Spent superbowl Sunday here and Karina made our experience amazing food was great fish and chips was the best we ever had!

Second time around for dinner. We were satisfied with food and the service. Love the big screen TV to watch football games. My favorite team lost. Ambiance was aesthetically decorated.

The service was laughable When you get your food before your drinks Thats somewhat of a problem. Guy Fieri should go to this tourist trap under cover Probably the worst service Ive experienced ever in my life. Food was decent when it finally did come outNothing to call home about But you will pay for it The waiter kept blaming the guy at the bar for the slow wait for drinks Laughable

Stopped here for a quick bite and as much as I love Guy Fieri, his restaurant is subpar. The food is overpriced and the quality was lacking I ordered the club and while the flavor was decent at best. the chicken was extremely dry.. fry trio was good though, even though mine had 2 types of fries not 3.. makes sense why this was the only restaurant without a line at 1pm on Dec 31st for lunch I don't recommend.

Stopped by 12-27-24 and added our name to the list. We were called in less than 10 mins. This place was not that busy.We were seated and nobody ever stopped by.We chatted with the couple next to us and they told us how bad the service was for them.After 15+ minutes, we left.So sad how they ignore their customers. There was plenty of staff.

I always see this place in Horseshoe Las Vegas and have thought about going in. This time, I finally did--it was my first time here. When I looked at the menu, I noticed they don't have lamb or goat, only beef, which I don't eat. They also don't have many seafood options, but they do have fish and chips, so I decided to try that. I was surprised by how big the plate was--it was a huge portion for one person! The fish and chips were good, and next time, I'll try the chicken sandwich.

Oh my word...this pains me to do this...but people need to know the deal.When I first came here for lunch, I loved this place, then I came back a few months later for dinner and the food quality dipped a little..but I hoped that was isolated.Went on Friday Nov 15, 2024 for some dinner..had a reservation. They seated us, but then had to move us due to an employee calling in sick...so they moved us to a different section. So glad they did, for the female server who took care of us was the highlight of the experience. I ordered a wine and hub got his Heineken 0. We always order the same thing..half rack of ribs, and the pretzel appetizer.Food comes out hot, but NOT delicious. The ribs were terrible tough and the bbq sauce has changed not for the better. The coleslaw had literally no dressing, the Mac and cheese was Luke warm and had no flavor. The cornbread jalapeño muffin was a hockey puck.. clearly old..not even close to being fresh. The pretzel bites were ok, but they overloaded the toppings and it made them soggy and just not good.I will not be back. Once again, a celebrity restaurant needs to be quality checked..pretty sure Guy Fieri would not let this fly in his kitchen. Has Vegas mailed it in for these restaurants on the strip? What happend to world class food in Vegas? Such a shame...two stars granted because our server was awesome... but really she deserves to serve better food than this crap.

We booked days in advance, premium seating for 4 people and requested the bar side, to see the Superbowl game. We were told the Manager had set the seating in advance and seated us far from the bar. We were talking to some people while waiting in line who were able to get seats right at the bar despite purchasing the seats just today (the day of the Superbowl). Very hard to see the TVs from where we are at and did not get any assistance from the Manager to get a better view. This place is not accommodating despite paying premium prices. Not a happy customer. Will choose a different venue next year!UPDATE: It is 3:25pm now. Look at these open seats that are closer to the bigger screens that she chose not to sit us by. Poor management.
