Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar

Service was good, for the most part. Our party of 4 sat at the bar and at one point, they forgot my straw. Myself and someone outside of our party tried to help me get the attention of a bartender for the straw. He either kept ignoring us or didn't hear us, he had ear plugs in on both sides. Our main server was good though. Drinks were on the lighter side, food was delicious, prices were high, no wait time to be seated on a Sunday night. I ordered the Korean tacos and a side of fries. The shareable was the perfect size as my main, the main dishes were HUGE portions. The tacos were extremely good, loved the marinade and kimchi. The tortillas were soft and held it altogether well! Loved that there were two styles of fries and really well seasoned. Everyone was happy with the flavor of the food. Took us straight to FLAVORTOWN.

Service was great, we came in on a Sunday.Loved watching. Football with all the different fans from all over the country.food was ok, I think with prices that high you really want to be wowed and it was pretty mid for the price tag

I stopped in for lunch mid-week and it was pretty quiet. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by a wonderfully friendly bartender who provided top notch service during my short meal. I ordered a specialty burger and it was massive and delicious. My only complaint is that the fries (which were a mixture of three different types of French fries, twisters, crinkle cut, and waffle) were clearly not cooked to order as some of them were pretty stale. The cost is high which I expect for a celebrity chef restaurant but for that cost I also expect everything to be top tier quality.

Food was mid for the price and customer service. $7 for a glass of soda is absurd honestly. Margaritas are around $25. I get that it's a "strip" restaurant but cmon. My pulled pork had little to no bbq sauce on it...so a dry sandwich basically! The gochujang wings we tried were much better than my entree. Service was slow for us, literally every other table sat after us but received their food before. Server never even offered drink refills. This place was a one & done for me!

I have always been fan of Guy Fieri. I been to few of his Vegas spots but first time at Vegas Kitchen & Bar. My niece and family here for her graduation from UNLV. I meet them for lunch. It was big party of 8. No problem.The menu straight forward most part typical burger joint. All of us except for one got burger. I went with the pulled pork burger. Awesome. Portion size Guy Fieri style going get money worth. The burgers are HUGE! The first bite thinking no way going get it all in. Pulled pork every component was tasty. Only downside pulled pork hell of messy with bbq sauce on top of rest of it. Finger licking good way. lol! All other burgers saw the Mac and cheese. Table we got the nachos. Talk about loaded to another level. So much going on. Good. The presentation liked and new one. They have it all stuff in metal pitcher (bottom cut out). Once present it lift the pitcher nachos come out. So much that some of it over flowed the plate. Only issues or just way like nachos. So much going on really no crispy chip soaked in toppings. Overall tasty nachos. Perfect app for big party. Service was five stars. Hostess family running late like not problem. Server was awesome.Great spot looking for burger on the strip.

Tried Guy Fieri's new restaurant near my hotel. I got the Cadillac margarita and the barbecue chopped chicken salad w/ a side of fries. That Cadillac margarita tasted like it came from a cheap premix. It was gross. My server was sooo sweet and attentive. She got me a different drink. The food had tons of flavor and those fries were everything.

I recently dined at Guy Fieri's Kitchen and decided to try the highly recommended Mac & Cheese Burger, a popular menu item. Unfortunately, I found the experience underwhelming. The burger itself was basic and lacked the bold flavors I was expecting from such a hyped dish. The mac & cheese topping was disappointing--neither creamy nor cheesy enough to stand out. The candied bacon was also underwhelming, as it lacked the extra flavor bacon usually adds.Surprisingly, the highlight of the meal was the fries, which were perfectly cooked and seasoned. However, considering the $30 price tag for the burger, I was left feeling disappointed and expecting much more in terms of quality and flavor.Service was another area where the experience fell short. Our server only appeared to take our order and was absent for the rest of the meal. Basic service touchpoints like checking on drinks, ensuring the food was satisfactory, or offering additional condiments were completely missed. We had to flag down other servers for assistance, which was surprising given that our server was present but not attentive. Our server even had someone collect our check and take it to the corner to process to bring it back. Overall, while the fries were great, the rest of the meal and the service were disappointing. For the premium price, I expected a much better dining experience.

Honestly thus is the second of his restaurants we have tried & both have been very underwhelming. The trashcan nachos were ok but needed more pico spread around to give it the whole flavor. The melted cheese was on the bottom so you weren't getting much of that, it just wasn't something I would bother to go back for. The mac & cheese burger we had was good but again nothing really set it apart from the hundreds of other burgers you can get along the strip. Sadly I don't think this place would be on our list of places to revisit again when there are so many others to try. Maybe if I loved Bloody Mary's, those did look really good so if you're looking for that then give the place a shot & see what you think. Everything was good just didn't have that wow factor is all.

One of my favorite restaurants at the Vegas strip, located at The Linq Hotel! Ambiance of the place is awesome with wooden walls, pictures, and other decorations. We hung out at the Bar. We ordered the Cadillac Margarita, Bacon Mac N Cheese Burger, and The OG Ringer Burger. Food and drinks were good, and service was great! Will come back to try more of their food!

This establishment is definitely a must visit to start your day off with a nice breakfast. They have lots to choose from and you definitely get your money worth. The staff is very friendly and tends to your needs.
