Guilin Rice Noodle

Came in on our Wednesday night and the restaurant was pretty bare of people around 530pm.We ordered cucumbers, 2 noodle soups and a stir fry potato dish.Everything was delicious. The noodle soups were about $14 each and the potato dish was $15.Part way thru the meal, the restaurant exploded with people! I'm not sure if they get a dinner rush like that everyday, but it was quite crazy!Overall, great food and nice service.

My family and I stopped by Guilin Rice Noodle over the weekend. The restaurant is located near Flamingo/Rainbow in Central Las Vegas. It's a new restaurant that has several authentic Hunan cuisine offerings. There are plenty of tables and booth seating available inside the restaurant. When we had eaten there, it was fairly empty inside.All of the tables were plated with bowls and utensils. We were immediately seated, provided with water and tea. Looking over the menu, it offered a wide range of rice noodles, fish, shrimp, chicken, and duck dishes. It was hard to choose a dish, but we ended up ordering the following.Braised PorkBeef and Crispy Pork Rice NoodleBraised Bean Curd appetizerAll of the food was delicious! The braised pork was tender and moist. The blend of spices was robust and had quite a depth of flavor! It wasn't too expensive either, less than $40.00 for all three dishes! The service was phenomenal! The team members were helpful and friendly.

Second visit. Very authentic guilin noodles. Family run restaurant with requisite authentic Chinese tv channel. Other side of menu is hunan cuisine. Haven't tried that yet.
