I've been coming to Galpao Gaucho for the past four years, and every visit just gets better! This place is my absolute go-to for bringing out-of-town guests to experience the best of Vegas. Having tried every Brazilian steakhouse and chains in town, I can confidently say this one blows the competition away. Heber and his team always deliver top-tier service, and Lukas, one of the servers, never fails to take care of me, honestly, the entire staff is incredibly attentive and friendly.The meats? Perfection every single time. They're cooked just right, never too salty or dry. My absolute favorites are the lamb chops, beef ribs, and garlic picanha. If you love a little heat, ask them to grill some serrano peppers and onions for you, it's the perfect, flavorful complement to the meats.It's never overly crowded, so I can walk right in and get seated without a wait. If you're a meat lover, Galpao Gaucho is an absolute MUST. I can't recommend it enough.

PROS:- The meats were the star of the show! There were both standard and unique cuts, and all of it was tender and juicy. - Service was attentive even with a busy crowd.- The gold-foil steak was an interesting concept at a Brasilian steakhouse rather than a fine dining location.- The papaya cream was a refreshing and digistive dessert after inhaling meats.CONS:- Mixed cocktails were a little weak, but they still tasted good!FAVORITES: - Lamb chops- Short ribs- Garlic bread- Papaya creamTIPS:- Highly recommend making reservations if possible because this place gets busy!- Gold-foil steak - while this wasn't my absolute favorite cut, it is unique enough that you have to try!OVERALL:- This truly might be the best Brasilian steakhouse that I've ever been to. Dare I say, it's even better than Fogo de Chão and Chama Gaúcha?! There were some unique cuts of meat that I haven't seen at other restaurants, and all of it was prepared so tender and juicy.- The attention to detail on both service and accompaniments, such as the fresh garlic bread and melted cheese with honey, was comparable to none.- Would HIGHLY recommend this place for friends and family!

So many times I've dined here, whether it's the San Diego, Irvine, or Las Vegas location, and it's always amazing. The food is consistently delicious, and the service from the staff is always excellent. This time, Victor took care of us, and I have to say, everyone here does their job exceptionally well.The dishes I always have to request when I come here are chicken hearts, grilled pineapple, and picanha.I highly recommended this place -- you'll be impressed.See ya next time!

I'd never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse, and neither had my partner, so for our anniversary I decided to splurge. And boy, was it worth it. I'm already thinking about coming back next year. I't's been over a month since my visit here, and there's hardly been a day I haven't thought about it. We came on a Tuesday night at around 5p.m, and the place was moderately full. It got busier the closer it came to peak dinner hours, but the staff remained quick and the din of the restaurant never got too loud. We were able to enjoy our meal perfectly well. The salad bar here was fresh and full of goodies, and while I ate a lot here, my recommendation would be to only get one salad. At the time, I had the strawberry salad, which was delectable. Don't fill up too much here, because the meat is the true star of the show. The way this place works, you get a card on your table that you can flip over to the green side to let the staff know you are ready to feast. From there, you are served a buffet of different meats. I recommend the top sirloin, the piece of meat that we came back for most often. But all meats were incredibly well seasoned and delicious. There are a few novelty meats, like steak with gold flakes on it, that are mostly for fun. There staff kept the meat, and table staples, like a side of mashed potatoes and fried bananas, endlessly coming until we were full. I ought to mention the desert, too. A bit expensive, but it was massive, and it tasted really, really good.

Emaculate serviceNot even five seconds after sitting down and my fiancé and I were being greeted with delicious complimentary cheese breads. The food was off the wall amazing. Their grilled pineapple and shrimp were to die for. I love other Brazilian restaurants but this one just topped it off by far %1000 better! The atmosphere made if feel so private with its low lighting with a perfect view on the window side we definitely enjoyed ourselves and not to mention the lovely lady manager was very extremely soft and kind.

So out of the many Brazilian ayce steakhouses I have tried, I think I can confidently say, this place is number one. From the ambiance and feel as you walk into the place, it's screams top notch restaurant but treat you with respect and not snooty as some high end restaurants. Service was honestly the best I've ever had. All different kind of meats came to the table quickly and if something was missed they would have it brought it very quickly. We also were check on by management to see if anything else was needed or any other wants of food to be brought out. I do have to say this was pretty awesome, nor didn't feel awkward as they were friendly, talkative, made you enjoy the experience and feel comfortable. Last the food here is so good, I would make this an every day stop if I could haha. From the filet mignon, to lamb chops, the ribeye was mouth melting and so delicious and the picanha always a great cut to try. They also have amazing salmon and shrimp that are a must try! The big recommendation from me is to ask for their grilled cheese and they drizzle honey on top, sounds weird at first until you try it, WOW! I kept asking for more. If you are ever in Vegas, go to this place and pass on Fogo, cuz this place is definitely worth it.

This place beats fogo de chao and texas de brazil hands down. There's so much variety and quality is fantastic. I'm sad I didn't know about this place earlier because this place is so good, words can't even explain how good this place is. The service is amazing. They always try to get you what you want not what they just have. You want medium rare? You get medium rare not medium or well done. For $75/person it is pretty reasonable price point to fogo and texas that charges 65ish/person. And none of the meats have a gamey taste like texas de brazil has. They even have chicken hearts made fresh for you when requested! This place is just so underrated. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great food, upscale dining, great service. Matthew was a knowledgeable and attentive waiter, who was supported by the whole team. My favorites were the grilled shrimp, grilled cheese with honey, pan de bono'ish bread, filter mignon, salad bar and... the rest was really good.

The picanha was easily my favorite, but every option was a hit.
