Graffiti Allie is a cool alley in downtown Las Vegas that I got to experience all the cool art scenes and different things they had offered. I definitely recommend checking it out when you were in downtown Las Vegas.

Where artists envelop themselves In the world of their creative minds And are able to expose their thoughts Through paintings In voices without sounds Nor movement of their lips Expressing their inner person to their audience A colorful poem Not written in letters But orchestrated With the direction of their wrists And the master of their minds Pouring their dancing thoughts Into the viewer's empty cup... creative inspirationThank you artists! -Jo

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to enjoy the Graffiti Art Gallery Alley. 1) Rally the troops. Get some friends together and meet up at a designated time. 2) Get some tall cans, MD 20/20, or whiskey from a plastic bottle. Pretty much anything you sip from a paper sack. 3) Start at the corner of Main and Utah and head north down the alley on Utah St. 4) Walk the 4 blocks of sketchy art displays, sip drinks, and enjoy a nice little Saturday. 5) End on the side alley right before Charleston and grab a bite at Makers & Finders or continue the libations at anyone one of the many Arts District watering holes. Just in case you're leery about drinking in public. Don't worry; it's totally legal... "With few exceptions, public drinking is allowed throughout Las Vegas. Carrying an open container of alcohol and consuming it publicly is legal in the city of Las Vegas and unincorporated Clark County, which includes the Strip." - The City of Las Vegas. Have fun!

Made two trips to the Graffiti Art Gallery Alley to see some of the work of local graffiti artists. It's great to see the talent from local Las Vegas artists on display. Well worth making a trip during the daytime to see the murals.

So much art on the walls! Most of it changes out after a couple of years and lately a ton of it is the Graf style where the artist puts up their name or their gang's name or symbols in zig zaggy letters but I'm seeing more and more old style murals going back up. Walk the alleys, especially off of S Main. There are some classic awesome pieces. Even places like Buffalo Exchange have great murals on their back walls. Retro Vegas got new pink flamingos, Sandman Glass got a new Octopus, Atomic Style Lounge has a retro alien space scene ... that's just in one block. Whew!

Love the everchanging work of the Graffiti Alleys. There are 2 that I frequent for early morning and evening walks/runs. The Main Alley is located between Commerce and Main Street from Charleston to Imperial. The next Alley is located between Main Street and Casino Center and runs from Colorado to Charleston.Thought provoking images, tributes and fun images are scattered throughout the area. Your 18b Arts District experience isnt quite complete without a walk thou the Graffiti Alleys. (Like most alleys best enjoyed while the Sun is out)

Exploring nooks and crannies for street art is one of my most favorite things to do in a new city and this area did not disappoint! With an abundance of beautifully decorated alleyways to discover, you will be pleasantly surprised by the hidden gems of this Arts District~But beware-this area is kinda sketch. I suggest going with a friend when there's plenty of light out. Safety first!

When I think of Downtown Las Vegas, I think of art and music. Location is ghetto but walking through the graffiti art gallery made me realize how underrated the art culture is in Vegas. Just walk around and look at all the artwork, it's free! You can find artwork in every corner. Be mindful that there are some weirdos walking around. Luckily I have a pepper spray with me at all times plus was fully aware of my surroundings. Parking is kind of tricky in the area but you will find free parking here and there.Too dope. Go around 2-4PM, you get the perfect lighting!

Dope spot's. Massive coverage. I see cat's from all over the us have bombed this area. Just try and get permission from the owner just in case you get hassled.
