Grand Pizza

When something good is in your life, you don't change it up. We've been coming here since 2017, & I'd say the only negative aspect of this place is their limited hours of operation.I use three different criteria in my evaluation of pizza. Crust, sauce, and cheese, because, let's face it, that's pretty much all pizza really is.The crust has great flavor, a nice pull of elasticity, and is never rubbery. It's obvious that they use high gluten flour such as Caputo or similar, & let the yeast work it's magic properly. This process takes extra time, but it's vital for achieving the characteristics of a great crust. The sauce is bursting with tomato flavor and little else as it should be. I prefer to order my pies from Grand pizza with extra sauce because I feel like they don't put quite enough on them, but there's no charge for extra sauce so it's not a big deal. The mozzarella cheese they use is of superior quality and it shows. I'm not sure what brand it is or where they get it, but you can tell that it is well made product. Again, nice elasticity, great flavor, and good body. Everytime we've ordered from Grand, we get a nice hot pizza with toppings that are fresh. Well balanced flavor is always what we get from this place. We love Grand pizza and have been loyal patrons since we discovered them over 5 years ago. I often order the 1 topping pick-up special which is $9.95 these days. I'll get mine with extra sauce, & extra cheese, then have them make it half baked & don't cut it. I take it home & add my own toppings, I call it the "Cheapskate Special". It comes out like a $25 dollar pie for half the price & nice & hot. The pandemic forced them to downsize into pick-up and delivery only which is too bad because I miss the days of just popping in here and getting a pie while watching sports on one of their flat screens. As far as neighborhood pizza joints go, you cannot do better than Grand Pizza IMHO.

Best pizzeria in north Las Vegas! Highly recommend! I will definitely come back here for all my pizza needs! They also have much more than just pizza, they have huge jumbo sized wings, burgers, a variety of different sandwiches, pastas, and more! There is definitely something for everyone here! I would recommend to place a time order a head of time because they can get super busy because of how popular they are :)

One star down for the following; I called to place an order & they picked up the phone and was immediately placed on hold without hello or afternoon or anything. After 5 minutes on hold, I hang up & drove over to the place, walked inside & have been standing here for almost 45 minutes. Two people came in after me & received there orders (it's possible that they ordered online) nevertheless I was quoted 25 minutes. I did come back in about 5 mins after I ordered & used the "check in" free order of garlic knots, nevertheless I'm not so sure that needs to require an additional 25-30 minutes on top of almost the 20minutes I've been waiting. ...I just asked & 3 people ordered when I put my garlic knots order in. That's ok. I'd gladly wait or even cancel the order so it doesn't inconvenience anyone, especially me. Allegedly the pizza & the zeppoles have been ready & are sitting in the back. Most important thing; communication. I probably still would have waited. So that clears up that part of the order. I'm really hoping for some solid, tasty delicious pizza that I've been craving. Fingers crossed. ...Waiting to get home to finish this review. ...Since starting this review I ate the pizza. I have to say that it was pretty damn delicious. Fresh garlic all over. Cheese on the whole thing & mushrooms & onions on only half of it. the cheese was slightly burned on half & perfectly white the way I like it on the other half. Kinda strange. The crust/dough of the pie was exceptional. I actually wish they would have cut the pie in regular slices, however it was nice to have it sliced in squares. That's a personal thing. Lol. ...the garlic knots were worth the wait however it was not worth my zeppoles dried out, stale tasting, & the powdered sugar was completely absorbed into the zeppoles itself. If I was truly judging everything else in my order, this would have brought the review down to 3 stars. Since I'm really focused on the pizza, I'm going to leave this out. Again communication could have corrected all of this. They could have said no to the knots, told me if I did have them they everything might be cold, or simply drop another order of zeppoles before I left. I literally tossed almost the entire order in the garbage (I had to taste a few to see how they were regardless of how they looked). ...all in all, the pizza was tasty. I was happy with that. It would be worth trying for anyone looking for some tasty pie. ...Have a great day!

This may be my new go-to pizza spot! Pizza: I was worried that a Large wouldn't be enough for my girlfriend and I, so we ordered an XL cheese pizza. Not only was it massive, but it was delicious too! It came cut in square-cut pieces and we only finished about half of the pizza. The XL Is more suitable for a family of 4-5. The pizza itself was crispy and the sauce had a really nice tang to it. It tasted fresh and it was not particularly greasy. All in all... great pie!Garlic balls: great flavor! Ours came drowned in butter, so some of the balls were soggy. Regardless, I would order these again. Antipasto Salad: fresh, filling, and delicious!The one downside to this experience was the delivery timeline. We scheduled our order to be delivered at 3:30 and it didn't arrive until 4:30. The food was a bit cold, but we nuked it in the oven and it still tasted good. Despite the long wait, we were pleased with Grand Pizza and will certainly order again.

The offerings here are good..,when you can get them. We've visited Grand several times in the past but and the pizzas are good. Today, they lost me as a customer. If you want return business, you're gonna have to answer your phones. Hungry for pizza today and called Grand Pizza - phone rang three times and went to a musical hold and no one answered for the three minutes I was on hold. That's all it took, saw other reviews mentioning the same 3 ring ignore...so I hung up and called Pizza Guys! Glad I did...was able to place my order in less time than when I was on hold on the first call. "Will be ready for pickup in 15 minutes."My Pizza Guys order was ready for me when I walked in; being an order for pickup and more than $20, I got a nice surprise of an offer for a free 2 liter soda or a free pint of ice cream. Apparently Grand prefers orders thru the Slice app which includes a $3 fee regardless of delivery or pickup and a wait time of up to 60 minutes. Ouch ... no more. I am all for supporting the local and smaller businesses, but not gonna be taken advantage of like this Slice app tends to do.

This was my first time ordering from here, and I was hesitant because some of the reviews pondered a lot on them not answering and taking long. I called on a Saturday night and ordered the pick up special, 8 wings and some cheesecake. The pizza was delicious and the wings were even better. Not too crazy about the cheesecake but I knew it might be a possibility it would be hit or miss, so I didn't mind. The wings were probably my favorite. Food was done when they said it would be and nothing was missing. I'll be ordering from here again.

Good pizza but absolutely terrible customer service. It never changes. The management must be terrible.Ive tried this place several times in the last 3 years. Pizza good, but need to take a shot and a Valium before dealing with these folks.im tempted to call now. But, that would be insane.

New owners are pronto pizza . Terrible management and terrible food that I just received . I waited over 2 hours for one pizza and a soda and still had to drive to the establishment to have my food remade . New management is the worst . I use to love coming here when it was grand now the food and service is crap .

I hate to post a negative review. But this is got to be one of the worst pizzas I ever had. I think that the owners should try their own product and then maybe go tested against roundtable or some of their other competitors. My pizza that we ordered was the chicken garlic with the Alfredo sauce it was very bland and tasteless the pizza dough was super thin the pizza was so mushy in the box that it was almost soupy! This pizza was gross. I'm only leaving one star because you won't let you give negative stars.

New owners changed the name to Pronto Pizza. My white pizza came today and it didn't look good. Taste ok but definely wasn't the best I've had. Not even close.
