would rather wash my clothes with a rock down by the lake then ever buy from them again

i bought a bed set and called with complaints maybe a week later, they told me to email their support and that was no help. I've been emailing and getting nowhere! my mattress has springs bulging out of it and it makes it no better that I had just gave birth about two weeks before I got it. The salesman was really kind but their customer service and thoughtfulness towards customers is terrible!

Furniture was deliver broken chipped and drawers wont open without having to pull them with all your strength and to close you have to push on them according to them its a child lock mechanism well if they cant close all the way it defeats the purpose of a child lock mirror on vanity is crooked and damage furniture store will not fix or replace and Laura the warehouse manager is rude and unprofessional she feels she owns the store! delivery guys broke everything and try to pass it off as everything was deliver in good condition!! will never buy from them again!!!
