I don't understand the bad reviews here? We were so happy to snag a last minute reservation at Giada's last Saturday night. Our original dinner plans fell through and it's hard to find a spot last minute but felt this was a successDinner was so much fun, our server was so entertaining and fun! The views from our table were incredible as well! Now the food... ok cheese pasta served in an actual cheese wheel!? Yes please! Is this completely unnecessary? Of course but did I order it anyways? Yes! Thankfully we were able to share a dish with two people because honestly this plate of pasta is out of control. We barely came close to finishing it and were honestly so sad about it.I'd return in a heart beat!

The taste of the lemon sauce is delicious on Giada's signature lemon spaghetti! The shrimp were very firm and hard to cut and chew, but the flavor of the spaghetti made up for it. It was like the shrimp were over cooked and the spaghetti is definitely al dente so firm with a bit of chew I got a glass of Malbec ($23) and it was delicious Service is laid back, atmosphere is upscale and chill

LOVE LOVE LOVE! this is my new favorite Italian place!Starters: Meatballs, Focaccia - both so yummy! highly recommend Main: Bolognese - the best I've had, meat is shredded which holds the sauce well & offers a different texture all around..it's hearty & savory, I added chili flakes - a nice touch! Also tried the Lemon Spaghetti - an unexpected delight, very refreshing Dessert: Cookies - lemon were my fave! but salted caramel were also nice and sorbet selection - strawberry lemon was a hit at the table everything was tasty, ambience was perfect (a rounded booth that overlooked the strip!), service was up to par! I can't wait to go back :)

I had dinner at Giada in The Cromwell this evening, and this restaurant is amazing! I ordered ravioli because I love pasta, and I went with the lobster ravioli, which tasted incredible with its lemon pepper spices. For dessert, I had the tiramisu, which was delicious. I absolutely loved the ambiance and this place overall. The host, Josh, gave me a warm welcome and was so nice, while David was excellent he explained the menu in detail. The people here are incredibly sweet, and the hospitality is top-notch, which is so important in a restaurant. They truly deserve a 100/100!

This has been the 1 place i go to on Vegas for breakfast/brunch. I've been here many times, however; this the absolute BEST food I've ever had. Eggs Benedict is one of the things I always order when I go to a breakfast place. This BY FAR was the BEST ever! The procuitto was not sparce. A full half of a BIG avocado. And they did not disappoint. The hollandaise sauce had a hint of lemon. The egg was perfectly poached. The procuitto was not scarce. Literally a flavor explosion with every bite. My hubby had the frittata and he said it was the "fluffiest eggs" he's ever had. I couldn't taste it due to my allergy to raw tomatoes but it was a beautiful dish to look at. Like I said earlier this is not my first rodeo here I've had Billy before. Ian was very sweet and attentive. I would highly recommend this place!

I was excited to try this restaurant. Decor was nice. Maybe due to going during lunch, it was not crowded at all. Felt a little empty.Waiter was super friendly and had great suggestions. Very attentive and personal. Made our visit enjoyable.Food was tasty. I did enjoy my shrimp pasta and cocktail. Sat by the window to see the crowds walking around too.

This is one of my favorite date night places in all of the land.I highly suggest making a reservation. If it is for a special occasion, you can pay $25 per person to guarantee a window seat with a view of the Bellagio fountains. We usually try a different appetizer every time. The Bacon Wrapped Dates have been the best so far.The star of the show here is the Cacio e Pepe Bucatini served in a warm pecorino toscano cheese wheel. I can't fully explain how delicious this dish is. Going forward, all dishes should be served in a cheese wheel you can eat.The service is solid, the table settings lovely, I will always come back here.

I am mind blown that the yelp rating is not higher on this restaurant...the food here is amazing.Arrived at 5 pm and they put us at a window seat facing the Bellagio fountains. We did not pay extra for this, but it was a slow night and I guess it was our lucky day.We had an older Italian gentleman wait on us, and he was amazing. Hub and I both ordered a wine, I had Rose and he had a Sauvignon blanc. We ordered the bread basket which I thought was huge..it came with pesto, lemon butter, olive oil and some red pepper and salt. All the breads were delicious. We decided to order the signature Giada dish..Lemon spaghetti with shrimp. Hub does not like shrimp and asked for a chicken substitute...which our waiter said was ok.The food came out and it was fantastic...Hub says best chicken ever in a restaurant and he loved the lemon spaghetti....i also loved my dish.Alas we had not room for dessert, but all the options looked beautiful...next time I will get dessert instead of the bread. Amazing meal, amazing service and a beautiful restaurant!!!

A very intimate setting that's perfect for your date night which is exactly what my husband and I did whilst staying in town. Service feels superb when your server is well dressed, well spoken and nothing less of hospitable. Our table received attention all throughout the evening and our dishes served to us in well orchestrated fashion. The food is a symphony of vibrant flavors from a refreshing lemon spaghetti served with succulent prawns to our tiramisu with its rich chocolate and deep espresso in each bite. Our experience was sensational! "Thank you!"

Our family went to Giada for a gathering in honor of my mother-in-law. She'd always talked about coming here, so we decided to bring our family together here in memory of her.Giada is located on the higher level of The Cromwell on The Strip. We had to take the escalator up, and once we were there and greeted by the host, we didn't have to wait long to be seated. The atmosphere was amazing. Very upscale and well-presented with a nice view of the Strip. It was bustling and energetic which I enjoyed. Those were the best qualities of Giada. As a side note, for those with families who have young kids, our toddler was welcomed and enjoyed being there. The servers quickly got us a high chair which was nice. The service itself was good although nothing exceptional compared to other high-end restaurants on the Strip and given the considerably high prices. But it wasn't bad. In the beginning, the service was pretty solid but toward the end, I felt it was a bit distant and maybe even a tad rushed even though we weren't there an abnormally long time. There weren't any small delights and exceptional attention to detail like other similarly-priced restaurants at places like The Wynn, Resorts World, Fontainebleau, etc. Even lower-tier restaurants manage to shine more in this area compared to Giada. So I'd say service is solid but nothing special. The food was actually my least favorite part. I found it very average and underwhelming. I got the bacon wrapped dates which were fine but just okay. The short ribs were also fine, but nothing special. Both were dishes I could easily cook from scratch at home and would honestly taste better. Dessert looked nice but was mediocre. I'd give all of this a pass because I was pregnant at the time and disliked a lot food and was picky because of it. But my husband also told me the same thing. Basically that everything was overpriced and overrated. And I wouldn't consider him picky or a penny-pincher at all. That being said, the atmosphere was really top notch. All things considered, I'd say I wouldn't mind coming back if someone wanted to go. But for the amount spent, I'd rather choose another restaurant on The Strip with greater attention to the small but meaningful details, more thoughtful and attentive service throughout, and, most importantly, better-tasting food/unique dishes.
