We placed an order for pick up. To place an order they do not take it over the phone you need to place the order online. The food was good. I'm not sure of the customer service or the inside due to my husband pick it up.

"Gyro Philly" was recommended by a friend so thought GF / I would try it out... Ordered 1 beef & 1 chicken Philly Steak to go. Was handed my "to go" bag & 1st thought was "heavy bag" which was a good sign. Unfortunately when home & started eating: Realized both Philly's didn't come onions + peppers or real cheese on them ? The cheese was a "cheese sauce" that I didn't care for. However both Philly's (?) were of generous size & the price was reasonable for a "non Philly hot chicken & beef sandwich..."

This is the 2nd time I've eaten here and ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich combo and they failed to disappoint. Pj cooks the food. Good guy! He knows the meaning of customer service as the new young girl messed my order up and he over heard, corrected it and gave me a free drink for the mistake. I'll definitely be coming back because the Philly cheese steak sandwich was delicious!!! Yum! Thanks Pj!

Stopped in here for something local, philly was really tasty and seasoned really well, only thing is, it was dry. We did add Mayo which made it a lot more tastier. The strips are a pretty good size. Fries are yummy. The customer service is where it's at though, really friendly people, just welcoming and genuinely appreciate your business. When I come back to Vegas I'll be stopping in again to try other things.
