this is my favvvv coffee shop in the city i swear to god i come here everyday!!!! great place to get some work/studying done, to do some reading, to catch up w friends, play some board games, really anything bro it's always so welcoming and great and lovely in here just vibes all aroundthe people working here are epic too, a really nice and patient team all the time. love y'allmenu is stacked too, everything i've gotten here has been yummy. the shirley temple of doom especially. gas.i am so so sorry for clogging your toilet back when i was in middle school grouchy johns, but please consider my annoying daily visits and even more annoying drink orders as restitution!!

Loved our coffee...the taste was amazing and the flavors choices for lattes was extensive and fun! The staff was friendly and helped us pick our first drink to try! They even told us to let them know if we needed to adjust it at all - my friend added a little more syrup and they were so kind about it! The restaurant is unique - Star Wars theme and lots of space in the back room as well! they also had a drive through if you don't want to get out of the car! Excellent - wish I lived closer!

Grouchy John's is a locally-owned coffeeshop with two locations in the Las Vegas Valley. They serve locally sourced pastries and coffee and tea beverages. Their walls are also adorned with art by local artists that's available for purchase. I've been to this location on numerous occasions, and here's what stands out about Grouchy John's:GOOD VIBES: The coffeeshop passes the vibe check. I particularly love the multigenerational crowd that frequents Grouchy John's, often ranging from college students studying to seniors socializing and enjoying the atmosphere.CUSTOMER SERVICE: Great customer service! On my most recent visit, I came in during a morning rush and the customer service remained solid and upbeat. In fact, the barista walked up front and hand delivered my drink when it was ready. That was such a class act. CHUPACABRA: My favorite drink at Grouchy John's is the blended chupacabra. The coffee-based drink is just as fun as the name: it comes with dark chocolate, cinnamon, and cayenne. It's the perfect morning boost, and I'm actually going to request extra cayenne on my next visit. :)Earlier this year, Grouchy John's was also voted the Best Coffeeshop in Vegas by Las Vegas Weekly readers... Winner, Winner. Chicken Dinner!

Stopped in for coffee yesterday since I've never been here before, the vibes are awesome here! I love the very artsy atmosphere they go for! Layne was really awesome and helped me decide what to get, I told her I love sweet stuff! She made me a cookie butter latte with vanilla and honey, it was killer!! There's also a drive through which I love so I'll definitely be back in the future because of Layne!!

I don't think you can get a better nitro pour anywhere...in the world. Great to be back. One of the only things my husband and I miss about Vegas. THANK YOU

I have been coming to Grouchy John's on Maryland Parkway for the last 7 years...so this review has been a long time coming.My then boyfriend, now husband, was the one who introduced me to Grouchy's...and since then, Grouchy's has been the measuring cup I have judged all my coffee experiences against. The coffee here is not only great tasting...not too bitter, but bold enough to enjoy, it is a true experience. From the Nerdy Star Wars decor, to the themed drinks, the games and community events, to even the artists that the shop supports...there is something for everyone. There are books to get lost in, comfy chairs, tables to work at...an outside area to sit when it's not too hot, and a drive thru! There is a stamp card program to let you earn free drinks, and they support students and teachers as well.If you want a bite to eat, not only are their typical pastries to choose from, but there are wraps, and my personal favorite...oatmeal. They will even mash a banana up into it for me with some peanut butter! I've never ever had a barista who didn't seem to be truly enjoying their job at Grouchy's.My only complaint, which really isn't a complaint, but an observation, is the prices have increased quite a bit. My husband and I paid $7 a piece for a medium iced latte. My go to coffee place when I'm in Las Vegas. Specialty coffee with cool names (ie butter beer) and tastes perfect. Their light breakfast options are great on the go also. Staff are always friendly and energetic which I'm usually lacking before that cup of awesomeness.

We went through the drive-thru and the girl taking our was very nice and highly recommended the twinkie coffee and jalapeño bagel. The drive-thru was going slow it took around 15 minutes we went around 12:40 on a sunday. Both twinkie and albino monkey coffe were very good. I also go an avocado toast which was a little disappointing for the price, it was very small. And the everything bagel was also just average. I didnt get to see inside but from what i saw at the window it was pretty cute.

Their coffee is good and their service was great too. I also like how they played movies in the background.

Discovered a quaint, coffee shop around the corner in my neighborhood. Enjoyed awrap, and coffee. Both were excellent. friendly staff. Locally owned.
